With reference to fig. 9, 10 and 11, in the packaging machine for foldable umbrella of the present invention, the film covering mechanism 6 comprises a fifth support 610, a first roller 611 is rotatably disposed on the fifth support 610, and a plastic film 609 is wound on the first roller 611; a sixth bracket 601 and a seventh bracket 608 are arranged on two sides of the fifth bracket 610, two fourth rotating shafts 603 are arranged in the sixth bracket 601, third conveyor belts 604 are arranged on the two fourth rotating shafts 603, and any one fourth rotating shaft 604 is in transmission fit with the fifth motor 602 through a belt; a pair of fifth rotating shafts 607 is arranged in the seventh support 608, fourth conveying belts 605 are arranged on the two fifth rotating shafts 607, clamps are arranged on the third conveying belt 604 and the fourth conveying belt 605, and any fifth rotating shaft 607 is in transmission fit with the sixth motor 606 through a belt; the fifth bracket 610, the sixth bracket 601, the seventh bracket 608, the fifth motor 602, and the sixth motor 606 are disposed at the bottom of the cabinet 1.
The clips arranged on the third conveyor belt 604 and the fourth conveyor belt 605 are distributed front to back, the clips on the fourth conveyor belt 605 are arranged in front, and the clips on the third conveyor belt 604 are arranged in back. The clips grip the plastic film 609 to allow forward movement over the surface of the umbrella for further packaging.
Referring to fig. 12, in the packaging machine for a foldable umbrella of the present invention, the clip comprises a base 616 disposed on the third conveyor belt 604 or the fourth conveyor belt 605, a steering engine 617 is disposed on the top of the base 616, a sliding slot is disposed in the base 616, a sliding block 622 is slidably inserted into the sliding slot, a swinging groove is disposed on the surface of the sliding block 622, a driving end of the steering engine 617 is connected to a swinging arm 623, and the swinging arm 623 extends into the swinging groove; an upper V-shaped rod 618 is hinged to the upper side of the base 616, a lower V-shaped rod 620 is hinged to the lower side of the base 616, connecting rods 621 are respectively hinged to the upper V-shaped rod 618 and the lower V-shaped rod 620, the two connecting rods 621 are respectively hinged to the sliding block 622, and the front ends of the upper V-shaped rod 618 and the lower V-shaped rod 620 are respectively provided with a long clamp 619.
The steering engine 617 drives the swing arm 623 to move, the swing arm 623 starts the slider 622 to move, the slider 622 drives the upper V-shaped rod 618 and the lower V-shaped rod 620 to open and close through the two connecting rods 621, and therefore the two long-strip clamps 619 are far away from and close to each other, and the plastic film 609 is clamped and loosened.
The steering gear 617 moves along with the third conveyor belt 604 or the fourth conveyor belt 605, so that the plastic film 609 can be pulled out to cover the umbrella.
Referring to fig. 12, in the packing machine for a foldable umbrella of the present invention, wedges 624 are provided inside the front end of the upper V-shaped bar 618 and inside the front end of the lower V-shaped bar 620.
The wedge blocks 624 ensure that the upper V-shaped rod 618 and the lower V-shaped rod 620 snap together without shifting.
Referring to fig. 10, in the collapsible umbrella packaging machine of the present invention, a T-shaped frame 613 is provided at a side of a fifth support 610, a lower end of the T-shaped frame 613 is hinged to a bottom plate 612, the bottom plate 612 is provided at a bottom of the cabinet 1, a spring 615 is provided between the bottom plate 612 and the lower end of the T-shaped frame 613, a second roller 614 is sleeved on both upper ends of the T-shaped frame 613, and the second roller 614 is tightly attached to the first roller 611.
The second roller 614 is tightly attached to the first roller 611, so that when the plastic film 609 rotates along with the first roller 611, the second roller 614 presses the plastic film 609 to flatten the plastic film 609, and play a role in slowing down the speed, so that the plastic film 609 can be flatly unfolded.
With reference to fig. 13 and 14, in the packaging machine for a foldable umbrella of the present invention, the cutting mechanism 7 includes an eighth support 701, a sixth rotating shaft 702 and a limiting rod 704 are disposed in the eighth support 701, a swinging rod 703 is sleeved on the sixth rotating shaft 702, a limiting groove is disposed at an upper end of the swinging rod 703, a cutter bar 705 is sleeved in the limiting groove, a cutter 706 is disposed at an upper side of the cutter bar 705, a driven rod 709 is hinged at a lower end of the swinging rod 703, the driven rod 709 penetrates out of the limiting rod 704, a cam 708 is engaged at an end of the driven rod 709 in a transmission manner, a wheel axle of the cam 708 penetrates out of the eighth support, and a wheel axle of the cam 708 is engaged with a seventh motor in a transmission manner through a belt; a supporting table 707 is arranged on the side of the eighth support 701, the supporting table 707 is positioned below the plastic film 609, a cutting groove is arranged on the upper side of the supporting table 707, and the cutter bar 705 extends into the cutting groove; the eighth supporter 701, the support 707, and the seventh motor are disposed at the bottom of the cabinet 1.
And starting the seventh motor, driving the cam 708 to rotate by the seventh motor, driving the driven part 709 to reciprocate by the cam 708, driving the sixth rotating shaft 702 by the driven part 709 to reciprocate, and enabling the cutter bar 705 to move in a limiting groove arranged at the upper end of the oscillating rod 703 so as to horizontally reciprocate, wherein the cutter 706 cuts off the plastic film 609 at the same time.
With reference to fig. 15, in the packaging machine for a foldable umbrella of the present invention, the conveying mechanism 8 includes a ninth support 801, two seventh rotating shafts 804 are rotatably disposed in the ninth support 801, fifth conveyor belts 802 are disposed on the two seventh rotating shafts 804, any seventh rotating shaft 804 is in transmission fit with an eighth motor 805 through a belt, a collecting box 803 is disposed at the tail end of the ninth support 801, and the bottom surface of the collecting box 803 is an inclined surface; the ninth support 801, the eighth motor 805 and the collection box 803 are disposed at the bottom of the cabinet 1, and an outlet communicated with the umbrella outlet 3 is disposed at a side of the collection box 803.
The film-covered and packaged umbrellas finally fall on the fifth conveyor belt 802, and the eighth motor 805 drives the fifth conveyor belt 802 to rotate, so that the film-covered and packaged umbrellas can be input into the collection box 803. The customer can take out the umbrella packaged by the coating from the umbrella outlet 3 at the side part of the case 1.
Therefore, compared with the prior art, the packaging machine for the foldable umbrella can realize highly automatic and intelligent operation in the whole process from pushing in the umbrella to discharging the umbrella without manual participation, and greatly improves the working efficiency. In addition, the packaging machine for the foldable umbrella is internally provided with the umbrella barrels, so that a plurality of umbrellas can be packaged, guests do not need to hold the umbrellas to wait in a queue, and the using satisfaction of the users is greatly improved. In addition, the packaging machine for the foldable umbrella has a good packaging effect and can not leak water.

A packaging machine for a foldable umbrella is characterized by comprising a case (1), wherein an umbrella inlet (2) is formed in the front side of the case (1), and an umbrella pushing mechanism (4), an umbrella packaging mechanism (5), a film coating mechanism (6), a cutting mechanism (7) and a conveying mechanism (8) are arranged in the case (1); it is located to advance umbrella mouth (2) one side of umbrella push mechanism (4), umbrella packaging mechanism (5) are located the opposite side of umbrella push mechanism (4), tectorial membrane mechanism (6) are located the side of umbrella packaging mechanism (5) other, cutting mechanism (7) are located the side below of tectorial membrane mechanism (6), conveying mechanism (8) are located the below of umbrella packaging mechanism (5), and the side of machine case (1) is provided with out umbrella mouth (3), it is located the delivery port department of conveying mechanism (8) to go out umbrella mouth (3).

The packaging machine for foldable umbrellas as defined in claim 1, wherein the umbrella packaging mechanism (4) comprises a first support (401), two first rotating shafts (402) are rotatably disposed in the first support (401), a first conveyor belt (407) is disposed on the two first rotating shafts (402), a plurality of umbrella barrels (408) and a plurality of rollers (410) are disposed on the first conveyor belt (407), wherein one roller (410) is disposed between each two adjacent umbrella barrels (408), a chute is disposed on the upper surface of the umbrella barrel (408), any one first rotating shaft (402) is in transmission fit with a first motor (409) through a belt, a second support (405) is disposed above the first conveyor belt (407), two second rotating shafts (406) are rotatably disposed in the second support (405), and a second conveyor belt (404) is disposed on the two second rotating shafts (406), a push rod (412) is arranged on the second conveyor belt (404), a push ball (403) is arranged at the lower end of the push rod (412), the push ball (403) can extend into the corresponding umbrella barrel (408) along with the movement of the second conveyor belt (404), the push rod (412) extends out of a chute on the corresponding umbrella barrel (408), and any one second rotating shaft (406) is in transmission fit with a second motor (411) through a belt; the first support (401), the second support (405) and the first motor (409) are arranged at the bottom of the case (1).

The packaging machine for the foldable umbrella as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the umbrella packaging mechanism (5) comprises a third support (501), the third support (501) is located at one side of the first support (401) and the second support (405), a packaging platform (516) and a fourth support (509) are arranged below the third support (501), two first upper legs (512) are connected to the lower front side of the packaging platform (516), the lower ends of the two first upper legs (512) are hinged to a first lower leg (511), the lower rear side of the packaging platform (516) is connected to two second upper legs (515), and the lower ends of the two second upper legs (515) are hinged to a second lower leg (514); the total height of the first upper leg (512) and the first lower leg (511) is equal to the total height of the second upper leg (515) and the second lower leg (514), the height of the first upper leg (512) is larger than that of the second upper leg (515), and a first spring (513) is arranged between the second lower leg (514) and the packaging platform (516); a third rotating shaft (508) is rotatably arranged on the fourth support (509), a turnover plate (507) is arranged on the third rotating shaft (508), and the third rotating shaft (508) is in transmission fit with a third motor (510) through a belt; a fourth motor (504) is arranged on the third support (501), a first gear (503) is arranged at the driving end of the fourth motor (504), the first gear (503) is meshed with a first rack (502), and the lower end of the first rack (502) is connected with a packaging heater (506); the third support (509), the first lower leg (511), the second lower leg (514) and the third motor (510) are arranged at the bottom of the case (1).

A collapsible umbrella packaging machine according to claim 4, characterized in that the film covering mechanism (6) comprises a fifth support (610), a first roller (611) is rotatably arranged on the fifth support (610), a plastic film (609) is wound on the first roller (611); a sixth support (601) and a seventh support (608) are arranged on two sides of the fifth support (610), two fourth rotating shafts (603) are arranged in the sixth support (601), third conveyor belts (604) are arranged on the two fourth rotating shafts (603), and any one fourth rotating shaft (603) is in transmission fit with a fifth motor (602) through a belt; a pair of fifth rotating shafts (607) is arranged in the seventh support (608), fourth conveying belts (605) are arranged on the two fifth rotating shafts (607), clamps are arranged on the third conveying belt (604) and the fourth conveying belt (605), and any fifth rotating shaft (607) is in transmission fit with a sixth motor (606) through a belt; the fifth support (610), the sixth support (601), the seventh support (608), the fifth motor (602) and the sixth motor (606) are arranged at the bottom of the case (1).
