s6: adjusting the position of the distance adjusting rod 13 in the guide block to enable the lower end of the length adjusting rod 16 to be overlapped with a mark position of the outer wall of the anchor chain barrel and complete fixing;
s7: placing a hole-forming tool such as a cutting tip 30 into the fixing clip member 25 and completing the fixing, and then operating the hole-forming tool to perform a hole-forming operation, thereby completing the hole-forming of the anchor chain flushing device;
