Typically, the print water inlet is located at the top of the print tank body and the print water outlet is located at the bottom of the print tank body. When the water level of the ink in the printing box body is lower than the monitoring water level of the first water level sensor 112, it indicates that the ink in the printing ink box 11 is insufficient and is in an ink-lacking state; when the water level of the ink in the printing box body is higher than the monitoring water level of the second water level sensor 111, the situation that the ink in the printing ink box 11 is excessive and is in an overflow state is indicated; when the water level of the ink in the printing ink tank is higher than the monitored water level of the first water level sensor 112 and lower than the monitored water level of the second water level sensor 111, it indicates that the ink in the printing ink tank 11 is sufficient.
The printing ink tank 11 further includes a first indicator light (not shown) and a second indicator light (not shown), both of which are connected to the controller, the first indicator light being configured to display a monitoring result of the first water level sensor 112, and the second indicator light being configured to display a monitoring result of the second water level sensor 111. In one embodiment, when the first water level sensor 112 detects that the water level of the ink in the printing box body is higher than the monitored water level of the first water level sensor 112, the first indicator light is displayed as green; when the first water level sensor 112 monitors that the water level of the ink in the printing box body is lower than the monitored water level of the first water level sensor 112, the first indicator light is displayed in red and gives an alarm. When the second water level sensor 111 monitors that the water level of the ink in the printing box body is lower than the monitored water level of the second water level sensor 111, the second indicator light is displayed in red; when the second water level sensor 111 monitors that the water level of the ink in the printing box body is higher than the monitored water level of the second water level sensor 111, the second indicator light turns green.
The printing ink box 11 further includes an ultrasonic unit (not shown), the ultrasonic unit includes an ultrasonic generator and a vibration plate, the vibration plate is disposed in at least one of the bottom, the top, and the side of the box body, preferably, the vibration plate is disposed in the bottom and the side of the box body, and further, the vibration plate is preferably disposed in an interlayer of the box body or a side of the box body close to the ink. The ultrasonic generator is used for generating ultrasonic waves, the ultrasonic waves are transmitted to the ink through the vibration plate, so that bubbles in the ink vibrate, small bubbles in the ink overflow the ink, bubble residues in the ink are reduced, even residual bubbles in the ink are eliminated, the ink spitting stability of the printing ink box is enhanced, and the printing quality of the printing ink box is improved.
The printing ink tank 11 further includes a vent 113, and a height of the vent 113 in the gravity direction is larger than a height of the second water level sensor 111 in the gravity direction. Typically, the vent is provided in the top of the printing cabinet. The printing ink box also comprises an ink adding pipeline 13 and an ink adding valve 14, the printing ink box 11 is communicated with the automatic ink adding box 12 through the ink adding pipeline 13, and the ink adding valve 14 is positioned on the ink adding pipeline 13 and is used for controlling the blocking state of the ink adding pipeline 13. One end of the ink adding pipeline 13 is connected with an ink adding water outlet of the automatic ink adding tank 12, and the other end of the ink adding pipeline 13 is connected with a water inlet of the printing ink tank 11. Further, the other end of the ink adding pipeline 13 passes through the water inlet of the printing ink tank 11 and extends to the inside of the printing tank body, so that when the automatic ink adding tank 12 adds ink to the printing ink tank 11, ink splashing can be reduced.
In one embodiment, the automatic inking tank 12 is located above the printing ink tank 11 in the direction of gravity. Thus, the ink in the automatic ink tank 12 can be caused to flow into the printing ink tank 11 through the ink supply pipe 13 by the action of gravity.
The printing ink box also comprises a printing pipeline 15 and a printing valve 16, wherein the printing pipeline 15 is connected with a water outlet of the printing ink box 11 and used for guiding out ink in the printing ink box 11, and the printing valve 16 is positioned on the printing pipeline 15 and used for controlling the blockage state of the printing pipeline 15.
With the print cartridge, during ink-jet printing, the ink in the print ink tank 11 is gradually consumed, and the ink level is gradually lowered. When the water level of the ink in the printing ink tank 11 drops to the monitoring water level of the first water level sensor 112, the first indicator light displays red and gives an alarm, the printing ink tank 11 is in an ink shortage state, ink needs to be replenished, the controller controls the ink circulation unit to stop working, controls the ink replenishing valve 14 to be opened, the ink replenishing pipeline 13 conducts the printing ink tank 11 and the automatic ink replenishing tank 12, and the automatic ink replenishing tank 12 performs automatic ink replenishing on the printing ink tank 11. When the water level of the ink in the printing ink tank 11 is increased to the monitoring water level of the second water level sensor 111, the second indicator light is changed from red to green, the ink in the printing ink tank 11 is full, the controller controls the ink adding valve 14 to be closed, the ink adding pipeline 13 between the printing ink tank 11 and the automatic ink adding tank 12 is blocked, ink supplementing work is stopped, the controller controls the ink circulating unit to be started, so that the ink in the automatic ink adding tank 12 flows, the controller controls the ultrasonic unit to be started, and the ultrasonic unit performs ultrasonic vibration on the ink in the printing tank to discharge the gas in the ink.

9. The print cartridge of claim 2, wherein the automatic ink replenishment tank includes a replenishment tank body and an ink circulation unit disposed within the replenishment tank body for maintaining fluidity of ink within the replenishment tank body.
10. An inkjet printing apparatus comprising a print cartridge as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
