As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the device further comprises a scrap collecting box 201, racks 307, gears 308, a second roller 309, a first rotating shaft 310 and a fourth roller 312, wherein the scrap collecting box 201 is placed below the workbench 1, the scrap collecting box 201 is used for collecting burr scraps scraped from the periphery of the resin manhole cover, two racks 307 are installed on the top of the workbench 1, the front end and the rear end of the connecting rod 304 are respectively connected with the first rotating shaft 310 in a rotating manner, the first rotating shaft 310 penetrates through the connecting rod 304, the top of the first rotating shaft 310 is fixedly provided with the gear 308, the gears 308 at the two ends of the connecting rod 304 can be meshed with the two racks 307, when the connecting rod 304 moves left and right, the gear 308 rotates under the action of the racks 307, the lower half section of the first rotating shaft 310 is fixedly provided with the second roller 309, the gears 308 drive the second roller 309 to rotate through the first rotating shaft 310, the second roller 309 can push away burrs accumulated on the scraper 305, the conveyor 102 and the workbench 1, one part of the burrs falls into the scrap collecting box 201 below, the two rotating shafts 305 on the tripod 306 are respectively connected with the fourth roller 305, and the fourth roller 312 can push the scraps on the workbench 201 below the workbench 201.
In the process of scraping burrs, a part of burrs scraped by the scraper 305 fall into the scrap collecting box 201 at the bottom from a gap on the workbench 1, when the connecting rod 304 moves along the screw rod 301, gears 308 at two sides of the connecting rod rotate under the action of racks 307, the gears 308 rotate to drive second rollers 309 to rotate through first rotating shafts 310, the second rollers 309 rotate to clean away chips remained on the scraper 305 and burrs remained on the conveyor 102, so that most of the burrs fall downwards, when the tripod 306 moves forwards and backwards to scrape burrs, the outer sides of the scraper 305 on the tripod 306 are also rotationally connected with fourth rollers 312, and the fourth rollers 312 push away the burrs remained on the workbench 1 when contacting the burrs, so that the functions of cleaning the scraper 305 and the burrs remained on the conveyor 102 are integrally realized.
As shown in fig. 2, the dust collector 4 is further included, two dust collectors 4 are disposed on the right side of the top wall of the workbench 1, the suction pipe of each dust collector 4 is connected in the air inlet frame 401, when the second motor 3 is started, the dust collectors 4 are started simultaneously, the dust collectors 4 suck the burr chips which do not fall into the scrap collecting box 201 through the air inlet frame 401, and the suction pipe of the dust collector 4 can stretch along with the movement of the air inlet frame 401.
When the second motor 3 drives the screw rod 301 to rotate, the dust collector 4 is started simultaneously, the suction pipe length of the dust collector 4 is enough to be used, and when the air inlet frame 401 moves on the second guide rod 402, the dust collector 4 can absorb the burr chips on the workbench 1, the conveyor 102 and the resin well cover, so that the function of cleaning the burr chips in the workbench 1 is realized.
