Abstract
The invention provides a server maintenance platform, which comprises: the lifting equipment is arranged on one side of the maintenance platform and is configured to bear the server to be maintained and adjust the vertical height of the server to be maintained; the computer is arranged on the other side of the maintenance platform, a display of the computer is arranged at the top of the maintenance platform, and the display is configured to display information of the server to be maintained; and the wheels are arranged around the bottom of the maintenance platform so that the wheels drive the maintenance platform to move when rotating. By using the scheme of the invention, the fault can be accurately and timely positioned, the loading and unloading safety of the server can be improved, the maintenance efficiency of the server is accelerated, and the overall operation and maintenance efficiency of the product can be improved.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of computers, and more particularly to a server repair platform.
Background
At present, along with the continuous expansion of the application market of the servers, the number of servers in the market is increased year by year, in order to save the occupied use space of the servers, the unified test mode of placing the servers in a centralized manner on a rack is adopted in the aging test process to realize the reasonable utilization of the space of a machine room, faults in hardware or software of partial servers can be found in the test process, the fault servers which are reported to be repaired are placed on the rack in a manual removal mode, if the fault servers are not provided with 2U or 4U lighter servers and are arranged at the low position of the rack, manual removal is easy, if the fault servers are 8U or even heavier servers and are arranged at the higher position, the problem of falling or colliding machines is likely to occur in the removal process, the removal process consumes time and labor, and hidden dangers exist when the servers are loaded on the rack after being transported to a maintenance site to be maintained, and the possibility of secondary faults of the fault machines in the test link is greatly increased, while increasing the potential for sinking costs.

In view of this, an object of the embodiments of the present invention is to provide a server maintenance platform, and by using the technical scheme of the present invention, accurate and timely positioning of a fault can be achieved, server loading and unloading safety can be improved, server maintenance efficiency is accelerated, and overall operation and maintenance efficiency of a product can be improved.

Meanwhile, after receiving the server repair information, the computer 3 can also send out corresponding alarm through the alarm unit to remind the staff to pay attention.
And the wheel 4 is arranged around the bottom of the maintenance platform 1, so that the wheel 4 drives the maintenance platform 1 to move when rotating.
The wheels 4 can drive the maintenance platform 1 to move, the power of the wheels 4 is provided with power by the transmission device and the battery module of the maintenance platform 1, and after the positioning system obtains the position of the repair server, the maintenance platform 1 can be automatically moved to the position through the automatic driving system of the maintenance platform 1, so that the maintenance efficiency of the server can be improved, and the downtime of the server is reduced.

The invention has the following advantages:

3. maintenance work is convenient, the maintenance platform integrates maintenance equipment of the maintenance tool and required computer equipment, and convenience and high efficiency of maintenance of the server from the maintenance to the retest process are improved.

Claims (10)
1. A server maintenance platform, comprising:
the lifting equipment is arranged on one side of the maintenance platform and is configured to bear the server to be maintained and adjust the vertical height of the server to be maintained;
the computer is arranged on the other side of the maintenance platform, a display of the computer is arranged at the top of the maintenance platform, and the display is configured to display information of the server to be maintained;
the wheel is arranged around the bottom of the maintenance platform so that the wheel drives the maintenance platform to move when rotating.

a spare part storage cabinet disposed in the service platform on a side where the computer is located, the spare part storage cabinet configured to store the server component and the service tool.

The server service platform of claim 2, wherein the spare part storage cabinets are arranged in three tiers, a first tier of spare part storage cabinets stores new memory, hard disks, boards, CPUs, and other components, a second tier of spare part storage cabinets stores replaced old components, and a third tier of spare part storage cabinets stores service tools.
4. The server servicing platform of claim 1, further comprising:
a battery module configured to power the lifting device and wheels.
5. The server servicing platform of claim 4, further comprising:
a transmission having an input connected to the battery module and an output connected to the wheel, the transmission being configured to convert the electric power of the battery module into power required for rotation of the wheel.
6. The server maintenance platform of claim 4, further comprising:
a hydraulic device having an input connected to the battery module and an output connected to the lifting device, the hydraulic device being configured to convert the electrical power of the battery module into power required for the lifting device to ascend or descend.
7. The server servicing platform of claim 1, further comprising:
and the positioning system is configured to analyze the server repair information received by the computer to obtain the position of the repair server.
8. The server servicing platform of claim 7, further comprising:
an autopilot system configured to autopilot a service platform to the location resolved by the positioning system.
9. The server servicing platform of claim 1, further comprising:
