Abstract
The invention discloses an assembling device for a valve plate of an air compression bipolar pump, and belongs to assembling tools. The device comprises an air inlet valve plate assembling device and an air outlet valve plate assembling device; the air inlet valve plate assembling device is composed of a rotary cylinder (13), a base (9), a support (1), an air inlet valve plate positioning seat (12), a pressing cylinder (2) and a first pressing block (5); the air inlet valve plate positioning seat (12) is provided with a first positioning pin (12-3) and a two-stage positioning groove (12-2); the exhaust valve plate assembling device is composed of a rotary cylinder (13), a base (9), a support (1), an exhaust valve plate positioning seat (8), a pressing cylinder (2) and a second pressing block (11); the exhaust valve plate positioning seat (8) is provided with a second positioning pin (8-1) and a five-stage positioning groove (8-2). The invention has high assembly efficiency and good positioning precision; the special tool is used for assembling the valve plate of the air compression bipolar pump.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an assembling device for valve plates of an air compression pump, in particular to an assembling device for air inlet and outlet valve plates of an air compression bipolar pump, and belongs to an assembling tool for the valve plates of the air compression pump.
Background
The valve cover assembly of the air compression bipolar pump is generally composed of an air inlet valve plate and first to fourth air outlet valve plates, wherein the air inlet valve plate is tightly pressed on the front surface of the valve cover body through an air inlet valve pressing plate by screws, and the first to fourth air outlet valve plates are tightly pressed on the back surface of the valve cover body through an air outlet valve pressing plate by screws in a sequential stacking mode. The valve plates are large in quantity, small in size, thin in thickness and light in weight, and the front face and the back face of the valve cover body are not provided with positioning elements, so that the manual assembly is high in labor intensity and low in efficiency, the assembly positions of the valve plates are prone to deflection and dislocation, the valve plates of each compression pump are difficult to ensure to be consistent in opening degree, the noise is high, abnormal sound is easy to generate, and the rework rate is high.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the valve sheet assembling device of the air compression bipolar pump, which has the advantages of good assembling precision and high assembling efficiency.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the device comprises an air inlet valve plate assembling device and an air outlet valve plate assembling device which are fixed on an operation table board;
the air inlet valve plate assembling device is composed of a rotary cylinder fixed on an operation table board, a base driven by the rotary cylinder, a support and an air inlet valve plate positioning seat fixed on the base, a pressing cylinder hinged on the support, and a first pressing block hinged on the air inlet valve plate positioning seat through a bearing block and hinged with a piston rod of the pressing cylinder; the first positioning pins are fixed on the surfaces of the air inlet valve plate positioning seats close to the four corners, two-stage positioning grooves with gradually increasing areas from inside to outside are formed in the surfaces of the air inlet valve plate positioning seats, and first through holes are formed in the two-stage positioning grooves;
the exhaust valve plate assembling device is composed of another rotary cylinder fixed on the operating table surface, another base driven by the rotary cylinder, another bracket and an exhaust valve plate positioning seat fixed on the base, another pressing cylinder hinged on the bracket, and a second pressing block hinged on the exhaust valve plate positioning seat through another bearing block and hinged with a piston rod of the pressing cylinder; second positioning pins are fixed on the surfaces of the exhaust valve plate positioning seats close to the four corners, five-stage positioning grooves with gradually increasing areas from inside to outside are formed in the surfaces of the exhaust valve plate positioning seats, and second through holes are formed in the five-stage positioning grooves.
Two L-shaped avoidance openings are formed in the operating table top, the two bases are located in the corresponding avoidance openings, one end of each base is fixedly connected with the corresponding rotary cylinder, and the other end of each base is supported in the corresponding avoidance opening through the rotating shaft.
Compared with the prior art, the air inlet valve plate and the air exhaust valve plate are integrated at one station by adopting the technical scheme, and the valve plates on the front side and the back side of the tool are assembled at the same time by rotating the rotary cylinder, so that the assembly efficiency is improved, and the two positioning seats are respectively provided with the positioning grooves matched with the valve plates, so that the valve plates can be effectively prevented from being deviated and dislocated, and the assembly quality is ensured.

Detailed Description
In order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, it is necessary to understand the structure of the workpiece (valve plate assembly) before proceeding to further description of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
As shown in FIGS. 8 to 10: the workpiece (valve plate assembly) is composed of a valve plate 6, four mounting holes 6-1 are formed in the positions of four corners of the valve plate 6, four protrusions 6-2 are formed in the middle of the valve plate 6, an air inlet valve plate (not shown) is fixed to the front face of the valve plate through screws and used for sealing an air inlet hole (not shown in the figure), and four air outlet valve plates (not shown in the figure) are fixed to the back face lug 6-5 of the valve plate through screws and used for sealing an air outlet hole (not shown in the figure) and are arranged in a stacking mode.
The structure of the invention is shown in figures 1-7: and the air inlet valve plate assembling device and the air outlet valve plate assembling device are both fixed on the operation table board. The intake valve plate assembling device is composed of a rotary cylinder 13 fixed on the operation table board 4, a base 9 fixedly connected with a rotating shaft of the rotary cylinder, a support 1 and an intake valve plate positioning seat 12 fixed on the base, a compression cylinder 2 hinged on the support 1, a supporting block 10 fixed on the intake valve plate positioning seat 12, and a first pressing block 5 hinged on the supporting block 10 and hinged with a piston rod of the compression cylinder 2. The positions, close to the four corners, of the surface of the air inlet valve plate positioning seat 12 are respectively fixed with a first positioning pin 12-3 matched with the corresponding mounting hole 6-1, the surface of the air inlet valve plate positioning seat 12 is provided with two stages of positioning grooves 12-2 with gradually increasing areas from inside to outside, and the two stages of positioning grooves are provided with first through holes 12-4 for screw heads to pass through. In order to avoid four protrusions 6-2 distributed on the front surface of the valve plate 6, a circular ring groove 12-1 is formed in the surface of the air inlet valve plate positioning seat 12.
The exhaust valve plate assembling device is composed of another rotary cylinder 13 on the fixed operation table board 4, another base 9 fixedly connected with a rotating shaft of the rotary cylinder, another support 1 and an exhaust valve plate positioning seat 8 fixed on the base, another compression cylinder 2 hinged on the support 1, another support block 10 fixed on the exhaust valve plate positioning seat 8, and a second press block 11 hinged on the support block and hinged with a piston rod of the compression cylinder 2. Second positioning pins 8-1 matched with the corresponding mounting holes 6-1 are fixed on the surfaces of the exhaust valve plate positioning seats 8 close to the four corners, five-stage positioning grooves 8-2 with gradually increased areas from inside to outside (distributed in a terrace shape) are formed in the surfaces of the exhaust valve plate positioning seats 8, and second through holes 8-3 allowing screw heads to pass through are formed in the five-stage positioning grooves.
In order to increase the rigidity, two L-shaped avoidance windows 3 are arranged on the operation table top 4, two bases 9 are positioned in the corresponding avoidance windows 3, one end of each base 9 is fixedly connected with the corresponding rotary cylinder 13, and the other end of each base 9 is supported in the corresponding avoidance window 3 through the rotating shaft 7.
When the air inlet valve seat is used, an air inlet valve pressing sheet (not shown in the figure) and an air inlet valve pressing sheet (not shown in the figure) are sequentially placed in the two-stage positioning groove 12-2 of the air inlet valve plate positioning seat 12, then the front side of the valve plate 6 is positioned on the surface of the air inlet valve plate positioning seat 12, and the pressing cylinder 2 presses the valve plate 6 through the second pressing block 11; the rotary cylinder 13 drives the air inlet valve plate positioning seat 12 to turn 180 degrees through the base 9, and a screw (not shown in the figure) penetrates through the first through hole 12-4 and is screwed into the first screw hole 6-3 to tightly press the air inlet valve plate assembly. And the rotary cylinder 13 is reversely reset, the compressing cylinder 2 is loosened, the valve plate 6 is taken down from the air inlet valve plate positioning seat 12, and the installation of the air inlet valve plate assembly is completed.
Sequentially placing an exhaust valve pressing sheet (not shown in the figure) and a first exhaust valve sheet to a fourth exhaust valve sheet (not shown in the figure) in a five-stage positioning groove 8-2 of an exhaust valve sheet positioning seat 8 in a stacking mode, then positioning the back surface of a valve plate 6 fixed with an intake valve sheet assembly on the exhaust valve sheet positioning seat 8, and tightly pressing the valve plate 6 by a pressing cylinder 2 through a first pressing block 5; the rotary cylinder 13 drives the exhaust valve plate positioning seat 8 to turn 180 degrees through the base 9, and another screw (not shown in the figure) penetrates through the second through hole 8-3 and is screwed into the second screw hole 6-4 to tightly press the exhaust valve plate assembly (not shown in the figure) which is stacked into a pagoda shape. And the rotary cylinder 13 is reversely reset, the pressing cylinder 2 is loosened, the valve plate 6 is taken down from the exhaust valve plate positioning seat 8, and the installation of the exhaust valve plate assembly is completed.

1. A valve plate assembling device of an air compression bipolar pump comprises an air inlet valve plate assembling device and an air outlet valve plate assembling device which are fixed on an operation table board; the method is characterized in that:
the air inlet valve plate assembling device is composed of a rotary cylinder (13) fixed on the operating table board (4), a base (9) driven by the rotary cylinder, a support (1) and an air inlet valve plate positioning seat (12) fixed on the base, a pressing cylinder (2) hinged on the support (1), and a first pressing block (5) hinged on the air inlet valve plate positioning seat (12) through a bearing block (10) and hinged with a piston rod of the pressing cylinder (2); first positioning pins (12-3) are fixed on the surfaces of the air inlet valve plate positioning seats (12) close to the four corners, two-stage positioning grooves (12-2) with gradually increasing areas from inside to outside are formed in the surfaces of the air inlet valve plate positioning seats (12), and first through holes (12-4) are formed in the two-stage positioning grooves;
the exhaust valve plate assembling device is composed of another rotary cylinder (13) fixed on the operating table top (4), another base (9) driven by the rotary cylinder, another support (1) and an exhaust valve plate positioning seat (8) fixed on the base, another pressing cylinder (2) hinged on the support (1), and a second pressing block (11) hinged on the exhaust valve plate positioning seat (8) through another bearing block (10) and hinged with a piston rod of the pressing cylinder (2); second positioning pins (8-1) are fixed on the surfaces of the exhaust valve plate positioning seats (8) close to the four corners, five-stage positioning grooves (8-2) with gradually increasing areas from inside to outside are formed in the surfaces of the exhaust valve plate positioning seats (8), and second through holes (8-3) are formed in the five-stage positioning grooves.

The air compression bipolar pump valve plate assembly device of claim 1, wherein: two L-shaped avoidance windows (3) are formed in the operating table top (4), two bases (9) are located in the corresponding avoidance windows (3), one end of each base (9) is fixedly connected with a corresponding rotary cylinder (13), and the other end of each base (9) is supported in the corresponding avoidance opening (3) through a rotating shaft (7).
