In an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, each of the transverse moving assembly 220 and the longitudinal moving assembly 230 includes a driving screw rod assembly 02 and a screw sleeve assembly 03 disposed in cooperation with the driving screw rod assembly, and a driving mechanism 01 is disposed in cooperation with the driving screw rod assembly; the driving mechanism is a driving motor, the driving mechanism drives the transmission screw rod assembly to rotate, the screw sleeve in the screw sleeve assembly can be further driven to move along the transmission screw rod, the screw sleeve assembly comprises an installation block connected with the screw sleeve, and the installation block is fixedly connected with the motor support of the automatic rotating assembly, so that the automatic rotating assembly and the welding gun adjusting assembly are driven to adjust a welding station in space.
The use method or the working principle of the invention are as follows:
when the automatic welding machine tool for the tube plate works, the tube plate is placed on the rotary disc body, the tube plate is pressed on the rotary disc body through a plurality of groups of positioning pressing assemblies arranged in the circumferential direction, then the tube pieces are inserted into corresponding tube holes of the tube plate in sequence, and the automatic tube clamp arranged at the bottom of the rotary disc body can fix the tube pieces in the tube holes by adopting hydraulic drive, so that the tube plate and the tube pieces are in a relatively fixed state, and the rotary welding machine assembly can fixedly weld the tube pieces and the tube plate on the tube plate in sequence; the positioning and pressing assembly can move inwards or outwards along the radial direction of the rotating disc body, so that the tube plates with different diameters can be fixed, and the tube holes formed in the rotating disc body can be provided with various combinations;
after the tube plate and the plurality of tube fittings are positioned and fixed on the rotary workbench, the angle adjusting hand wheel of the space adjusting assembly drives the angle adjusting screw to rotate so as to drive the rotary support to rotate along a vertical plane, the rotary support can integrally drive the transverse moving assembly and the longitudinal moving assembly to adjust the angle in the vertical plane, the transverse moving assembly can drive the longitudinal moving assembly to move forwards or backwards along the transverse moving assembly, the longitudinal moving assembly can drive the rotary welding machine assembly to move up and down along the longitudinal moving assembly, and the space adjusting assembly can conveniently adjust the welding station of the rotary welding machine assembly in multiple dimensions and large displacement;
after the welding gun adjusting assembly and the automatic rotating assembly initially adjust the welding gun to the welding station of the tube plate and the tube piece to be welded along with the space adjusting assembly, the welding station between the welding gun and the positioning tube needs to be adjusted within a small range through the welding gun adjusting assembly, the adjustment of the welding gun to the accurate welding station for welding the tube plate and the tube piece is improved, and the welding quality of the tube plate and the tube piece can be greatly improved.
