c. the method comprises the following steps that (1) blocky coal entering a material box enters a sliding chute at the lower end, slides in the sliding chute in a single row, enters a weighing device at the tail end, when the coal enters the weighing device, the rear end of the weighing device is lifted up to block the next coal, and meanwhile, a camera device starts to take pictures;
d. the weighing device and the camera device transmit acquired data to the information processing device, the information processing device analyzes the volume and density of the coal through the weight data transmitted by the weighing device and the picture data of the camera device, the picture data is combined to analyze the surface gray level characteristics of the coal, the density analysis result and the surface gray level characteristic result are weighted, the final judgment is made, after the judgment is made, an instruction is sent out, the controller controls the opening and closing position of the end baffle of the chute, if the position is the gangue, the gangue throwing box is opened, and if the position is the coal, the gangue throwing box is opened on the conveying belt;
e. after the coal falls, the rear end of the weighing device falls, the baffle is closed, the next coal enters, the identification process is continued, and the cycle is repeated;
f. and the dropped waste rocks drop to a waste rock conveying belt from the waste rock throwing box and are transported back to the goaf.
