the vertical position of the guide roller 43 is adjusted by the guide adjusting member 42;
the vertical position of the inclined adjusting roller 44 is adjusted by the inclined adjusting member 45, and the raw material coating angle of the rubber coated fabric base fabric 5 is adjusted.
In the present embodiment, the raw materials include a vinyl silicone rubber a component, a vinyl silicone rubber B component, a vinyl silicone oil, and a color paste pigment; firstly, stirring the obtained raw materials in vacuum, coating the obtained mixed slurry on the obtained base cloth, wherein the coating thickness is less than 1mm, determining the water content in the raw materials after determining the coating thickness, and calculating the fluidity of the rubber coating of the rubber coated cloth according to the proportion of the water content, so that the coating range of the rubber coating on the base cloth can be determined; after the coating is finished, the leather appearance rubber coating cloth is conveyed to a drying device for drying, wherein the drying adopts a multi-layer drying mode with gradually increased temperature, and after the drying is finished each time, a pattern roller (the texture of the leather pattern) is used, and the leather appearance rubber coating cloth is formed through the stretching and pressing of the pattern roller and a microwave vulcanization mode. The rubber coated cloth with leather appearance can be formed, and has smooth surface, acid and alkali resistance, solvent resistance, high strength, soft hand feeling, good air permeability, good elasticity, dust prevention, water prevention and moisture prevention.
A rubber coated fabric with a real leather-imitated appearance is applied to cases and new energy automobile flame-retardant seats.
In the embodiment, the rubber coated fabric with the leather-like appearance has smooth surface, acid and alkali resistance, solvent resistance, high strength, soft hand feeling, good air permeability, good elasticity, dust prevention, water prevention and moisture prevention, and is currently used on the surface of bags and flame-retardant seats of new energy automobiles.

Claims (8)

1. A production device of rubber coated cloth with a leather-imitated appearance is characterized by comprising an equipment shell, a feeding guide roller, a discharging guide roller and an adjusting assembly;
the feeding guide roller is rotatably arranged on one side of the equipment shell, and the discharging guide roller is rotatably arranged on the other side of the equipment shell;
the adjusting part comprises a horizontal guide rail, a guiding adjusting component, a guide roller, an inclined adjusting component and a horizontal adjusting component, wherein the horizontal guide rail is fixedly connected with the equipment shell and installed between the feeding guide roller and the discharging guide roller, the guide roller is connected with the horizontal guide rail through the guiding adjusting component, the guiding adjusting component drives the guide roller to vertically slide on the horizontal guide rail, the inclined adjusting roller is connected with the horizontal guide rail through the inclined adjusting component, the inclined adjusting component drives the inclined adjusting roller to vertically move, and the horizontal adjusting component drives the guide roller and the inclined adjusting roller to horizontally move respectively.

the horizontal adjusting component comprises a guide adjusting sliding seat, a guide driving part, an inclination adjusting sliding seat and an inclination driving part, the guide adjusting sliding seat is connected with the horizontal guide rail in a sliding manner and is positioned on one side of the horizontal guide rail close to the guide roller, and the guide roller is arranged on the guide adjusting sliding seat through the guide adjusting component; the guide driving component drives the guide adjusting sliding seat to move horizontally; the inclination adjusting sliding seat is connected with the horizontal guide rail in a sliding mode and is positioned on one side, close to the inclination adjusting roller, of the horizontal guide rail, and the inclination adjusting roller is installed on the inclination adjusting sliding seat through the inclination adjusting component.

adjusting the vertical position of the guide roller through a guide adjusting member;
the vertical position of the inclined adjusting roller is adjusted through the inclined adjusting component, and the raw material coating angle of the rubber coated fabric base cloth is adjusted.
