According to the invention, the side wall of the water tank is fixedly connected with the air inlet pipe, the air inlet pipe is fixedly connected with the porous joint, the exhaust hole of the air inlet pipe extends to the bottom of the water tank and is lower than the water surface of the water tank (not shown in the figure), and the porous joint is connected with the exhaust ends of the first detection unit 200 and the second detection unit 400 through the air pipes and the porous joint, so that exhaled air and air exhausted during setting a program before use are conveniently exhausted into the water tank, and resource waste is avoided.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the generating device 501 is fixedly installed in the housing 1 by bolts, the separating device 502 and the drying device 503 are both fixedly installed on top of the generating device 501 by bolts, and the transporting device 504 is fixedly installed, preferably fixedly installed, in the interior of the housing 1, or fixedly installed on the outer wall of the housing 1;

and the alarm module is used for giving an alarm when a certain component on the therapeutic instrument is abnormal or the output gas and the input gas are abnormal.
