When the teacup 6 is buckled on the rotary pipeline 2132, the clamping boss 3321311 is abutted against the bottom of the teacup 6 and matched with the fixing mechanism 4 of the teacup 6 pressed downwards in the tea bar machine, so that the teacup 6 is relatively fixed and cannot rotate along with the rotation of the upper end of the rotary pipeline 2132.
Further, the contact surface between the clamping boss 3321311 and the spray head 311 is smooth, and the contact surface between the clamping boss 3321311 and the tea cup 6 is frosted, so that the clamping boss 3321311 is guaranteed not to rotate along with the rotation of the rotating pipeline after being extruded, the tea cup 6 is further guaranteed not to rotate, and the cleaning of the spray head assembly 31 and the brush assembly 32 to all directions inside the tea cup 6 can be better guaranteed.
As shown in fig. 14, the cleaning water tank is also hinged with a tank cover 11, and the teacup 6 fixing mechanism 4 is arranged on the tank cover 11; as shown in fig. 15, the teacup 6 fixing mechanism 4 includes:
A second motor 41 fixedly provided on the slot cover 11;
The transmission plate 42 is fixedly arranged on the output shaft of the second motor 41 and is vertically arranged with the output shaft of the second motor 41, and the second motor 41 drives the transmission plate 42 to vertically move;
The fixing components 43 are fixedly arranged at the bottom of the transmission plate 42, and after the second motor 41 drives the transmission plate 42 to move downwards, the fixing components 43 are in one-to-one corresponding abutting connection with the bottom of the teacup 6 of the sprayer component 31.
Specifically, when the slot cover 11 is covered, the slot cover 11 is horizontal, the second motor 41 is started to drive the driving plate 42 vertically downward, and then drive all the fixing components 43 to move downward. Because the fixing components 43 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence with the spray head components 31, when the teacup 6 is reversely buckled on the spray head components 31, the fixing components 43 are abutted against the bottom of the teacup 6. At this time, the inverted teacup 6 is fixed by matching with the clamping boss 3321311 at the top of the nozzle 311. The rotation of the spray head assembly 31 does not affect the fixation of the teacup 6, thereby ensuring the comprehensiveness and effect of cleaning.
Further, the fixing assembly 43 includes a fixing rod 431 fixed to the bottom of the driving plate 42 and disposed perpendicular to the driving plate 42, and a pressing plate 432 for the teacup 6 fixed to the bottom of the fixing rod 431. When the fixing component 43 moves downwards, the pressing plate 432 of the teacup 6 abuts against the bottom of the teacup 6, the stressed area is enlarged through the pressing plate 432 of the teacup 6, and the teacup 6 is damaged due to local stress when the teacup 6 is fixed. Preferably, the platen 432 of the cup 6 is rounded to match the shape of the bottom of the cup 6.
Further, the slot cover 11 is hollow, and the second motor 41 and the driving plate 42 are disposed inside the slot cover 11. A plurality of slotted holes are formed in the lower side face of the slot cover 11, the shape of each slotted hole is matched with that of the pressing plate 432 of the teacup 6, and when the second motor 41 drives the transmission plate 42 to move downwards, the pressing plate 432 of the teacup 6 enters the slotted holes to be pressed downwards.
Further, as shown in fig. 15, a sewage pipe 51 is provided at the bottom of the tank, the sewage pipe 51 communicates with the sewage bucket 52, and the cleaned sewage is discharged to the sewage bucket 52 through the sewage pipe 51.
In the above cleaning system for a tea bar machine, when in operation, the tea cup 6 is firstly buckled on the spray head assembly 31, the groove cover 11 is covered, the second motor 41 is started to drive the transmission plate 42 to move downwards, the pressing plates 432 of the tea cup 6 are abutted against the bottoms of the tea cup 6 one by one, and the clamping bosses 3321311 are matched with each other to fix the tea cup 6. The first solenoid valve 24 is closed, the second solenoid valve 25 is opened, and the hot water of the heater 23 enters each branch pipe 213 and is sprayed into the cup 6 through each lateral pipe 313 and the longitudinal pipe 314. Simultaneously, the first motor 26 drives the conveyor belt 27 to rotate, and then drives the spray head assembly 31 and the sweeping assembly 32 to rotate, so that the multi-angle flushing and sweeping of the teacup 6 are realized, and meanwhile, wastewater flows into the wastewater barrel 52 through the wastewater pipe 51. After the cleaning is finished, the second electromagnetic valve 25 is closed, the first electromagnetic valve 24 is opened, and the gas in the cylinder 22 is conveyed to the cleaning mechanism 3 through the gas-liquid pipeline 21 to dry the teacup 6. Through above-mentioned tea bar machine cleaning system, realized the integral type to a plurality of teacups 6 washs, dries, whole device simple structure, convenient operation.
