The control method of the full-automatic cup washing machine is characterized by comprising a rack, a moving platform, a grabbing mechanism and a washing mechanism, wherein the moving platform is arranged on the upper portion of the rack in a sliding mode and is driven by a transverse stepping motor (1) to reach each station, the grabbing mechanism is arranged on the moving platform in a lifting mode and is arranged at one end of the rack, the washing mechanism comprises a brush head (11), a first motor (16) and a liquid inlet pipe (14), the brush head (11) is arranged in two rows, one row of the brush head is transversely arranged in a moving mode, the first motor (16) is fixed on the rack and drives the brush head (11) to rotate, a saponification water tank (13) and a circulation water tank (12) are further arranged at the bottom of the rack, the liquid inlet pipe (14) is located on the lower portion of the brush head (11), and the liquid inlet pipe (14) is communicated with the saponification water tank (13), the machine frame is provided with a circulating water internal and external spraying device, a purified water internal and external spraying device, a blowing and drying mechanism and a cup loading platform at intervals in sequence, wherein the circulating water internal and external spraying device, the purified water internal and external spraying device, the blowing and drying mechanism and the cup loading platform are arranged on the inner side of the washing and brushing mechanism on the machine frame; the cup washing machine comprises the following control steps:
1. a plurality of cups are placed on the cup loading platform in a reversed manner according to fixed positions, and the starting switch is turned on, so that the equipment is in a working state;
2. the moving platform is at an initial position, the grabbing mechanism moves downwards, the cup is grabbed and then lifted upwards for a certain height, and the moving platform pushes the cup to the brushing position;
3. when the cup reaches the brushing position, the brush head (11) rotates automatically, and the soap liquid is sprayed out;
4. the grabbing mechanism lowers the cup to enable the cup to be sleeved on the brush head (11), the brush head (11) scrubs the inner surface of the cup, after several seconds, the grabbing mechanism loosens the cup and raises the cup to a position 5-10cm above the cup, the cup rotates along with the brush head (11), the other row of brush heads (11) moves to be close to the cup to scrub the outer surface for several seconds, meanwhile, the bottom of the cup is washed by a water purifying spray head, after the washing is finished, water drops on the bottom of the cup and a grabbing device are blown off by strong internal and external air, the grabbing device descends, the cup is fixed again, the cup is lifted to the original height, and the grabbing device enables the cup to;
5. the moving platform sequentially moves the cup to an internal and external circulating water spraying position, a clean water spraying position and an internal and external strong wind position, the cup is comprehensively washed, and water drops left after the cup is washed are preliminarily blown clean;
6. the cup is moved to a hot air drying position by the moving platform, and the inner hot air and the outer hot air are started to finish the cup drying;
7. and finally, the moving platform moves the cup to a cup containing position, the grabbing mechanism enables the cup to stop rotating, the grabbing mechanism places the cup on the cup containing platform and then raises the cup to the original height, and the work is finished.

The control method of the full-automatic cup washing machine according to claim 2, wherein the moving platform further comprises a longitudinal stepping motor (3), a longitudinal sliding rod (4), a sliding block (5) and a connecting rod, the two longitudinal stepping motors (3) are respectively fixed at two ends of the moving frame (2), the longitudinal sliding rod (4) is a screw rod and is driven to rotate by the longitudinal stepping motor (3), the sliding block (5) and the screw rod are in threaded fit to move up and down, and the two sliding blocks are fixed through the connecting rod.

The control method of the full-automatic cup washing machine according to claim 3, characterized in that the grabbing mechanism comprises a support body (6), a vacuum chuck (8) and a second motor (7), wherein a plurality of support bodies (6) are fixed on a connecting rod at intervals, the vacuum chuck (8) is arranged at the lower part of the support body (6), and the second motor (7) is fixed on the connecting rod and drives the vacuum chuck (8) to rotate.
