Abstract
The invention provides a rolled strip dampening or spraying device, which comprises a frame and a strip arranged on the frame, and is characterized in that at least two nozzle groups are arranged above the strip, and the strip in the frame is supported and moved by a strip roller group; the strip roller set is sequentially arranged from the frame inlet end to the frame outlet end as follows: the high-position first roller, the low-position second roller which is positioned below the high-position first roller, the low-position third roller which is parallel and level with the low-position second roller and is far away from the low-position second roller, the middle position fourth roller which is positioned above the middle parts of the low-position second roller and the third roller, and the high-position fifth roller which is positioned above the middle position fourth roller, wherein the first nozzle group is positioned at the inner side of the low-position second roller, and the second nozzle group is positioned at the inner side of the middle position fourth roller. The front and the back of the strip are automatically turned over in the process of moving the strip around the strip roller group, and the front and the back of the strip are sequentially subjected to moisture regaining and/or charging treatment through the nozzle group.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a moisture regaining or spraying device, in particular to a rolled strip material regaining or spraying device, and belongs to the technical field of design and manufacturing of strip material processing equipment.
Background
In the industries of printing, packaging and the like, according to the production process requirements, the strip needs to be pretreated before processing so as to change the physical and chemical properties of the strip and meet the processing requirements of the subsequent strip. For example, after unwinding a roll of a web material such as rolled paper, cloth, reconstituted tobacco, etc., the surface of the web material is subjected to a moisture-regaining treatment by spraying, or other feed liquids to be added are sprayed, so as to change the characteristics of the web material such as moisture, composition, acidity, alkalinity, taste, etc. The existing device for surface conditioning or feeding of the strip materials needs to separately treat the surface and the back of the strip materials in the conditioning or feeding process, greatly influences the working efficiency, and is easy to weaken the strength of the strip materials due to overhigh moisture in the secondary treatment process because the front and the back can not be treated simultaneously, thereby generating the problem of strip breakage and influencing the subsequent processing of the strip materials. Therefore, there is a need for improvements in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a rolled strip dampening or spraying device for dampening or feeding the front surface and the back surface of a strip together.
The invention is completed by the following technical scheme: a coiling type strip dampening or spraying device comprises a frame and a strip arranged on the frame, and is characterized in that at least two nozzle groups are arranged above the strip, and the strip in the frame is supported and moved by a strip roller group; the strip roller set is sequentially arranged from the frame inlet end to the frame outlet end as follows: the high-position first roller, the low-position second roller which is positioned below the high-position first roller, the low-position third roller which is parallel to the low-position second roller and is far away from the low-position second roller, the middle position fourth roller which is positioned above the middle parts of the low-position second roller and the third roller, and the high-position fifth roller which is positioned above the middle position fourth roller, wherein the first nozzle group is positioned at the inner side of the low-position second roller, the second nozzle group is positioned at the inner side of the middle position fourth roller, so that after entering the strip material, the strip material is drawn by the high-position first roller, the low-position second roller and the low-position third roller and positioned below one nozzle group, the surface of the strip material faces upwards to receive the spray of the nozzle group, and then the strip material is drawn by the low-position third roller, the middle position fourth roller and the high-position fifth roller to enable the back surface of the strip material to face upwards to receive the spray of the nozzle group, and the front surface and the back surface of the strip material are respectively moistened and/or fed.
And a liquid receiving box is arranged on the frame and below the at least two nozzle groups and used for collecting the sprayed water or liquid.
And the peripheries of the at least two nozzle groups or the frame are provided with sealing covers, the front, the rear, the left, the right and the upper sides of the sealing covers are closed, and the bottoms of the sealing covers are open, so that the spraying material liquid is prevented from splashing, volatilizing and/or diffusing outwards.
The at least two nozzle groups are connected with the liquid storage tank through pipelines so as to convey water or feed liquid required by the process to the at least two nozzle groups through the pipelines and the liquid storage tank.
The liquid storage tank comprises a tank body, and a liquid inlet, a compressed air inlet, an overflow valve and a liquid outlet which are arranged on the tank body, wherein the compressed air inlet is connected with a compressed air source to ensure that the pressure in the tank body is kept within a set range, and further ensure the uniformity of moisture regain and/or feeding.
The overflow valve is used for relieving the pressure exceeding the set pressure in the tank body.
The feed liquid outlet is arranged at the bottom of the tank body and is used for connecting a pipeline, so that water and/or feed liquid in the tank body can be conveniently conveyed to the nozzle group through the pipeline, and then the strip materials are subjected to moisture regain and/or feeding.

The invention provides a rolled strip dampening or spraying device, which comprises a frame 1 and a strip a arranged on the frame 1, wherein two nozzle groups 11 and 12 are arranged above the strip a, and the strip a in the frame 1 is supported and moved by a strip roller group; the strip roller set is sequentially arranged from the inlet end of the frame 1 to the outlet end of the frame 1 as follows: a high-position first roller 2, a low-position second roller 3 positioned below the high-position first roller 2, a low-position third roller 7 which is flush with the low-position second roller 3 and is far away from the low-position second roller 3, a middle-position fourth roller 6 positioned above the middle parts of the low-position second and third rollers 3 and 7, and a high-position fifth roller 5 positioned above the middle-position fourth roller 6, wherein a first nozzle group 11 is positioned at the inner side of the low-position second roller 3, a second nozzle group 12 is positioned at the inner side of the middle-position fourth roller 6, so that after a strip material a enters, the strip material a passes through the high-position first roller 2, the low-position second roller 3 and the low-position third roller 7 and is positioned below one nozzle group 11, the front side of the strip material a faces upwards to receive the spray of the nozzle group 11, the strip material a passes through the low-position third roller 7, the middle-position fourth roller 6 and the high-position fifth roller 5 to cause the back side of the strip material a to face upwards, and is positioned below the other nozzle group 12, and the back side of the strip material a receives the spray of the nozzle group 12, so as to respectively finish the moisture regaining and/or feeding of the front surface and the back surface of the strip material a;
a liquid receiving box 4 is arranged on the frame 1 and below the two nozzle groups 11 and 12 and is used for collecting sprayed water or liquid;
the peripheries of the two nozzle groups 11 and 12 are provided with sealing covers, the front, the rear, the left, the right and the upper sides of the sealing covers are closed, the bottoms of the sealing covers are open, and the sealing covers are used for preventing spraying liquid from splashing, volatilizing and/or diffusing outwards;
the two nozzle groups 11 and 12 are connected with the liquid storage tank 8 through a pipeline 9, so that water or liquid required by the process is conveyed to the two nozzle groups 11 and 12 through the pipeline 9 and the liquid storage tank 8;
the liquid storage tank 8 comprises a tank body 81, a liquid inlet 83, a compressed air inlet 82, an overflow valve 84 and a liquid outlet 85 which are arranged on the tank body 81, wherein the compressed air inlet 82 is connected with a compressed air source (such as an air compressor) so as to ensure that the pressure in the tank body 81 is kept in a set range, and further ensure the uniformity of moisture regain and/or feeding; the overflow valve 84 is used for relieving the pressure in the tank 81 exceeding the set pressure; the material liquid outlet 85 is arranged at the bottom of the tank 81 and is used for being connected with the pipeline 9, so that water and/or material liquid in the tank 81 can be conveniently conveyed to the nozzle groups 11 and 12 through the pipeline 9, and then the strip material a is subjected to moisture regaining and/or feeding.
Claims (6)
1. A coiling type strip dampening or spraying device comprises a frame and a strip arranged on the frame, and is characterized in that at least two nozzle groups are arranged above the strip, and the strip in the frame is supported and moved by a strip roller group; the strip roller set is sequentially arranged from the frame inlet end to the frame outlet end as follows: the high-position first roller, the low-position second roller which is positioned below the high-position first roller, the low-position third roller which is parallel and level with the low-position second roller and is far away from the low-position second roller, the middle position fourth roller which is positioned above the middle parts of the low-position second roller and the third roller, and the high-position fifth roller which is positioned above the middle position fourth roller, wherein the first nozzle group is positioned at the inner side of the low-position second roller, and the second nozzle group is positioned at the inner side of the middle position fourth roller.
2. The web conditioning or spraying device of claim 1, wherein a liquid receiving box is located below at least two nozzle groups on the frame.
3. The web dampening or spraying device of claim 1, wherein the at least two nozzle groups are provided with sealing covers on the periphery or frame, the sealing covers are closed at the front, back, left, right, upper side and open at the bottom.
4. The web conditioning or spraying device of claim 1, wherein the at least two nozzle groups are connected to a reservoir tank by piping.
5. The web conditioning or spraying apparatus of claim 4 wherein the reservoir includes a tank, a feed liquid inlet, a compressed air inlet, an overflow valve and a feed liquid outlet, the compressed air inlet is connected to a compressed air source.
6. The web conditioning or spraying apparatus of claim 5 wherein the feed liquid outlet is located at the bottom of the tank and is connected to one end of the pipe and the other end of the pipe is connected to at least two nozzle sets.
