The fermented straw fertilizer can pass through the second fertilization through hole and the first fertilization through hole in sequence and then spread to the field. The stirring piece comprises a stirring shaft 13, a stirring rod 14 and a rotating wheel, wherein the stirring shaft 13 is arranged on the external accommodating box 10, and the stirring rod 14 and the rotating wheel are both arranged on the stirring shaft 13. The stirring shaft 13 is tubular, one end of the stirring shaft 13 is closed, the other end of the stirring shaft is open, first bearings are sleeved on two ends of the stirring shaft 13, the stirring shaft 13 is respectively embedded on two ends of the external accommodating box 10 through the first bearings on two ends, and the axis of the stirring shaft 13 coincides with the axis of the internal accommodating box 11. So that the stirring shaft 13 can be rotated in the circumferential direction within the outer housing case 10 by the first bearing. The side wall of the stirring shaft 13 is provided with a plurality of gas transmission through holes 15, and the gas transmission through holes 15 are used for inputting oxygen into the internal accommodating box 11, so that solid wastes such as straw and the like in the internal accommodating box 11 are subjected to aerobic fermentation. The stirring rod 14 is in a rod shape, one end of the stirring rod 14 is vertically and fixedly arranged on the stirring shaft 13, twelve stirring rods 14 are arranged on the stirring shaft 13, and twelve stirring rods 14 are uniformly distributed on the stirring shaft 13. When the stirring shaft 13 rotates, the stirring rod 14 drives the straw in the internal accommodating box 11 to turn over, so that fermentation liquid and straw can be uniformly mixed, and the fermentation temperature of the straw in the internal accommodating box 11 can be balanced, so that the local overheating and supercooling of the straw are prevented, and the straw fermentation speed and the insect egg killing effect are influenced. The stirring rod 14 is provided with a second temperature and humidity sensor, and the second temperature and humidity sensor is also used for monitoring the temperature and humidity of straw fermentation in the internal accommodating box 11 in real time, so that the energy storage part is controlled to drive the stirring part to rotate and stir the straw, and the straw fermentation is always kept in an optimal state. The rotating wheels comprise a first rotating wheel 16 and a second rotating wheel 17, and the first rotating wheel 16 and the second rotating wheel 17 are fixedly sleeved on one end of the stirring shaft 13. The first rotating wheel 16 is connected with a belt pulley of the movable straw pulverizer through a first driving belt (not shown in the figure), and the belt pulley of the movable straw pulverizer drives the stirring shaft 13 to rotate in the internal accommodating box 11 to stir straws. The second rotating wheel 17 rotates along with the rotation of the stirring shaft 13, and the second rotating wheel 17 is connected with the energy storage piece through a second transmission belt 18, so as to provide power for the energy storage piece to generate electricity and store energy.
The energy storage member includes a motor generator 19, a driven wheel 20, and a battery, the motor generator 19 and the battery are both disposed in the housing case, the driven wheel 20 is disposed on the motor generator 19, and the battery is electrically connected with the motor generator 19. The rotation shaft of the motor generator 19 is biaxial, the motor generator 19 is disposed in the space between the inner housing case 11 and the outer housing case 10, and one end rotation shaft of the motor generator 19 penetrates through the side wall of the outer housing case 10. The driven wheel 20 is fixedly arranged on one end of the motor generator 19 and is connected with the second transmission belt 18. When the movable straw pulverizer drives the stirring shaft 13 to rotate, the stirring shaft 13 drives the motor generator 19 to rotate through the second rotating wheel 17, the second driving belt 18 and the driven wheel 20 to generate electricity, and the generated electricity is stored in the storage battery. After the internal accommodating box 11 is filled with crushed straws, the biomass solid waste mobile treatment device is unhooked from the mobile straw crusher, and the first transmission belt is removed, so that the biomass solid waste mobile treatment device is placed in a field or moved to a storage place for aerobic biological fermentation, and when the real-time monitoring data of the first temperature and humidity sensor and the second temperature and humidity sensor reach a preset threshold value in the process of aerobic biological fermentation of the straws, the energy storage part is controlled to be started, the motor generator 19 rotates, and the stirring shaft 13 is driven to rotate to stir the straws in the internal accommodating box 11 through the driven wheel 20 and the second transmission belt 18, so that the temperature and the humidity of the straws are uniform and suitable for fermentation. After fermentation is completed, the biomass solid waste mobile treatment device is driven to move in the field through the trailer hook 4, the fermented straws are scattered to the field through the first fertilization through holes in the moving process through the fertilization piece, and the opening size of the first fertilization through holes is controlled through the fertilization piece so as to control the fertilization amount.
The transfer member comprises a roll shaft 22, a conveying belt 23 and a one-way transmission member, wherein the roll shaft is arranged on the accommodating box, and the conveying belt 23 and the one-way transmission member are both arranged on the roll shaft 22. The two ends of the roll shaft 22 are respectively sleeved with a second bearing, and the roll shaft 22 is horizontally embedded on the wall of the relay pipe 12 through the second bearings at the two ends. The number of the roll shafts 22 is two, and the two roll shafts 22 are correspondingly distributed at two ends of the relay pipe 12. The conveying belt 23 is sleeved on the two roll shafts 22 at the same time. The unidirectional transmission piece comprises a driven wheel 24, a driving circular plate 25, a pawl 26 and a driving wheel 27, wherein the driven wheel 24 is fixedly arranged on one end of the roll shaft 22, the driving circular plate 25 is fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft of the other end of the motor generator 19, the pawl 26 is arranged on the driving circular plate 25, and the pawl 26 is connected with the driving circular plate 25 through a torsion spring. The center of the driving wheel 27 is provided with a ratchet through hole, the inner wall of the ratchet through hole is provided with ratchet teeth 28, the driving wheel 27 is sleeved outside the driving circular plate 25 through the ratchet through hole, the ratchet teeth 28 are meshed with the pawls 26, and meanwhile, the outer side teeth of the driving wheel 27 are meshed with the driven wheel 24. When the motor generator 19 is driven by the stirring shaft 13 to rotate forward to generate electricity, the motor generator 19 drives the conveying belt 23 to rotate through the driving circular plate 25, the pawl 26, the driving wheel 27, the driven wheel 24 and the roller shaft 22, so that crushed straws conveyed by the movable crusher are transported into the inner accommodating box 11 to ferment. When the biomass solid waste mobile treatment device is unhooked from the mobile pulverizer and the first transmission belt is removed, the storage battery drives the motor generator 19 to reversely rotate, at this time, the motor generator 19 drives the stirring shaft 13 to reversely rotate, meanwhile, the pawl 26 is separated from the ratchet teeth 28, and the transmission belt 23 stops rotating.
The fermentation humidification piece comprises a fermentation piece and a humidification piece, and the fermentation piece and the humidification piece are both arranged on the accommodating box. The fermentation piece comprises a fermentation liquor storage tank 29 and a fermentation liquor guide pipe, wherein the fermentation liquor storage tank 29 is arranged on the outer accommodating tank 10, one end of the fermentation liquor guide pipe is communicated with the fermentation liquor storage tank 29, the other end of the fermentation liquor guide pipe is communicated with the inner accommodating tank 11, and a first gate valve is arranged on the fermentation liquor guide pipe so as to control fermentation liquor in the fermentation liquor storage tank 29 to flow into the inner accommodating tank 11. The humidifying piece comprises a humidifying liquid storage tank 30 and a humidifying liquid guide pipe, the humidifying liquid storage tank 30 is arranged on the outer accommodating tank 10, one end of the humidifying liquid guide pipe is communicated with the humidifying liquid storage tank 30, the other end of the humidifying liquid guide pipe is communicated with the inner accommodating tank 11, and a second gate valve is arranged on the humidifying liquid guide pipe so as to control humidifying liquid in the humidifying liquid storage tank 30 to flow into the inner accommodating tank 11. The humidifying piece can improve the humidity of the straw in the internal accommodating box 11, so that the straw fermentation speed is improved.
The oxygen supply member includes a wind supply motor provided in a space between the inner housing case 11 and the outer housing case 10, an impeller 32, a fan housing case 33, and a wind outlet pipe 34, the wind supply motor being electrically connected with the storage battery. The rotating shaft of the air supply motor penetrates through the side wall of the outer accommodating box 10, the impeller 32 is sleeved on the rotating shaft of the air supply motor, the fan shell 33 is arranged on the outer accommodating box 10, and the fan shell 33 is sleeved outside the impeller 32. The inner diameter of the air outlet pipe 34 is not smaller than the outer diameter of the stirring shaft 13, one end of the air outlet pipe 34 is arranged on the side wall of the fan shell 33 in a penetrating way, a rotary sealing ring is embedded in the pipe at the other end of the air outlet pipe 34, the other end of the air outlet pipe 34 is sleeved on the other end of the stirring shaft 13, and the stirring shaft 13 is in rotary sealing connection with the air outlet pipe 34 through the rotary sealing ring.

1. A biomass solid waste mobile treatment device, comprising:
the movable seat comprises a movable frame and travelling wheels, and the travelling wheels are arranged on the movable frame;
the storage stirring piece is arranged on the movable seat and comprises a containing box, a stirring piece, an energy storage piece and a transferring piece, wherein the containing box is arranged on the movable frame, and the stirring piece, the energy storage piece and the transferring piece are all arranged on the containing box;
an oxygen supply member provided on the housing stirring member, the oxygen supply member for supplying air into the housing tank;
wherein: the movable frame is detachably connected with the movable straw pulverizer, the movable straw pulverizer drives the stirring piece to rotate in the accommodating box to stir the crushed straw, the stirring piece drives the energy storage piece to rotate to generate electricity and store electric energy, and the energy storage piece generates electricity and stores energy and simultaneously drives the transferring piece to rotate so as to transfer the crushed straw into the inner accommodating box;
the movable seat also comprises a fertilizing piece and a rotating shaft, the fertilizing piece is arranged on the movable frame, the rotating shaft is fixedly arranged on the movable frame, and the two rotating shafts are parallel to each other; the four travelling wheels are correspondingly arranged at two ends of the two rotating shafts one by one; a trailer hook and a first fertilization through hole are arranged on the movable frame; the accommodating box comprises an outer accommodating box and an inner accommodating box, the outer accommodating box is arranged on the movable frame, the outer accommodating box is provided with a second fertilization through hole, and the second fertilization through hole is communicated with the first fertilization through hole; the inner accommodating box is fixedly embedded in the outer accommodating box, a third fertilization through hole is formed in the inner accommodating box, and the third fertilization through hole is communicated with the second fertilization through hole; a relay pipe is arranged on the outer accommodating box, and one end of the relay pipe penetrates through the outer accommodating box and the inner accommodating box respectively; the first temperature and humidity sensors are uniformly distributed in the internal accommodating box; the stirring piece comprises a stirring shaft, a stirring rod and a rotating wheel, a first bearing is sleeved on the stirring shaft, the stirring shaft is embedded on the outer accommodating box through the first bearing, and the axis of the stirring shaft is coincident with the axis of the inner accommodating box; the side wall of the stirring shaft is provided with a plurality of gas transmission through holes, one end of the stirring rod is vertically and fixedly arranged on the stirring shaft, and the stirring rod is provided with a second temperature and humidity sensor;
the energy storage piece comprises a motor generator, a driven wheel and a storage battery, wherein the rotating shaft of the motor generator is double-shaft, the motor generator is arranged in a space between the inner accommodating box and the outer accommodating box, and one end rotating shaft of the motor generator penetrates through the side wall of the outer accommodating box; the driven wheel is arranged on a rotating shaft at one end of the motor generator and is connected with a second driving belt; the transfer piece comprises a roll shaft, a conveying belt and a one-way transmission piece, wherein the roll shaft is sleeved with a second bearing, the roll shaft is embedded on the wall of the relay pipe through the second bearing, the two roll shafts are correspondingly distributed on the two ends of the relay pipe, and the conveying belt is sleeved on the two roll shafts at the same time; the unidirectional transmission piece comprises a driven wheel, a driving circular plate, a pawl and a driving wheel, wherein the driven wheel is fixedly arranged at one end of the roller shaft, the driving circular plate is fixedly arranged on a rotating shaft at the other end of the motor generator, the pawl is arranged on the driving circular plate, and the pawl is connected with the driving circular plate through a torsion spring; the ratchet wheel is sleeved outside the driving circular plate through the ratchet wheel through hole, the ratchet teeth are meshed with the pawls, and meanwhile, the teeth on the outer side face of the driving wheel are meshed with the driven wheel.

The biomass solid waste mobile treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the fertilizing piece comprises a sliding groove, a plugging plate, a push-pull rod and a push-pull fixing seat, the two sliding grooves are uniformly distributed on the moving frames at two ends of the first fertilizing through hole, the plugging plate is embedded in the sliding groove, one end of the push-pull rod is fixedly arranged on one side edge of the plugging plate, a nut is sleeved at the other end of the push-pull rod after passing through the push-pull fixing seat, and the nut is matched with the push-pull rod; the push-pull fixing seat is fixedly arranged on the movable frame.
