The surface of the fixing portion 113 is recessed toward the axis to form a groove 1131; the terminal fixing bracket 12 includes a bottom plate 121 and a plurality of fixing bases 122 protruding from the bottom plate 121, and the fixing bases 122 are engaged with the grooves 1131 to fix the terminals 11. The bottom plate 121 is formed with a through hole 1211 corresponding to the fixing seat 122 for the tail portion 112 of the terminal 11 to pass through, and the position where the terminal 11 is fixed is designed to be the form of the groove 1131, so that the material cost for manufacturing the terminal 11 can be reduced. The invention also provides an integrated charging gun, wherein an inner mounting through hole 31 is arranged in a gun head 30 of the charging gun, and the inner mounting through hole 31 is sleeved on the fixed seat 122 to tightly press the fixed seat 122, so that the fixed seat 122 can be used for reinforcing clamping of the terminal 11.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the charging gun and terminal structure shown in the two figures is compared with the prior art in which the terminal 91 is clamped by the front and rear plastic 92, but the prior art terminal needs to be provided with a larger clamping outer ring 93 for being clamped. Referring to fig. 1, it can be seen that the terminal 11 of the present invention is fixed by the structure of the terminal groove 1131, but the maximum outer diameter of the terminal 11 is significantly smaller than that of the terminal of the prior art. Therefore, because the metal bar is turned and formed, the diameter of the metal bar is selected based on the maximum outer diameter of the terminal, and compared with the existing terminal, the terminal 11 of the invention is changed into the design of sinking towards the axis, thereby greatly reducing the maximum outer diameter of the terminal 11 and saving the manufacturing cost of the terminal material.
