Environmental monitoring standard service platform: the standardized formulation and management of various report forms, reports and other file data related in the environmental monitoring process can be carried out based on the requirements of national environmental protection standards; the environment monitoring system can realize the structuralization, the element formation and the standardization of the standard related to the environment monitoring, and can be flexibly applied to links such as environment monitoring, analysis and the like to realize the intelligent environment monitoring.
A data quality supervision platform: the method is used for processing business transactions of different monitoring centers or mechanisms (such as monitoring plan making, monitoring task distribution, distribution task progress and quality monitoring, monitoring result reporting, monitoring data quality inspection and the like).

(2) On the basis of the lims data, the system can receive central tasks of the district and upload results through quality management supervision by each resident center, realize various information statistics functions, report the results according to requirements, submit quality reports, accept quality supervision and inspection, and submit correction conditions. Each city-residing center can issue tasks to the unit according to the requirement. (based on the lims system, the internal monitoring business process of the unit is completed).

The system can count the workload of each monitoring person according to time periods and analyze the sampling reasonability of sampling personnel.
And fourthly, realizing inquiry statistics and analysis of relevant resources and data of the laboratory, customizing and generating report forms and the like, wherein comprehensive and detailed intelligent analysis, data drilling and data mining are carried out on historical monitoring data, workload, samples and reagent consumables. Emphasis is placed on optimal management of workloads, suppliers, etc.
(2) Monitoring traffic statistical analysis
On the basis of monitoring business data in a large scale by a system, statistical analysis is carried out on information such as regions, monitoring categories, organization units and the like. The method comprises the base table contents of personnel monitoring and analyzing capacity, instrument monitoring and analyzing capacity, laboratory analysis qualification rate statistics, workload statistics and the like.
The detection mechanism counts. The system supports statistics of detection mechanisms, performs unified management on the detection mechanisms, and reports basic information, monitoring qualification, personnel qualification information, authentication certificates and instrument and equipment management of the mechanisms. Meanwhile, the areas where the detection mechanism and the environmental protection department corresponding to the service are located are inquired and counted according to different areas, and the proportion and the number corresponding to the areas are displayed by a pie chart.
And ② statistics of contract completion conditions. The system supports the condition of contract completion accounting according to the sampling number and the report number, and statistics is carried out according to organizations, regions, contracts, purchasing units and the like.
And thirdly, monitoring and evaluating the statistics of reaching standards. The system should support statistics of information such as report quantity, standard quantity, unqualified quantity, standard reaching rate and the like according to contract conditions.
Fourthly, statistics of standard exceeding items. The system should support statistics of information such as standard exceeding items, monitoring values, standard limit values, point location names, pollution sources or monitoring points, entrustment units, detection units and the like.
1.1.4 field quality management inspection
The quality management inspection forms are led in batch, inspection conditions are manually input, whether the inspection conditions meet the specifications or not is selected, a port is set to upload a field inspection photo, an inspection report is finally formed, and the inspection report can be stored and read.
To sum up, this application embodiment provides an ecological environment monitoring quality management system, through laboratory information management core platform, environmental monitoring standard service platform, data quality supervision platform, strengthens the supervision and management to regional ecological environment monitoring mechanism through ecological environment monitoring quality management system to the information-based platform is supported, strengthens the overall process quality management of ecological monitoring mechanism, personnel and monitoring activity, standardizes ecological environment monitoring service action, realizes the effective quality control to the monitoring data.
Based on the same technical concept, an embodiment of the present application further provides an apparatus, including: the device comprises a data acquisition device, a processor and a memory; the data acquisition device is used for acquiring data; the memory is to store one or more program instructions; the processor is configured to execute one or more program instructions to perform the method.
Based on the same technical concept, the embodiment of the present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium, wherein the computer-readable storage medium contains one or more program instructions, and the one or more program instructions are used for executing the method.

Claims (9)
1. An ecological environment monitoring quality management system, characterized in that the system comprises:
the laboratory information management core platform is used for realizing the manual monitoring process of software business and quality and running by citing a project method library provided by the environment monitoring standard service platform; the software service comprises a lims service flow, resource management, instrument data acquisition, quality management, a field mobile terminal, an original record, a system interface and system configuration; the manual quality monitoring process comprises the whole processes of business acceptance, monitoring scheme formulation, point location arrangement, sample collection, field test, sample storage and transportation, sample circulation, sample preparation, analysis and test, data entry and data collection, recording, report compilation, report audit and issuance and report filing;
the environment monitoring standard service platform is used for carrying out standardized formulation and management on file data related to the environment monitoring process based on the national environment protection standard requirement;
the data quality supervision platform is used for supervising monitoring services of different monitoring centers or organizations based on information acquired by a laboratory information management core platform and an environment monitoring standard service platform, wherein the monitoring services comprise monitoring plan formulation, monitoring task distribution, task distribution progress and quality monitoring, monitoring result reporting and monitoring data quality inspection; the data quality supervision platform comprises a residential center supervision and management module and can look up the ecological environment monitoring related information of the residential center on the data quality supervision platform so as to control the ecological environment monitoring quality management of the residential center.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the laboratory information management core platform adjusts the actual monitoring business process through a custom function of the system to meet business expansion requirements; the method is also used for backlog reminding, task overdue, monitoring data superstandard evaluation and quality control data judgment overproof reminding.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the monitoring traffic is divided into scheduled tasks, unscheduled tasks and quality control tasks by the source of the accepted tasks; the planned tasks comprise environmental quality monitoring, supervised monitoring and comparative monitoring, and the unplanned tasks comprise environmental law enforcement monitoring, special investigation and emergency monitoring; the quality control tasks comprise standard sample value setting, capability verification, capability assessment, personnel comparison, method comparison and instrument comparison; the monitoring elements include wastewater, surface water, groundwater, ambient air, exhaust gas, indoor air, soil and sediment, solid waste, noise, vibration, coal, seawater, and organisms.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the city-residing central supervisory management module is specifically configured to:
based on the lims data, the regional center issues tasks to each resident center, monitors the progress, monitors the quality, summarizes and analyzes the data, automatically reminds the tasks, warns the abnormal data, and reads the information, and realizes the information summarization, data issue and decision analysis according to the requirements and initiates the quality management inspection; and the system is also used for realizing various information statistical functions based on the tasks of the lims data receiving area center and the quality management supervision uploading result, reporting according to requirements, submitting a quality report, receiving quality supervision and inspection, and submitting a rectification and modification condition.

The system of claim 1, wherein the monitoring and management module of the stationing center is further configured to set a client of the laboratory information management core software system of the stationing center through a right, and to implement a prompting function, and to send out a prompt through the platform when a new requirement is issued, and to send out a prompt, a notification, and a notification when there are slow project progress and quality control nonconformity requirements, so that each stationing center can automatically complete a monitoring task on the system according to the requirements.

The system of claim 1, wherein the administrative module is further configured to view the accepted task information and monitoring scenario, and report the relevant data information in real time at four nodes where sampling and sample handover are completed, experimental analysis is completed, and monitoring report preparation is completed.
8. The system of claim 1, wherein the city-residing central supervision and management module is further configured to perform real-time uninterrupted query statistics to perform visual monitoring on monitoring task conditions, abnormal data, and pollution source variation trends.
9. The system of claim 1, wherein the administrative module of the parking center is further configured to perform on-site quality management inspection, import quality management inspection forms in batches, and set a port to upload on-site inspection photos to form an inspection report for archiving and retrieval.
