when the gas is discharged from the exhaust channel 6, the material in the cylinder cannot be filled into the exhaust channel 6 due to the gas pressure of the gas, and when the gas is decompressed or the gas pressure is reduced, the material cannot be filled due to the gas pressure at the outlet of the exhaust channel 6, so that the exhaust channel 6 is filled and sealed by the material; the materials are dried and solidified in the exhaust passage 6, so that the exhaust passage 6 cannot be normally used, and the blowing and drying efficiency of the materials is influenced; the protection unit is arranged, so that the problem can be solved, gas impacts on the pulling block 9, the pulling block 9 moves along the through hole 5 to the gas flowing direction, the pulling block 9 pulls the rope, the rope pulls the plugging block 10, the plugging block 10 moves to be opened, the gas outlet 11 is communicated with the gas outlet hole of the exhaust channel 6 at the moment, the gas is discharged from the gas outlet 11 of the rubber head 7 and acts on a material, when the gas pressure is reduced, the plugging block 10 and the pulling block 9 gradually reset, the plugging block 10 plugs the exhaust channel 6, and the phenomenon that the material is plugged into the exhaust channel 6 is avoided;
the blocking block 10 moves and pulls the elastic contact 13 to move, one end of the elastic contact 13 is separated from the gas outlet 11, the gas outlet 11 is opened, gas is discharged from the gas outlet 11, when the blocking block 10 resets, the blocking block 10 pushes the elastic contact 13 to move, one end of the elastic contact 13 is plugged at the inner side of the gas outlet 11 again, the gas outlet 11 is plugged, and the phenomenon that the material in the barrel body 1 is plugged into the gas outlet 11 to cause the blockage problem of the gas outlet 11 is prevented;
when one end of the elastic contact 13 is separated from the inner side of the air outlet 11, the salient point 14 is extruded at the middle position of the elastic contact 13, so that the elastic contact 13 is placed in a low-lying mode, one end of the elastic contact 13 is vertically separated from the air outlet 11, the elastic contact 13 is attached to the surface of the blocking block 10, then the blocking block 10 is favorable for dragging the elastic contact 13 to move, an air outlet hole of the exhaust channel 6 is completely opened, and the air outlet 11 is completely communicated with the exhaust channel 6, so that the air is effectively exhausted;
when the elastic contact 13 is reset, the convex part of the elastic contact 13 is attached to and extruded on the extrusion block 15, and the gas in the convex part is extruded and blown into the sphere, so that the gas pressure in the sphere is increased, the attachment between one end of the elastic contact 13 and the inner side of the gas outlet 11 is tighter, and the possibility that the powdery material permeates into the gas outlet 11 along the gap is reduced;
the air acts on the pulling block 9, the pulling block 9 moves, so that the air passage 17 is communicated with the through groove 16, the air in the through hole 5 flows along the air passage 17 and is discharged from the through groove 16, the air acts on the material, the material is further dispersed, heated and dried, and the efficiency is improved;
the inclined plane of the pulling block 9 is extruded on the inclined plane of the pushing block 18, the pushing block 18 extrudes the spring and extends out of the through groove 16, the outer end of the pushing block 18 extrudes and expands the inner ring 20, the overflow hole 21 on the pushing block 18 is exposed in the cylinder body 1, the overflow hole 21 is opened, meanwhile, the air channel 17 on the pulling block 9 is communicated with the overflow hole 21 of the pushing block 18, air impacts in the cylinder body 1 from the overflow hole 21, and the phenomenon that powder materials in the cylinder body 1 penetrate into the through groove 16 and are filled in the through hole 5 is prevented.

Claims (7)

1. A preparation method of low dielectric constant silica micropowder is characterized by comprising the following steps: the preparation method comprises the following steps:
s1: preparing raw materials, mixing CaCO3, mgO, siO2 and Al2O3 in parts by weight, putting the mixture into ball milling equipment, adding ethanol into the ball milling equipment, carrying out ball milling for 15-35 hours, taking out the ball milling equipment, and filtering and screening the ball milling equipment for later use;
s2: putting the powder material obtained by screening in the step S1 into drying equipment, heating and drying the material by introducing dry hot gas, putting the material into a calcining furnace, calcining for 4 to 26 hours at the temperature of 600 to 1400 ℃, and taking out the material for later use;
s3: crushing the calcined material in the step S2 again, screening and filtering, and finally screening to obtain low-dielectric-constant silicon micro powder;
s2, putting the powder material into a drying device, controlling the residual drying moisture to be 20-30%, forming a block shape, being crisp but not powdery, and not generating a dust raising phenomenon;
the drying equipment in the S2 comprises a cylinder body (1) and a material pushing unit; the device comprises a barrel (1), a heating resistor wire, a feeding groove (2), a discharging hole and a push-pull unit, wherein two ends of the barrel (1) are horizontally erected on the ground through a supporting plate, the heating resistor wire is arranged on the inner side wall of the barrel (1), the feeding groove (2) is arranged above one end of the barrel (1), the discharging hole is reserved at the other end of the barrel (1), and the push-pull unit is arranged in the barrel (1); the pushing unit comprises a driving shaft (3) and a spiral blade (4); two ends of the driving shaft (3) are rotatably connected to two ends of the cylinder body (1), and the middle part of the driving shaft (3) is fixedly connected with the spiral blade (4); a through hole (5) is formed in the driving shaft (3), the driving shaft (3) is communicated with an external air supply pump in a rotating mode, a plurality of exhaust channels (6) are formed in the surface of the spiral blade (4), and the exhaust channels (6) are communicated with the through hole (5);
a protection unit is arranged between the through hole (5) and the exhaust channel (6); the protection unit comprises a rubber head (7), a pull rope (8), a pull block (9) and a blocking block (10); the rubber head (7) is fixedly connected to the exhaust channel (6), the rubber head (7) is in a hill shape, the rubber head (7) is provided with an air outlet (11), a sliding chute (12) is formed in the exhaust channel (6), the bottom of the sliding chute (12) is an air outlet end of the exhaust channel (6), the air inlet end of the exhaust channel (6) is communicated with the through hole (5), and the air outlet end of the exhaust channel (6) is opposite to the air outlet (11); one end of the plugging block (10) is connected in the sliding groove (12) in a sliding mode through a spring, and is arranged between the air outlet end of the exhaust channel (6) and the air outlet (11), the other end of the plugging block (10) is fixedly connected with one end of the stay cord (8), the other end of the stay cord (8) penetrates into the through hole (5) in a sliding mode, the stay block (9) is fixedly connected in the through hole (5) in a sealing and sliding mode, and the stay block (9) is connected to the inner side wall of the through hole (5) through the spring in a sliding mode.
