Preferably, the volume of the circulating working medium storage tank is larger than the sum of the volumes of all water pipes of the at least one circulating branch of the clean and environment-friendly high-efficiency medical variable-temperature water tank.

Detailed Description
In order that the present disclosure may be more clearly and readily understood, reference will now be made in detail to the present disclosure as illustrated in the accompanying drawings.
The invention provides an optimized design of a variable-temperature water tank, which optimizes the problem of barrier-free water change of the variable-temperature water tank around the design goals of sterility, easy cleaning and miniaturization, further designs and uses a pollution-free environment-friendly refrigerant, increases the practical function of ultraviolet disinfection and killing of the water tank, and provides a two-stage precise temperature control solution based on the principle of 'compression refrigeration + Peltier refrigeration'. The clean environment-friendly high-efficiency medical variable-temperature water tank can be used for medical purposes in a cleaner, safer and more environment-friendly way, and is particularly used in an operating room.
The clean and environment-friendly high-efficiency medical variable temperature water tank provided by the invention comprises: the system comprises a controller, a circulating working medium storage box, at least one circulating branch, a variable temperature loop system and the like. The temperature-changing loop system carries out heat energy exchange on the circulating working medium in the circulating working medium storage box and/or the circulating working medium in the at least one circulating branch under the control of the controller.
And, it is important that a sterilizing apparatus is provided in the circulating working medium storage tank, wherein the sterilizing apparatus includes at least one of an ultraviolet sterilizing module for sterilizing the circulating working medium in the circulating working medium storage tank and a disinfectant feeding device for adding a chemical disinfectant to the circulating working medium in the circulating working medium storage tank.
Therefore, the ultraviolet sterilization module is arranged in the circulating working medium storage box and is used for sterilizing the circulating working medium in the circulating working medium storage box, so that the clean and environment-friendly high-efficiency medical variable-temperature water tank can realize self-sterilization treatment, greatly reduce the water changing frequency, reduce the working strength for medical personnel and has lower long-term use cost; additionally or alternatively, chemical disinfectant is added into the circulating working medium in the circulating working medium storage tank through the disinfectant feeding device, the circulating working medium storage tank and the whole circulating water pipe can be further disinfected and cleaned, and bacteria breeding is prevented.
And in addition, a recovery valve structure is arranged in the at least one circulation branch and is used for opening after circulation is finished under the control of the controller so as to collect all the circulation working media in the pipeline to the circulation working medium storage tank.
According to the invention, the recycling valve structure is arranged, so that the recycling valve can recycle the circulating working medium, and corrosion to the water pipe and bacterial breeding in the water pipe caused by long-term storage of the circulating working medium in the water pipe are prevented.
The clean and environment-friendly high-efficiency medical temperature-changing water tank has the characteristics of extreme cleanness, so that the clean and environment-friendly high-efficiency medical temperature-changing water tank can be favorably used for medical operations and/or ECMO (external-surgical Membrane Oxygenation) systems.
A specific preferred example of a temperature swing circuit system is described below. As shown in fig. 1, the swing circuit system includes a primary swing circuit and a secondary swing circuit.
The first-stage temperature-changing loop comprises a compression refrigeration heating unit and a surface heat exchanger, wherein the compression refrigeration heating unit supplies heat exchange to a circulating working medium in a circulating working medium storage box through the surface heat exchanger under the control of the controller; the secondary variable temperature loop comprises semiconductor refrigerating and heating sheets arranged on each circulation branch, and is used for finely adjusting the temperature of the circulation working medium of each circulation branch according to the external circulation connected with each circulation branch under the control of the controller.
Therefore, the invention realizes the accurate temperature control of the clean and environment-friendly high-efficiency medical variable temperature water tank by adopting the preliminary temperature control of the surface type heat exchanger of the primary variable temperature loop and the fine temperature control of the semiconductor refrigerating and heating sheet of the secondary variable temperature loop.
More specific examples of the above scheme are described in detail below.
Fig. 1 schematically shows a schematic structural diagram of a clean and environment-friendly high-efficiency medical variable temperature water tank according to a preferred embodiment of the invention. FIG. 3 is a front view of the overall structure of the object in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 4 is a rear view of the overall physical structure of the preferred embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the clean and environment-friendly high-efficiency medical variable temperature water tank according to the preferred embodiment of the invention comprises:
the circulating working medium storage tank 2 is arranged in the tank body 1, a circulating working medium 3 is arranged in the circulating working medium storage tank 2, and the circulating working medium 3 in the circulating working medium storage tank 2 is subjected to accurate temperature control through the two-stage variable temperature loop. For example, the outer surface of the case 1 may be provided with a control panel for parameter setting. For example, an insulation layer 15 is provided in a gap between the inner surface of case 1 and circulating medium storage case 2.
At least one circulation branch (three circulation branches in the example of fig. 1), each circulation branch comprises a water inlet pipe 9, a water outlet pipe 8 and an external circulation branch 10, wherein one end of the water inlet pipe 9 and one end of the water outlet pipe 8 are inserted into the circulation working medium storage tank 2, and the other end of the water inlet pipe 9 and the other end of the water outlet pipe 8 are respectively connected with the respective external circulation branches 10; the water inlet pipe 9 is provided with a circulating pump 12, the water outlet pipe 8 is provided with a recovery valve 13, and the recovery valve 13 can be opened after circulation is completed so as to collect all circulating media in the pipeline to the circulating medium storage tank 2, so that the circulating media are prevented from being remained in the pipeline.
Preferably, the circulation working medium storage tank is opened after circulation is completed so as to collect all the circulation working medium in the pipeline to the circulation working medium storage tank 2, and the volume of the circulation working medium storage tank is larger than the sum of the volumes of all the water pipes of the at least one circulation branch of the variable temperature water tank. Therefore, when the circulating working medium can be full of all pipelines in the refrigeration work, the full water quantity of the pipelines is ensured not to overflow the circulating working medium storage box after the pipelines are retracted.
The first-stage temperature changing loop comprises a compressor 4, a heat conduction pipe 5, a reversing valve 6 and a surface heat exchanger 7, wherein the compressor 4 is connected with the heat conduction pipe 5, the reversing valve 6 is arranged in a passage of the heat conduction pipe 5 to control the flow direction of a circulating working medium 3 in the heat conduction pipe 5, at least one part of the heat conduction pipe 5 is wrapped by the surface heat exchanger 7, and the surface heat exchanger 7 wraps the bottom of the circulating working medium storage box 2 so as to perform surface efficient heat exchange with the circulating working medium storage box 2. It should be noted that the selector valve 6 is a preferred structure, and the selector valve 6 may not be included in a simplified structure. For example, the surface-type heat exchanger 7 may be a heat conductive film having an extremely high thermal conductivity parameter, a low contact thermal resistance interface material, or the like.
The secondary temperature change loop comprises a semiconductor temperature control module 11 arranged on the water inlet pipe 9 and used for finely adjusting the temperature of the circulating working medium of the circulating branch according to the external circulation connected with the circulating branch.
The closed loop structure provided by the invention can prevent the pollution to external sources such as a membrane lung water source and improve the safety of patients.

According to the technical scheme of the efficient non-contact heat exchange shown in the figure 1, the TIMs are adopted to greatly improve the heat exchange effect, and on the basis of physically isolating the refrigerant, the ultraviolet sterilization module is added, so that the sanitation and cleanness of the circulating working medium are guaranteed, and the possibility of polluting the working medium is avoided from the circulating path.
High-efficient contactless heat transfer adopts the TIMs technique high efficiency to promote the heat transfer effect, lower consumption, and isolated cryogen of physics has avoided the pollution.
Fig. 5 shows a schematic structure of a circulation system in a two-stage temperature change scheme, and accurate adjustment of the temperature of independently circulated outlet water is realized through a semiconductor temperature change assembly.
High-precision adjustment of thermoelectric devices: accurate temperature adjustment is realized by adopting a thermoelectric device, and the interferences of manual ice adding, environmental temperature fluctuation and the like are compensated. Two-stage temperature control loop: high sensitivity, rapid temperature regulation and can meet the parallel use of three paths of circulating water paths. Parallel pipelines: the three-channel pipeline runs independently, and the main control is controlled independently and does not interfere with each other.
The compressor can be an R-134a scroll compressor unit, is a low-temperature application compressor, has the characteristics of high refrigerating capacity, low power consumption, high safety and stability, and is small in vibration, low in noise, stable in operation and stable in performance.
For example, the semiconductor temperature control module 11 may employ semiconductor cooling/heating fins (as shown in FIG. 5).
Preferably, an ultraviolet sterilization module 17 (shown in fig. 2) is disposed in the circulating medium storage tank 2 for sterilizing the circulating medium in the circulating medium storage tank 2. Preferably, the ultraviolet ray sterilizing module 17 is disposed at the top inside the circulating medium storage tank 2. For example, as shown in fig. 6, a receiving plate 16 is provided in the tank 1 at an upper position of the water tank 2, and an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 17 is provided on a lower surface of the receiving plate 16. The ultraviolet disinfection lamp 17 can also be replaced by a disinfectant putting device; the disinfectant feeding device is internally provided with effervescent tablets or solid chlorine dioxide disinfectant powder, and the disinfectant feeding device feeds disinfectant (such as the solid chlorine dioxide disinfectant powder) into the circulating working medium storage tank 2 in a timing and quantitative mode or a manual mode and is used for disinfecting circulating water in the circulating working medium storage tank. Of course, the uv-sterilizing module 17 and the disinfectant dispensing means may be present simultaneously.
Because the ultraviolet sterilization module is arranged in the circulating working medium storage box and is used for sterilizing the circulating working medium in the circulating working medium storage box, the clean and environment-friendly high-efficiency medical variable-temperature water tank can realize self-sterilization treatment, greatly reduce the water changing frequency, reduce the working strength for medical personnel and has lower long-term use cost; chemical disinfectant is added into the circulating working medium in the circulating working medium storage tank through the disinfectant feeding device, so that the circulating working medium storage tank and the whole circulating water pipe can be further disinfected and cleaned, and bacteria are prevented from breeding; in addition, due to the arrangement of the recovery valve structure, the invention can realize the recovery of the circulating working medium, and prevent the corrosion to the water pipe and the bacterial breeding in the water pipe caused by the long-term storage of the circulating working medium in the water pipe.
Preferably, a temperature sensor 14 is arranged in the circulating medium storage tank 2 for real-time feedback of the temperature of the circulating medium in the circulating medium storage tank 2 for the controller. The controller adjusts the heat exchange between the primary temperature-changing loop and/or the secondary temperature-changing loop and the circulating working medium according to the temperature fed back by the temperature sensor 14.
The invention realizes the accurate temperature control of the clean and environment-friendly high-efficiency medical variable temperature water tank by adopting the preliminary temperature control of the surface type heat exchanger of the primary variable temperature loop and the fine temperature control of the semiconductor refrigerating and heating sheet of the secondary variable temperature loop. In addition, the invention adopts a completely closed design form, thereby avoiding the infection hidden trouble caused by the leakage of the refrigerant of the conventional compression refrigeration system from the structure and greatly improving the reliability of the integral variable temperature water tank.
Specifically, for example, when the variable temperature water tank is in use, the intelligent temperature controller intelligently selects a heating/cooling mode according to a high-sensitivity temperature sensor which is arranged to feed back and monitor a temperature signal in real time so as to respectively control the actions of the semiconductor cooling and heating sheets in the two-stage variable temperature module. Therefore, each semiconductor refrigerating and heating piece in the two-stage temperature changing module can be respectively controlled according to the specific requirements of each circulation branch, and different target temperatures of different circulation loops are realized.
Because a two-stage temperature changing system is adopted, the problems of poor temperature control precision of a compressor unit heating and refrigerating mode and low efficiency of a semiconductor heating and refrigerating mode can be fundamentally solved, and a surface type high-efficiency heat exchanger (shown in figure 7) is adopted, so that the surface type high-efficiency heat exchanger has good sensing and controlling capacity and usability, the cleaning program is simplified, and the pollution risk is reduced.
Preferably, the circulating fluid storage tank 2 may be a detachably movable tank body. For example, in order to facilitate the water changing operation of the circulating working medium storage tank, a portable water replenishing storage mechanism is added (as shown in fig. 8). Mechanism is accomodate in portable moisturizing includes: a box door 18 arranged at one side of the box body 1 and used for taking out or putting in the circulating working medium storage box 2, a folding type moving trolley 19, and a bottom cabinet 20 arranged at the bottom of the box body 1 and used for accommodating the folding type moving trolley 19 in a folding state.
When the device is used, the foldable moving trolley 19 is pulled out from the bottom cabinet 20 and unfolded, the circulating working medium storage box 2 is pulled out and placed on the moving trolley 19 to be automatically locked after the water box door 18 is opened, the foldable moving trolley 19 can be moved to a circulating working medium source (such as a water source or an ice source) to be supplemented, then the circulating working medium storage box 2 is installed back into the box body 1, and the box door 18 is closed to realize the automatic locking installation of the circulating working medium storage box 2.
In a specific embodiment, the specific innovation points of the present invention with respect to the prior art further include at least:
1. the convenient moisturizing scheme of lightweight reassembling type is practical and greatly alleviates medical personnel's physical demands. The portable folding water replenishing vehicle mechanism for muscle increasing is convenient, labor-saving, simple and quick to replenish and change water and add ice, and the use efficiency of medical instruments is greatly improved by only pulling the idea of no movement;

3. A pollution-free environment-friendly refrigerating unit can be adopted, so that zero damage to the atmospheric ozone layer is avoided; and a high-efficiency pollution-free refrigerant R-134a compressor unit is adopted, so that the refrigeration efficiency is high, and the environment is protected.
4. The performance of the product can be improved by adopting a thermal control product with remarkable performance in the field of military industry, products such as a heat conduction film with extremely high thermal conductivity parameters, a low contact thermal resistance interface material and the like can be adopted, and the excellent performance of the product is ensured to be beyond the short-term performance of a common commercial product by combining with a human engineering design means.
5. The use pain point of the traditional variable temperature water tank is almost perfectly solved; the design form of totally closing the surface type heat exchanger, the high heat conduction TIMS material and the circulating water circuit can be adopted, the potential infection hazard caused by the leakage of the refrigerant of the conventional compression refrigeration system is structurally avoided, and the reliability of the integral variable temperature water tank is greatly improved.
Compared with the existing imported variable temperature water tank, the design scheme of the variable temperature water tank provided by the invention has the advantages of reliable scheme, obvious characteristics and remarkable excellence, and is embodied in at least the following aspects:
1. the problems that the water inlet and the water outlet of the traditional variable-temperature water tank are easy to leak, generate pollution, breed harmful substances such as toxic aerosol and the like are greatly reduced through a convenient water changing design;
2. in the actual use process, the water tank is quickly disassembled and convenient to change water through the convenient water tank with the cart function, water adding and sewage collecting equipment is needed, a manufacturer or professional maintenance personnel is not needed to enter an operating room for operation, and common medical personnel can easily complete water changing operation;
3. the medical water purifier has an ultraviolet disinfection function, so that the water changing frequency is greatly reduced, the working intensity of medical personnel is reduced, and the long-term use cost is low;
4. the pollution-free refrigerant R-134a compressor unit has high refrigeration efficiency, and is energy-saving and environment-friendly;
5. the water tank system is small and exquisite, high in performance and durable, and has extremely low failure rate by adopting products such as a heat conduction film with extremely high heat conductivity parameters, a low contact thermal resistance interface material and the like and combining a human engineering design means.

Refrigerating capacity

Refrigerant type selection

The clean environment-friendly high-efficiency medical variable temperature water tank as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein each circulation branch comprises a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe and an external circulation branch, wherein one end of the water inlet pipe and one end of the water outlet pipe are inserted into the circulation working medium storage tank, and the other end of the water inlet pipe and the other end of the water outlet pipe are respectively connected with the respective external circulation branches; the inlet tube is equipped with the circulating pump, and the outlet pipe is equipped with the recovery valve, and the recovery valve is opened in order to collect all to the cycle medium storage box with cycle medium in the pipeline after the circulation is accomplished.

The clean environment-friendly high-efficiency medical variable temperature water tank as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the primary variable temperature loop comprises a compressor, a heat conduction pipe and a surface heat exchanger, wherein the compressor is connected with the heat conduction pipe, at least one part of the heat conduction pipe is wrapped by the surface heat exchanger, and the surface heat exchanger wraps the bottom of the circulating working medium storage tank so as to perform surface high-efficiency heat exchange with the circulating working medium storage tank.

The clean environment-friendly high-efficiency medical variable temperature water tank as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the secondary variable temperature loop comprises a semiconductor temperature control module arranged on the water inlet pipe of the circulation branch for finely adjusting the temperature of the circulation working medium of the circulation branch according to the external circulation connected with the circulation branch.

The clean environment-friendly high-efficiency medical variable temperature water tank as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the circulating working medium storage tank is a detachable and movable tank body; the clean and environment-friendly efficient medical variable-temperature water tank comprises a portable water replenishing and storing mechanism, wherein the portable water replenishing and storing mechanism comprises a tank door, a foldable moving trolley and a bottom cabinet, the tank door is arranged on one side of the tank body and used for taking out or putting in a circulating working medium storage box, and the bottom cabinet is arranged at the bottom of the tank body and used for storing the foldable moving trolley in a folded state; when the foldable type movable trolley is used, the foldable type movable trolley is pulled out from the bottom cabinet and unfolded, the circulating working medium storage box is pulled out and placed on the movable trolley to be automatically locked after the water tank door is opened, the foldable type movable trolley can be moved to a circulating working medium source to be supplemented, then the circulating working medium storage box is installed back into the box body, and the box door is closed to achieve automatic locking installation of the circulating working medium storage box.

The clean environment-friendly high-efficiency medical variable temperature water tank as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein a temperature sensor is arranged in the circulating working medium storage tank and used for feeding back the temperature of the circulating working medium in the circulating working medium storage tank in real time for a controller; the controller adjusts the heat exchange between the first-stage temperature changing loop and/or the second-stage temperature changing loop and the circulating working medium according to the temperature fed back by the temperature sensor.
9. The clean and environment-friendly high-efficiency medical temperature-changing water tank as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the chemical disinfectant is solid chlorine dioxide disinfectant powder, and the at least one circulation branch is preferably three circulation branches.

The clean and environment-friendly high-efficiency medical variable temperature water tank as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the volume of the circulating working medium storage tank is larger than the sum of the volumes of all the water pipes of the at least one circulation branch of the clean and environment-friendly high-efficiency medical variable temperature water tank.

The clean environment-friendly efficient medical variable temperature water tank as claimed in claim 7, wherein the intelligent temperature control module in the controller intelligently selects a temperature rising and/or temperature lowering mode according to the temperature signal monitored in real time by the temperature sensor feedback to respectively control the actions of the semiconductor refrigerating and heating fins in the secondary temperature change module.
