The sterilizer 10 penetrates through the heating water tank 50 through the gas pipeline 24 and is communicated with an external ethylene oxide gas bottle 43. The gas pipe 24 is provided with a third solenoid valve 33 in the pipe section between the heating water tank 50 and the ethylene oxide gas cylinder 43, a first solenoid valve 31 and a proportional solenoid valve 35 in the pipe section between the heating water tank 50 and the sterilizer 10, and the first solenoid valve 31 is close to the sterilizer 10.
The heating water tank 50 is connected with one end of the water replenishing pipeline 25 through a water replenishing port 66, and the other end of the water replenishing pipeline 25 is connected with an external water source. The water supply pipe 25 is provided with a fourth electromagnetic valve 34 and a second filter 37.
An ethylene oxide sterilizer heating, humidification and gas atomization system theory of operation as follows.
Heating: the explosion-proof frequency converter 52 controls the electric heating pipe 53 to heat the water in the heating water tank 50, and the liquid level meter 41 and the temperature collector 42 monitor the liquid level position and the temperature change in the heating water tank 50 in real time. When the liquid level is lower than the threshold value, the fourth electromagnetic valve 34 is started to replenish the heating water tank 50 until the liquid level rises to the preset level. Humidifying: the humidifying pump 39 feeds the water in the heating water tank 50 into the sterilizer 10, thereby achieving the humidifying function.
Gas atomization: based on the safety, toxicity and other comprehensive factors of ethylene oxide, the safety and toxicity of ethylene oxide must be strictly controlled. The first solenoid valve 31 and the third solenoid valve 33 are thus provided on the gas pipe 24 in positions close to the sterilizer 10 and the ethylene oxide cylinder 43, respectively. When atomization is needed, the third electromagnetic valve 33 is opened to enable ethylene oxide to enter the coil pipe located in the heating water tank 50, high-temperature water enables the ethylene oxide to be atomized, then the input quantity of the atomized ethylene oxide is strictly controlled through the proportional electromagnetic valve 35, the atomized ethylene oxide reaches the sterilizer 10 to be sterilized, and the gas atomization function is achieved.
The heating function, the humidifying function and the gas atomization function are integrated into one system to be realized, and each function can be independently started or can be combined to be started without mutual interference. Compared with the complex system in the prior art, the utility model discloses a system architecture is simpler, and it is more convenient to operate to can practice thrift the cost. After the heating water tank 50 is finished, the interior of the heating water tank can be emptied through the drain port 69 at the bottom, so that the heating water tank is convenient to maintain.

4. The heating, humidifying and gas atomizing system of the ethylene oxide sterilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the gas pipeline (24) penetrates into the heating water tank (50), then is spirally stacked and then penetrates out of the heating water tank (50).
