On the one hand, this application embodiment provides a novel wood dalle, and it includes:
the plate core main body 1 is formed by sequentially splicing a plurality of plate core pieces 3 along the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, and the plate core pieces 3 are positioned in the same plane;
the composite board layers 2 are bonded with the front and back sides of the board core main body 1 and are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the board core main body 1;
the composite board layer 2 comprises a veneer 4 and a technical board 5 which are connected with each other, and the end face of the veneer 4 departing from the technical board 5 is bonded with the board core main body 1. And the arrangement of the composite board layer 2 further enables the board core main body 1 to be more stable in structure.
The technical wood is a novel full-wood decorative material with more excellent performance, which is produced by taking common wood (fast-growing wood) as a raw material and carrying out various modification physical and chemical treatments on the common wood and the fast-growing wood by utilizing the principle of bionics. Technical wood includes the following categories: chemical wood, which can be molded by injection molding; the epoxy resin polyurethane and the additive are matched, and the epoxy resin polyurethane can be injection molded in liquid state, so that the shape of a product is easy to form. The physical and chemical properties and technical indexes of the wood are the same as those of natural wood, and the wood can be processed by sawing, planing, nailing and the like, and the cost is only about 25% of that of the natural wood.
In this embodiment, the scientific and technological wood board is a 1 mm density board, that is, the board has a thickness of 1 mm, and the density thereof can reach 1000, and the board has the advantages of being ultra-thin, ultra-soft, ultra-hard, ultra-flat, ultra-stable, ultra-high, and the like, and has the characteristics of high strength, water resistance, and the like, and is widely used in scenes such as ecological veneers, floor-free bent boards, packaging boards, and the like.
The atomic wood is prepared by mixing wood and plastic and then processing the mixture by cobalt 60. Because the wood reinforced by the plastic is more beautiful than the natural wood in pattern and color, and is easy to saw, nail and polish, the wood can be processed by a common woodworking tool.
The fire-retardant wood is made up by adding inorganic salt into fire-resisting material and soaking the selected wood in solution containing barium ion and phosphate ion so as to attain the goal of making wood implement corrosion protection and termite-proofing. The carpet in a room made of the fire-resistant flame-retardant material can not be burnt by fire even if the carpet in the room catches fire, and has good fire-resistant performance.
The composite wood is made up by using polyvinyl chloride as main raw material and adding proper quantity of fire-resisting agent so as to make the wood possess fire-proofing function. The wood structure is a unit independent foaming body, has the characteristics of discontinuity, non-conduction, non-transmission and the like, can exert the characteristics of heat insulation, compartment, fire prevention, durability and the like, can replace natural wood, and can be used as other decorative materials such as house wall boards, compartment boards, ceilings and the like.
The colour wood, a new material with colour penetrated into the interior of wood by special treatment method, can be sawn to obtain rainbow colour, so that it has no need of colouring. The wood is very suitable for manufacturing daily necessities, furniture and the like.
The synthetic wood has the texture of natural wood and the plasticity of resin, has the characteristics of strong waterproofness, convenient processing, difficult deformation and good mothproof performance, and is a high-quality material for building decoration and furniture manufacture. Although the patterns of the scientific and technological veneer are simulated by a computer, the veneer has unique texture, texture and color of wood, and the veneer is various in types, is simulated to be lifelike, and can be produced in batches, namely, the veneer is red beech, sapelli, ebony and rosewood. The scientific and technological veneer as a new generation of decorative material can be used for decorating curved surfaces, special-shaped surfaces and indoor walls besides artificial boards and furniture decorations. In the embodiment, the composite wood or the flame-retardant wood is adopted, so that the whole material has good fireproof performance and waterproof and moistureproof functions.
As shown in fig. 1, the overall plate structure is composed of a central plate core body 1 and two composite plate layers 2 adhered to both end surfaces of the plate core body 1, and the plate core 3 is made of raw wood by sawing, and the plate core 3 is provided with a connecting structure, i.e., punched or forged by a die, whereby a plurality of plate core 3 are connected in the width direction and the length direction to constitute the plate core 3.
After the plate core 3 is formed, it is necessary to subject the plate core to a process treatment to make the humidity and the smoothness of the end surface suitable for the subsequent process and the use after the forming.
The structure of the whole device has novel conception and scientific and reasonable design; the solid wood laminated wood with the novel structure not only has the physical characteristics of the traditional laminated wood, but also overcomes the defects of the traditional laminated wood, and is scientific, reasonable, novel and unique. The method specifically comprises the following steps: (1) the physical properties of the traditional laminated wood are kept, the air pipe fiber structure of the wood and the natural lignin of the wood are not damaged, and the wood has a series of physical properties of wood such as indoor humidity adjustment and ultraviolet absorption of the raw wood material; (2) the traditional laminated wood is limited by raw materials and labor cost, the diameter (width) of a single solid wood board square wood in the product is large, and the defects of expansion and shrinkage deformation, drying crack, distortion and the like are easy to occur when the environmental temperature and humidity change is large, and particularly, the single wood with the large individual diameter is more prominent. The raw material square bars (the plate core pieces 3) adopted by the invention are small in size, the stress, the expansion and contraction coefficient and the elastic modulus of the square bars are correspondingly weak, and in addition, a new tenon-and-mortise embedding process is adopted among chord surfaces of the square bars, the square bars and the square bars are integrally and firmly sleeved with each other, the formed integrated material is correspondingly stable and firm, and the defects of the traditional integrated material are overcome; (3) the three residues of the small-diameter wood with the diameter of 2-3 mm can be effectively used as production raw materials, so that the materials are more widely available and the material cost is lower; (4) the product splicing and forming working section can be completed in a normal-temperature environment, a hot splicing process is not needed, urea-formaldehyde glue can be prevented from being used, the manufactured and formed finished integrated material has no special smell, and has excellent performances of sound insulation, heat preservation, corrosion resistance, blue stain resistance, insect resistance, environmental protection, health maintenance and the like, the production process of the product is energy-saving and environment-friendly, the product quality is excellent, and the social benefit and the economic benefit are obvious; (5) the two battens can be adjusted according to the length of the laminated wood to be distributed and crossed in the splicing process, the two battens are spliced into the laminated wood according to the method, the laminated wood with any length and width can also be spliced, and the formed laminated wood is relatively stable and firm because the chord surfaces of the two battens are integrally and firmly sleeved with each other; (6) the arc-shaped tenon and arc-shaped mortise in the structure of the solid wood laminated wood are simple in structure and easy to prepare, and the wood bars are very convenient to splice with the wood bars, so that the working efficiency is very high in the process of preparing the plates.
The solid wood laminated wood with the novel structure not only has the physical characteristics of the traditional laminated wood, but also overcomes the defects of the traditional laminated wood. The composite board layers 2 are symmetrically attached to the front side and the back side of the board core main body 1, so that the overall binding force of the solid wood integrated board is enhanced, the overall binding force of the board core main body 1 is also enhanced, the excellent performance of the solid wood integrated board is kept, and the solid wood board core main body 1 attached with the composite board layers 2 is not easy to shrink or crack even in dry and wet environments with large temperature difference.
Compare traditional compound wood integrated material and be vertically and horizontally composite construction, though the product is relatively stable, it has defects such as the radial direction of panel easily fluffy, is difficult for polishing, veneer gluing, banding after processing. In this application, because 2 air-dried density of composite sheet layer, the material of adoption are soft, and 2 thickness control of composite sheet layer are within reasonable scope moreover, and the back is as an organic whole in the 1 integrated panel laminating of solid wood board core main part of composite sheet layer 2, and the above-mentioned processing defect has been overcome to the basic disappearance of 2 radial strength of composite sheet layer.
The method has the advantages that the physical properties of the traditional integrated plate are obviously improved, and the problems of plate dry shrinkage, wet expansion, cold shrinkage, hot expansion, easy cracking and warping deformation caused by physical environmental factor change in practical application of the traditional integrated plate are solved; and in addition, multiple layers of glue are not used, the using amount of the glue is greatly reduced, the application cost of the glue is reduced, the using amount of the glue is also reduced, and the pollution caused by the glue is also greatly reduced. Simultaneously the solid wood dalle stable in structure of this application effectively improves the physical properties of panel, enlarges application range to increase the value of product.
It should be noted that, in order to make the gap between the adjacent plate cores 3 smaller and fit more closely after the plate cores 3 are spliced, the structure of the plate cores 3 is a square structure, and the connecting protrusions 6 and the connecting grooves are another structure, as shown in fig. 3 and 4.
In this embodiment, the thickness of the technical wood board 5 is 0.6mm-1.5 mm.
In this embodiment, the thickness of the single plate 4 is 150mm to 250 mm.
In the present embodiment, one end of the plate core member 3 protrudes outward to form a connecting protrusion 6, and one end of the plate core member 3 away from the connecting protrusion 6 is shrunk inward to form a connecting recess 7; the connecting convex part 6 of any one of the core plate members 3 can be inserted into the connecting concave part 7 of the other core plate member 3, and the outer wall of the connecting convex part 6 is closely attached to the inner wall of the connecting concave part 7.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the arrangement of the joining concave portions 7 and the joining convex portions 6, i.e., the joining of the two core members 3 in the longitudinal direction is performed, and the plurality of core members 3 are successively spliced, whereby the core main body 1 having a width of the length of a single core member 3 can be formed,
in the present embodiment, an arc convex edge 8 is provided at one end of the connecting convex portion 6 away from the core plate member 3; the inner wall of the connecting concave portion 7 forms a circular arc concave edge 9 corresponding to the circular arc convex edge 8.
