The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: when the sewage inside the shell 5 needs to be treated, the air inlet pipe 4 is connected with an external oxygen pipe firstly, so that oxygen enters the annular cylinder 21 through the air inlet pipe 4, then the motor is started, the motor rotates to drive the second connecting shaft 29 to drive the second deflector rod 25 to rotate, the second deflector rod 25 rotates to drive the deflector plate 17 to drive the first deflector rod 16 to rotate, when the first deflector rod 16 rotates to be in contact with the first wedge block 22, the first deflector rod 16 rotates to drive the first wedge block 22 to drive the annular frame 20 to move downwards along the sliding groove 18, the pressure ring frame 20 moves downwards to enable the second spring 33 to be stressed and shorten and generate elastic force, when the pressure ring frame 20 moves to a proper position, the through hole 34 is overlapped with the aeration hole 35, then the oxygen inside the annular cylinder 21 enters the sewage inside the shell 5 through the aeration hole 35 and the through hole 34, when the first deflector rod 16 is out of contact with the first wedge block 22, the second spring 33 is rebounded to reset and drive the pressing ring frame 20 to move upwards to reset, thereby completing aeration treatment of sewage, further avoiding the condition that nitrogen and phosphorus sewage is easy to be treated incompletely due to the adoption of a single chemical agent adding mode, when the stirring plate 17 rotates to be in contact with the baffle plate 15, the stirring plate 17 rotates to drive the baffle plate 15 to rotate so as to enable the baffle plate 15 to be separated from the lower medicine tube 10, further enabling medicine in the medicine tank 8 to enter the sewage in the shell 5 through the lower medicine tube 10, then the first connecting shaft 14 rotates to enable the torsion spring 13 to deform under stress and generate torsion force, when the stirring plate 17 is separated from the baffle plate 15, the torsion spring 13 rebounded to reset and drive the baffle plate 15 to rotate, thereby completing automatic medicine adding, when the second stirring rod 25 rotates to be in contact with the second wedge block 23, the second stirring rod 25 rotates to enable the second wedge block 23 to move downwards, so that the elastic water bag 24 is stressed and contracted, the elastic water bag 24 is contracted to enable the first spring 32 to be stressed and shortened and generate elasticity, and then sewage in the elastic water bag 24 is sprayed out from the spray pipe 31, so that sprayed water flows disturb sewage in the shell 5, when the second deflector rod 25 is separated from the second wedge-shaped block 23, the first spring 32 rebounds to restore to assist the elastic water bag 24 to rebounds to restore, so that sewage in the shell 5 is sucked into the elastic water bag 24 from the spray pipe 31, so that the sewage is mixed with medicines more thoroughly, and nitrogen and phosphorus containing sewage is fully treated.
The electrical components are all connected with an external main controller and 220V mains supply, and the main controller can be conventional known equipment for controlling a computer and the like.
