The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: when organic wastewater needs to be treated, firstly, the air inlet pipe 11 is communicated with an external air supply mechanism, the water inlet pipe 10 is communicated with an external wastewater pipeline, the ozone pipeline 7 is communicated with an external ozone supply mechanism, external ozone enters the air outlet pipe 24 through the ozone pipeline 7, the air outlet pipe 24 enables the ozone to be uniformly dispersed into the treatment tank 8, meanwhile, the organic wastewater enters the treatment tank 8 through the water inlet pipe 10, then the motor 19 is started, the motor 19 rotates to enable the rotating shaft to drive the fluted disc 27 to rotate, so that the first gear 21 and the second gear 28 intermittently rotate, further the first blanking hole 32 on the blanking pipe 20 is intermittently communicated with the second blanking hole 33, further, the medicines in the first tank body 18 and the second tank body 30 automatically and intermittently enter the treatment tank 8, the medicines are fully utilized, meanwhile, the motor 19 rotates to enable the rotating shaft to drive the auxiliary piece 22 on the spiral piece 23 to rotate, thereby making spiral piece 23 and auxiliary piece 22 fully stir the organic waste water, medicine and waste water in treatment tank 8, and further making the organic waste water and ozone and medicine fully and uniformly perform neutralization reaction, and at the same time ultrasonic generator 13 makes treatment tank 8 generate high-frequency vibration, and further making the organic waste water and ozone perform rapid neutralization reaction, and at the same time the rotating shaft rotates to make scraper 25 rotate, so that the scraper 25 can scrape off the substances attached to the inner wall of the bottom of treatment tank 8, and prevent the medicine from attaching to the treatment tank 8 to affect the use effect of the device, and further making the organic waste water obtain high-efficiency neutralization purification, after the primary purification is completed, starting water pump 16, and water pump 16 pumps the waste water after the primary purification, and makes it enter lower shell 4 and upper shell 2 through connecting water pipe 17, then the gas in gas pipe 11 enters lower shell 4 and upper shell 2, make the interior pressure grow of casing 4 and last casing 2 down to make the waste water after the first purification enter into cavity 39 through filter screen cover 37 in, make filter screen cover 37 carry out high efficiency's secondary filter to waste water, then the water after the secondary filter enters into first outlet pipe 5 through cavity 39 and discharges, manometer 12 detects the pressure in casing 4 and the last casing 2 down, avoids casing 4 and the interior too high danger that causes of pressure of last casing 2 down.
