The starting clamping piece 21 comprises a starting guide block 211, a starting clamping block 212 and a starting spring 213, the starting guide block 211 is fixedly connected to one side, close to the starting connecting piece 22, of the starting clamping block 212, and the starting spring 213 is arranged above the starting guide block 211; the start guide 211 is in contact with the reset coupling rod 221. In principle, only one actuating clamp 21 is needed, the pen insertion actuating clamp block 212 is pushed to move horizontally, the actuating guide block 211 is pushed accordingly, and the actuating spring 213 is compressed. That is, a chamfer is provided at a position where the actuating guide 211 contacts the reset coupling rod 221, to form a pushing force to the reset coupling rod 221. However, for better operation, the two actuating clamps 21 are typically arranged, one of which is the same as the single one and the other of which is not in contact with the reset joint rod 221, but on opposite sides, so as to form a bi-directional clamp, which can better clamp the pencil to be sharpened. Naturally, three or even more can be provided to achieve a better grip. In principle, however, only one of these can be provided, which cooperates with the housing of the upper part 61 to achieve the clamping effect.
Specifically, the arc-shaped groove surface 214 is arranged at a position of the start clamping block 212 close to the pen inlet, and the thickness of the arc-shaped groove surface 214 is increased as the whole is closed from the upper side to the lower side to the middle, namely, the distance from the middle of the pen inlet to the upper side is farthest, and the middle is nearest; the arc surface is arc-shaped from left to right. The provision of the arcuate recess surface 214 preferably serves to guide the entry of the pencil to be sharpened and also to push the actuating grip block 212 open.
The gear adjusting structure comprises a gear adjusting part 41, a pen assisting block 42 and a gear guide 43, wherein the gear adjusting part 41 controls the pen assisting block 42 to move through the gear guide 43 so as to control the length of the sharpened pen point. Namely, the pencil assisting block 42 is arranged at the pencil sharpening point position where the tool rest 3 operates to limit the length of the pencil point. The pen aid block 42 pushes and limits the moving distance by the shift guide 43. The pen aid block 42 is thus arranged in the corresponding space of the blade holder 3 and can be moved in this space. In general, the gear guide 43 is axially displaced and, in order to protect the gear guide 43, an auxiliary fixing element 45 is arranged on the outside thereof. The pen rack is convenient to detach and install, and the pen rack can be detached and cut at different positions by dividing, so that the pen rack can be detached and installed better and maintained later.
The specific gear adjustment portion 41 is a circular column-shaped gear as a whole, the height of the gear portion 411 gradually increases, and the highest portion is as high as the middle position of the gear adjustment portion 41 (that is, the highest portion of the gear portion 411 is as high as the gear adjustment portion 41 and extends for a certain distance). That is, the distance by which the gear guide 43 pushes is formed by the height of the gear portion 411, thereby limiting the distance by which the writing assistant block 42 moves.
Preferably, the gear adjusting structure further comprises an adjusting piece 44, and the adjusting piece 44 is a gear which is in contact fit with the gear adjusting part 41; the lower portion 63 of the removable pencil sharpener is provided with an indentation 631 exposing the adjustment member 44. Thus, the user can rotate the adjusting member 44 through the notch 631, and the gear of the adjusting member 44 is linked with the cylindrical gear to select the height of the gear portion 411, so as to control the pen assisting block 42 to limit the pen point length.
The lower portion 63 of the detachable pencil sharpening frame is provided with a supporting column 632 for supporting the adjusting piece 44, the supporting column 632 is integrally in a circular column shape, and the outer side of the supporting column is provided with a limiting boss 633 for supporting the adjusting piece 44, so that the adjusting piece 44 can be conveniently adjusted and rotated to control the gear adjusting portion 41.
The pen point protection structure at least comprises a limiting turntable 114, a driving fluted disc 119 and a delay connecting structure 51, wherein the delay connecting structure 51 controls the linkage of the limiting turntable 114 and the driving fluted disc 119. The limit turntable 114 and the driving fluted disc 119 are dual-purpose parts. The time-delay connecting structure 51 is communicated with the limit turntable 114 and the driving fluted disc 119, and when the time-delay connecting structure is communicated with the limit turntable and the driving fluted disc, the pencil sharpener is in a working state. After the work of the pencil sharpener is finished, the time-delay connecting structure 51 can disconnect the connection between the pencil sharpener and the time-delay connecting structure, so that the driving fluted disc 119 can rotate again under the inertia, the limiting turntable 114 does not work any more, the pencil to be sharpened can rotate along with the driving fluted disc 119 at the moment, and cannot be limited by the limiting turntable 114, and the pencil point protection effect of the pencil to be sharpened is achieved. When can not appear cutting a pencil, stop cutting a pencil at once and cause the condition of the nib damage of cutting, the phenomenon of barb can not appear yet in this scheme. Namely, the condition similar to idle rotation of the pencil to be sharpened occurs so as to protect the pencil point to be sharpened.
Specifically, the delay connection structure 51 may be a complete whole rod, or may be a two-segment structure convenient for disassembly, and the specific structure is shown in fig. 18 and 19.
As shown in fig. 20 to 24, the delay connection structure 51 includes a linkage rotating rod 52 and a control box 53, and the control box 53 controls the axial movement of the linkage rotating rod 52, so as to control the connection between the limit turntable 114 and the driving fluted disc 119. One end of the linkage rotating rod 52 close to the limit turntable 114 is provided with a gear, and the driving fluted disc 119 and the limit turntable 114 are linked through the end. When the link lever 52 moves downwardly, it causes the end adjacent the limit dial 114 to contact only the drive cog 119.
Preferably, a thread is arranged at one end of the linkage rotating rod 52 far away from the limit turntable 114, the control box 53 comprises a control box body 531 and a delay block 532, and the control box body 531 controls the delay block 532 to extend into the position of the linkage rotating rod 52 where the thread is arranged. Thereby forming a screw-like structure that controls the axial movement of the interlocking rotating rod 52.
The control box body 531 comprises a control frame 5311 and a driving block 5312, the delay block 532 moves according to the driving block 5312, the moving direction of the delay block 532 is different from that of the driving block 5312, the delay block 532 and the driving block 5312 are both provided with inclined planes, and the two are in contact through the inclined planes. That is, the delay block 532 is controlled to move in the direction of the interlocking lever 52 by the up-and-down movement of the driving block 5312. Namely, the linkage rotating rod 52, the delay block 532 and the driving block 5312 are combined to form a clutch structure, so as to control the connection and disconnection of the delay connecting structure 51, the driving fluted disc 119 and the limiting rotary disc 114.
The control box body 531 further includes a delay spring 5313, and the delay spring 5313 connects one end of the control frame 5311 and one end of the delay block 532. Which acts to reset the delay block 532 to the original position. The specific delay block 532 comprises a delay block body 53121, a spring connecting end 53122 connected with a delay spring 5313 and a delay guide block 53123, and a control frame 5311 is provided with a corresponding notch 53111, so that the delay guide block 53123 is located at a corresponding position to guide the movement of the whole delay block 532. A switch for controlling the motor may also be provided adjacent the delay guide block 53123 to signal the progress of the sharpening.
Preferably, the time-delay connection structure 51 further comprises a gear adjustment structure, and the gear adjustment portion 41 of the gear adjustment structure provides a force for moving the driving block 5312, that is, when sharpening pen, the gear adjustment structure moves downward as a whole to generate a force for moving the driving block 5312. the automatic pen feeding structure compatible with various pen sizes comprises at least two clamping units, and the clamping units form a rotating graph; the clamping unit axially moves within a certain range; the clamping unit comprises a clamping limiting sleeve, a clamping rotating wheel, a clamping rotating gear sleeve, a limiting rotary table and a clamping polished rod, wherein the clamping limiting sleeve, the clamping rotating wheel and the clamping rotating gear sleeve are sequentially sleeved on the clamping polished rod, the limiting rotary table is arranged below the clamping polished rod, and a gear on the limiting rotary table is in contact with the clamping rotating gear sleeve;
the pen point protection structure comprises a clamping rotating gear sleeve, a driving fluted disc and a delay connection structure, wherein the delay connection structure controls the linkage of the clamping rotating gear sleeve and the driving fluted disc; the time-delay connecting structure comprises a linkage rotating rod and a control box, wherein the control box controls the axial movement of the linkage rotating rod, so that the connection of the clamping rotating tooth sleeve and the driving fluted disc is controlled.
