The technical scheme is different from the conventional scheme of a kiln mouth protective plate and a single-layer castable on a kiln mouth, the strength of the kiln mouth protective plate is limited in the prior art, and in addition, the kiln mouth protective plate and the single-layer castable are not integrated, so that the problem that the castable falls off from the kiln mouth protective plate is inevitable.
In this embodiment, the cylinder wall reinforcing member 110 is a cylinder wall reinforcing plate, and the cylinder wall reinforcing plate is provided with a cylinder wall reinforcing through hole 111; the port reinforcing member 120 may also be a port reinforcing plate, the port reinforcing through hole 121 is formed in the port reinforcing plate, and in a production process, after the fluidized castable is poured, the pouring material penetrates through the barrel wall reinforcing through hole 111 and the port reinforcing through hole 121, so that the combination of the castable and the kiln mouth protection reinforcing mechanism is facilitated, the connection between the castable at different positions is facilitated, and the local strength of the castable and the connection integrity of the kiln mouth protection reinforcing mechanism and the castable are further improved. The cylinder wall outer layer casting material 212 and the cylinder wall inner layer casting material 213 are connected through the cylinder wall reinforcing through hole 111 on the cylinder wall reinforcing part 110; the port outer layer potting compound 222 and the port inner layer potting compound 223 can also be connected via a port reinforcement through-hole 121 in the port reinforcement 120.
In addition, in this embodiment, the cylinder wall reinforcing member 110 is provided with a cylinder wall reinforcing fixing member 112, and the cylinder wall reinforcing fixing member 112 protrudes out of the plane where the cylinder wall reinforcing member 110 is located; the port reinforcement member 120 may also be provided with a port reinforcement fixing member 122, and the port reinforcement fixing member 122 protrudes out of the plane of the port reinforcement member 120; in this embodiment, the cylinder wall reinforcing and fixing member 112 is a cylinder wall reinforcing and fixing nail; and/or the port reinforcing fixture 122 is a port reinforcing fixture nail.
It should be noted that, the use of the fixing member can improve the connection strength between the kiln mouth protection reinforcing mechanism and the castable, and on the other hand, in the invention, the castable is required to be sintered and cured after being poured outside the kiln mouth protection reinforcing mechanism, and the fixing member is arranged in the sintering process, so that the relative position between the castable and the kiln mouth protection reinforcing mechanism can be effectively fixed, the thermal stress of the castable can be effectively released in the sintering and curing process, the castable is not easy to deform in the later use process, in addition, the fixation of the position between the castable and the kiln mouth protection reinforcing mechanism is ensured, and the occurrence of structural defects is reduced as much as possible.
In addition, at the connection position of the cylindrical wall reinforcing member 110 and the port reinforcing member 120, a connection part fixing member 131 is arranged on the cylindrical wall reinforcing member 110 and/or the port reinforcing member 120, and the protruding direction of the connection part fixing member 131 is inclined to the plane where the cylindrical wall reinforcing member 110 and the port reinforcing member 120 are located. The arrangement of the joint fixing member 131 is beneficial to the combination of the casting material at the joint position of the cylinder wall reinforcing member 110 and the port reinforcing member 120, and is beneficial to improving the overall structural performance of the casting material.
In this embodiment, the cylindrical wall reinforcement 110 is provided with a bolt mounting portion 142 for mounting the bolt 141 on the cylindrical wall reinforcement 110. In the prior art, the kiln mouth guard plate is generally directly arranged on the kiln mouth inner cylinder, and the kiln mouth guard plate and the kiln mouth inner cylinder are generally connected through bolt holes by using bolts, but in the invention, the inner protection reinforcing mechanism 100 and the outer castable are in a structure, so that the connection is difficult to be directly performed through the bolts as in the prior art, the bolt installation part 142 is arranged on the cylinder wall reinforcing piece 110, and the bolts 141 are installed on the cylinder wall reinforcing piece 110, so that the bolts 141 can be effectively positioned and fixed with high strength. The kiln mouth protection unit of the embodiment further comprises a bolt 141, one surface of the cylinder wall castable 210 corresponding to the inner cylinder wall of the kiln mouth is a cylinder wall mounting surface 211, and the bolt 141 protrudes out of the cylinder wall mounting surface 211.
One surface of the port pouring material 220 corresponding to the port is a port corresponding surface 221, the other end of the port pouring material 220 opposite to the cylinder wall pouring material 210 is provided with a cylinder outer side mounting part 230 in a protruding mode on the port corresponding surface 221, and one side surface of the cylinder outer side mounting part 230 opposite to the cylinder wall pouring material 210 is a cylinder outer side corresponding surface 231.
As shown in fig. 4, in the rotary kiln of the present invention, a plurality of kilneye protection units 001 are annularly arranged on a kilneye inner tube 002 of the rotary kiln, and the kilneye protection units 001 are the kilneye protection units 001.
The kilneye protection unit can be prefabricated and molded outside a rotary kiln construction site, can be directly installed on a kilneye after being prefabricated, and is different from the previous scheme of a kilneye upper kilneye protection plate and a single-layer castable material; the protection reinforcing mechanism 100 can be made of a metal material with better toughness, the material used by the reinforcing mechanism in this embodiment is a 316L stainless steel plate, the toughness and high thermal shock resistance of the metal material are utilized, the castable can be sintered and cured in advance in the prefabricating process, the thermal stress of the castable can be effectively released, the overall wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the kiln mouth protection unit are ensured, and the service life is further obviously prolonged.

Claims (10)

1. A production method of a kiln mouth protection unit is characterized in that a reinforcing mechanism is placed in a mold, and casting material is added into the mold, so that the reinforcing mechanism is positioned in the casting material; and then solidifying the casting material, and sintering the kiln mouth protection unit after the casting material is solidified to obtain a finished kiln mouth protection unit product.
2. A method for producing a kiln mouth guard unit according to claim 1, characterized in that the reinforcing means comprises a cylinder wall reinforcing member (110) and a port reinforcing member (120), and the reinforcing means is produced by connecting the planes of the cylinder wall reinforcing member (110) and the port reinforcing member (120) with each other in a vertical manner.
3. The method for producing the kilneye protection unit according to claim 1, characterized in that the material used for the reinforcing mechanism is stainless steel plate.
4. The method for producing a kilneye protection unit as claimed in claim 3, wherein the material used for the reinforcing mechanism is 316L stainless steel plate.

The production method of the kiln mouth protection unit as claimed in claim 2, wherein when the reinforcing mechanism is produced, the cylinder wall reinforcing member (110) and the port reinforcing member (120) are respectively provided with a cylinder wall reinforcing through hole (111) and a port reinforcing through hole (121), so that the casting materials on two sides of the positions of the cylinder wall reinforcing member (110) and the port reinforcing member (120) can be connected in a penetrating way through the cylinder wall reinforcing through hole (111) and the port reinforcing through hole (121).
6. The method for producing the kiln mouth protection unit according to claim 2, wherein when the reinforcing mechanism is produced, the cylinder wall reinforcing member (110) and the port reinforcing member (120) are respectively provided with a cylinder wall reinforcing fixing member (112) and a port reinforcing fixing member (122), and the cylinder wall reinforcing fixing member (112) and the port reinforcing fixing member (122) respectively protrude out of the plane of the cylinder wall reinforcing member (110) and the plane of the port reinforcing member (120).
7. A production method of a kiln mouth protection unit according to claim 6, characterized in that during casting, one end of the cylinder wall reinforcing fixing member (112) and/or the port reinforcing fixing member (122) far away from the reinforcing mechanism is contacted with the mold, so that the reinforcing mechanism is suspended in the mold, and casting materials are arranged on two sides of the reinforcing mechanism.
8. A production method of a kilneye protection unit as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that, before casting, bolts (141) for fixing the kilneye protection unit are fixed on the reinforcing mechanism, and the reinforcing mechanism fixed with the bolts (141) is placed in a mould for casting.
9. A kiln mouth protection unit is characterized in that the kiln mouth protection unit is produced by the production method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A method for installing a kilneye protection unit, characterized by preparing the kilneye protection unit by the kilneye protection unit production method according to any one of claims 1 to 8, then transporting a plurality of kilneye protection units to a rotary kiln installation site, and then installing the kilneye protection units to a kilneye.
