When the solid particle collecting box 5 is placed in the box body 1, the water spray diffuser 2 is located right at the open end 11 of the box body 1 and is fitted to the open end 11. Namely, the structure of the solid particle collecting box 5 of the existing floor washing machine can be changed, and the water spray diffuser 2 is designed at the upper end of the solid particle collecting box 5, so that the solid particle collecting box 5 has the function of collecting solid particles and the function of water spray cleaning, and the service performance of products is improved.
With continued reference to fig. 6 and 7, the side 43 of the solids collection box 5 is provided with a sewage inlet 51. As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the water spray diffuser 2 is provided with a through hole 28 penetrating the inside of the solid particle collecting box 5 at a central region surrounded by the water containing chamber 22. When the floor cleaning machine works, suction power components such as a fan penetrate through a filter screen in the filter screen support 4 and the through holes 28 in the water spray diffuser 2 to suck in the solid particle collecting box 5, negative pressure is formed in the box, dirt on the surface to be cleaned enters the solid particle collecting box 5 through the sewage inlet 51 under the action of the negative pressure, liquid penetrates through the solid particle collecting box 5 to enter the box body 1, and solid particles are reserved in the solid particle collecting box 5 to realize solid-liquid classification.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the filter screen bracket 4 includes a bottom portion 42 and a side portion 43 having a ring shape and disposed on a top surface 211 of the bottom portion 42, and an opening disposed on an outer side of the side portion 43 is further disposed on the top surface 211 of the bottom portion 42, and a vertically extending tubular portion is connected to the opening, and a through hole 41 is formed in the tubular portion. The bottom 42 of the filter support 4 is a solid structure at least corresponding to the upper open part of the water containing cavity 22 to seal the water containing cavity 22. The rest of the bottom 42 of the sieve support 4 should have at least holes allowing the passage of gas, which can communicate with the through holes 28 of the water jet diffuser 2, so that a suction power member such as a fan can suck the gas inside the solid particle collecting box 5 via the sieve support 4 and the water jet diffuser 2.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the self-cleaning waste water tank further includes a tank upper cover 14, and the tank upper cover 14 is sleeved on the outer side of the strainer holder 4. The upper cover 14 of the box body is provided with a columnar hole 15. When the upper cover 14 is sleeved on the outer side of the filter screen bracket 4, the tubular part is arranged in the columnar hole 15.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1-3, the adapter assembly 3 includes a water connection 31, a hose 32, and an adapter bend 33. The water pipe connector 31 is used for connecting with a tap of an external water source, and one end of the adapter elbow 33 is inserted into the tubular part. An elbow sealing ring 34 is sleeved on one end of the adapter elbow 33 inserted into the tubular part for sealing the adapter elbow 33 and the tubular part to prevent water leakage. The hose 32 is connected at its two ends to the water pipe connector 31 and the adapter bend 33, respectively. When the sewage tank needs to be cleaned, the water faucet is opened, water enters the water containing cavity 22 through the adapter assembly 3 and is sprayed out of the inner wall of the tank body 1 through the nozzle 21, the sewage tank is cleaned, sewage formed after cleaning is collected to the bottom of the tank body 1, and the sewage is discharged to the outside through the sewage outlet 12 in the bottom of the tank body 1. The drain outlet 12 is provided with a sealing screw cap 13, which is convenient for sealing and opening the drain outlet 12. The direction of the arrows in fig. 3 indicates the direction of the water flow.
As shown in fig. 9, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a floor washing machine, which comprises a main machine 6, a mop assembly 7 connected to the bottom of the main machine 6, a clean water tank assembly arranged on the main machine 6, and a handle 8 connected to the upper part of the main machine 6. The scrubber also comprises a sewage tank assembly 9, the sewage tank assembly 9 comprises the self-cleaning sewage tank in any of the above embodiments, and the sewage tank assembly 9 and the clean water tank assembly are arranged on the main machine 6 in parallel.
According to the floor washing machine, the sewage tank can be self-cleaned, so that the problem that the sewage tank is dirty and the problem that the sewage tank is objectionable to clean is solved well.
It is understood that the water mentioned in the present invention may refer to clean water, and may also refer to cleaning water containing detergent. That is, water should be interpreted broadly in this application.

Claims (10)

1. A self-cleaning sump tank, comprising:
the upward end of the box body is open;
the side of the water spray diffuser is matched with the inner wall of the open end of the box body and is provided with a nozzle corresponding to the inner wall of the box body, and the nozzle is used for spraying cleaning water to the inner wall of the box body; the spray water diffuser is internally provided with a water containing cavity, the nozzle is communicated with the water containing cavity, and the water containing cavity is used for supplying water to the nozzle;
and one end of the adapter assembly can be connected with an external water source, and the other end of the adapter assembly can be connected with the water containing cavity, so that the external water source can supply water for the water containing cavity through the adapter assembly.

The self-cleaning waste tank of claim 1, wherein the water jet diffuser is provided with an annular chamber inwardly from a top peripheral edge thereof, the annular chamber forming the water receiving chamber; the automatically cleaning sewage tank still includes filter screen support, filter screen support locates the top of water spray diffuser to the shutoff the upper end of annular chamber, the last perforating hole that is equipped with of filter screen support, adapter subassembly wears to establish the perforating hole, in order to be used for to hold the intracavity water supply.
3. The self-cleaning waste water tank as claimed in claim 2, wherein the bottom of the water containing chamber is provided with a plurality of water outlet holes, and the plurality of nozzles are in one-to-one correspondence with and communicated with the water outlet holes, so that the water in the water containing chamber enters the nozzles through the water outlet holes.
4. The self-cleaning waste water tank as claimed in claim 3, wherein the plurality of spouting holes are formed in a circle around a lower portion of the water spray diffuser, and water spray ends of the spouting holes are formed in an obliquely downward direction; the section of the nozzle is gradually increased from one end close to the water outlet hole to the water spraying end.

The self cleaning waste tank of claim 4, wherein the spout includes a top surface and a bottom surface; the lower portion peripheral side of the water spray diffuser is provided with a first annular boss and a second annular boss which are spaced from each other, the first annular boss is located above the second annular boss and protrudes outwards from the second annular boss, the peripheral side of the first annular boss is attached to the inner wall of the box body, and the lower surface of the first annular boss forms the top surfaces of all the nozzles; the upper surface of the second annular boss forms the bottom surfaces of all the nozzles.
6. The self-cleaning waste water tank of claim 5 wherein the lower surface of the first annular ledge is a horizontal surface; the upper surface of the second annular boss is an inclined plane which inclines downwards.
7. The self-cleaning waste water tank of claim 5, wherein the spout further comprises left and right sides gradually distant from the water outlet hole to the water spray end to form slopes, respectively; and one sides of the left side surface and the right side surface of the adjacent two spouts, which are positioned at the water spraying end, are connected.
8. The self cleaning waste tank of claim 2, further comprising a solid particle collection box integral with the water spray diffuser, the solid particle collection box having a waste inlet on a side thereof; the water spray diffuser is positioned at the top of the solid particle collecting box, and a through hole which is communicated with the solid particle collecting box is formed in the area of the water spray diffuser, which is surrounded by the annular cavity.
9. The self-cleaning waste tank of claim 2 wherein the strainer holder includes a bottom portion and an annular side portion disposed on a top surface of the bottom portion, the bottom portion further having an opening disposed on an outer side of the side portion, the opening having a vertically extending tubular portion attached thereto, the tubular portion defining the through hole.
10. A floor washing machine comprising a main machine, a mop assembly connected to the bottom of the main machine, a clean water tank assembly arranged on the main machine, and a handle connected to the upper part of the main machine, characterized in that the floor washing machine further comprises a sewage tank assembly comprising the self-cleaning sewage tank of any one of claims 1 to 9, the sewage tank assembly being arranged on the main machine in parallel with the clean water tank assembly.
