Abstract
The invention discloses a milk-flavored quilt, which comprises a fabric and an inner container, wherein cotton fibers are filled in the inner container, the fabric is formed by weaving milk-flavored fibers, and the milk-flavored fibers are formed by polyester fibers and microcapsules wrapped in the polyester fibers.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of quilts, and particularly belongs to a milk-flavored quilt.
Background
The scented comforter is generally called as a quilt, and is favored for use because of its aroma; however, the fragrant quilt generally has short lasting fragrance and cannot be washed by water, otherwise, the fragrance disappears, and the fragrance also becomes a concern when customers choose.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a milk-flavored quilt, which overcomes the defects of the prior art.
In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a milk-flavor quilt comprises a fabric and an inner container, wherein cotton fibers are filled in the inner container, the fabric is formed by weaving milk-flavor fibers, and the milk-flavor fibers are formed by polyester fibers and microcapsules wrapped in the polyester fibers.
Preferably, the preparation method of the milk-flavor fiber comprises the following steps: and uniformly mixing the polyester chips with the microcapsule raw materials, then carrying out melting treatment to obtain a mixed melt, spraying the mixed melt through a spinneret plate, and carrying out water cooling to obtain the milk-flavor fiber.
Preferably, the microcapsule raw material is prepared from a microcapsule precursor solution and a polyvinyl alcohol saturated aqueous solution, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding a polyvinyl alcohol saturated aqueous solution into the violently stirred microcapsule precursor solution according to the weight ratio, then uniformly stirring and mixing, and carrying out freeze drying to obtain the microcapsule raw material.
Preferably, the microcapsule precursor solution is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-3 parts of cream essence, 0.02-0.05 part of surfactant, 0.1-0.2 part of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 20-25 parts of propylene glycol and 40-50 parts of water.
Preferably, the preparation method of the microcapsule precursor solution comprises the following steps: adding the surfactant into water according to the weight part, stirring and dissolving completely, then sequentially adding the propylene glycol, the hydroxyethyl cellulose and the cream essence, and rapidly stirring to form uniform emulsion to obtain the microcapsule precursor solution.
Preferably, the surfactant is one of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride or octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride.
According to the invention, the surfactant is mixed with water to form a water solution with oleophylic characteristics, emulsified particles are formed in the solution after propylene glycol and hydroxyethyl cellulose are added, cream essence is dissolved in the propylene glycol after being added into the solution, oil-in-water emulsified particles are formed in the solution under the action of the surfactant and the hydroxyethyl cellulose, and after the emulsified particles are mixed with polyvinyl alcohol molecular chains, the polyvinyl alcohol molecular chains are further aggregated on the surface layer of the emulsified particles to enable the emulsified particles to be more stable, so that the cream essence can be stably kept in a structure formed by the polyvinyl alcohol, the hydroxyethyl cellulose and the surfactant after freeze drying; and then the microcapsule raw material is compounded with polyester, and the durability of the milk-flavor fiber formed after spinning is improved. The polyvinyl alcohol, the hydroxyethyl cellulose and the surfactant have hydrophilic capacity and can absorb moisture, so that the polyvinyl alcohol, the hydroxyethyl cellulose and the surfactant in the microcapsule raw materials can absorb moisture in the water cooling process of the milk-flavor fiber, micropores are formed on the surface of the polyester fiber, volatilization of the milk-flavor essence is facilitated when the milk-flavor fiber is used, and the milk-flavor fiber is aromatic in flavor; when the fabric is washed by water, the hydroxyethyl cellulose has a thickening effect, micropores formed on the surface of the milk-flavor fiber can be sealed, the loss of milk-flavor essential oil in the washing process is avoided, and the washing resistance of the fabric is improved.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following implementation effects: the milk-flavored quilt fabric is woven by milk-flavored fibers, so that the processed quilt has milk flavor, and the milk-flavored fibers have long-lasting flavor and are washable.
