Detailed Description
The clothing flavoring bead composition and the preparation method thereof according to the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following specific examples.
The invention provides a clothes aroma-enhancing bead composition, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 55 to 97.8 percent of water-soluble particles; 1.0-20% of emulsion microcapsule essence; coating the mixed powder by 1.2-25%.
The various elements that make up the inventive fragrance bead composition for clothing are detailed below. All percentages, ratios, and proportions used herein are by weight percent of the composition, unless otherwise specified.
Water-soluble particles
The water-soluble particles are used as carriers of the essence and are inner cores of the clothes aroma-enhancing beads, and the surface of the water-soluble particles is coated with the mixture of the essence and the adsorbent. The water-soluble particles are selected from one or more of sodium chloride crystals, sucrose crystals, sodium citrate crystals, sugar beads and glucose. In order to obtain a beautiful appearance, the present invention preferably selects inorganic or organic crystals in a crystalline state or sugar beads having a regular spherical shape.
The particle size of the water-soluble particles is selected from 1 mm-5 mm.
The sugar beads are spherical particles prepared from monosaccharide or polysaccharide by adopting a layer-by-layer coating mode, and the particle size is 1-5 mm.
Emulsion microcapsules
Emulsion microcapsule essence means that the essence is encapsulated by a specific material, and the purpose is to reduce the loss of essence raw materials in the production and washing processes, so that more essence is deposited on the surface of clothes. Microencapsulated fragrances that are broken by friction are preferred microcapsules of the present invention. The rub-broken perfume is typically encapsulated with a hydrophobic resin and the perfume microcapsule commodity is often sold in the form of an emulsion.
The microcapsule products made by the following techniques may be employed in embodiments of the present invention: U.S. patent publication 2003215417a 1; 2003216488A 1; 2003158344A 1; 2003165692A 1; 2004071742A 1; 2004071746A 1; 2004072719A 1; 2004072720A 1; 2003203829A 1; 2003195133A 1; 2004087477A 1; and 20040106536A 1; us patent 6,645,479; 6,200,949, respectively; 4,882,220, respectively; 4,917,920, respectively; 4,514,461, respectively; and 4,234,627; and us reissue patent 32,713, and european patent publication EP 1393706a 1.
Other Components
In addition, according to the requirement of product design, the clothing aroma-improving bead composition can be added with 0.0001-0.1 wt% of pigment. A satisfactory appearance can thus be obtained, and the pigments can be selected from those currently used in liquid detergents or softeners. Pigments which do not cause staining of the fabric are preferred, such as the Liquitint series of pigments available from the beauty-ken company may be selected.
Preparation process
The preparation process of the clothing flavoring bead composition comprises the following steps:
putting water-soluble particles into a stirrer with a heating function according to a proportion;
secondly, adding the emulsion microcapsule essence and the water-soluble particles in batches, and uniformly stirring and mixing, wherein the mass ratio of the emulsion microcapsule essence to the water-soluble particles added each time is less than 1:10, preferably less than 1: 40;
thirdly, adding the coated mixed powder in batches and uniformly stirring, wherein the mass ratio of the coated mixed powder added each time to the emulsion microcapsule essence is more than 1: 1;
and fourthly, starting a heating device to control the temperature of the stirring pot to be 40-60 ℃, and stirring for 2-5 minutes.
Repeating the steps from the second step to the fourth step until all the emulsion microcapsule essence is loaded on the surfaces of the water-soluble particles.
The clothing aroma-enhancing bead composition prepared by the invention has the effects of good water solubility and good aroma retention of products.
Specific examples are as follows. Unless otherwise specified, the raw materials used in the examples are all commercially available products.
Table 1 provides the compositions and percentage contents of the raw materials of examples 1-5:
TABLE 1
The preparation of examples 1 to 5 was as follows, the steps being carried out at ambient temperature:
(1) adding all components contained in the coated mixed powder into a horizontal stirrer according to the proportion, and fully and uniformly mixing for later use;
(2) adding the water-soluble particles into a stirring pot, uniformly stirring, adding the emulsion microcapsule essence in batches, and uniformly stirring, wherein the adding amount of each time accounts for 2% of the water-soluble particles;
(3) adding the coated mixed powder with the weight 1.2 times that of the emulsion microcapsule essence into a stirrer for stirring and uniformly mixing; then introducing hot steam (40-60 ℃) to evaporate the water of the emulsion microcapsule essence;
(4) and (4) repeating the steps (2) to (3) until all the emulsion microcapsule essence is loaded on the surface of the water-soluble particles.
Comparative example 1
The clothes aroma-enhancing bead prepared by adopting the loading technology in the comparative example does not contain emulsion microcapsules, and comprises the following components: 6% of liquid essence, 3.6% of silicon dioxide and 90.4% of sea salt crystal. The preparation process comprises the steps of adding sea salt crystals into a stirring pot, adding liquid essence, uniformly stirring, adding silicon dioxide, and uniformly stirring.
Comparative example 2
The clothes fragrance-enhancing bead prepared by the load technology in the comparative example contains emulsion microcapsules, adopts silicon dioxide as an adsorbent and comprises the following components: 6 percent of emulsion microcapsule essence, 3 percent of silicon dioxide and 91 percent of sea salt particles. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps: adding sea salt particles into a stirring pot, adding the emulsion microcapsule essence, adding silicon dioxide, and stirring uniformly.
Fragrance retention and water solubility tests were performed on the care compositions of the examples and comparative examples:
fragrance test:
Dissolving the aroma-enhancing bead composition into a water basin according to the concentration of 1 per thousand, then adding a towel for soaking for 10 minutes, taking out the towel for wringing, rinsing the towel twice with clear water, naturally drying, evaluating the aroma concentration of the towel by trained evaluation personnel, scoring the aroma concentration according to 1-5 points, wherein the higher the score is, the better the aroma retention strength of the product is. The test results are shown in table 2 below:
TABLE 2
As can be seen from table 2, the fragrance retention effect of examples 1 to 5 is significantly better than that of the two comparative examples in the prior art, the fragrance retention effect can be significantly improved by containing the emulsion microcapsule, and although comparative example 2 also contains the emulsion microcapsule, the deposition of the microcapsule on clothes is affected by poor solubility of the emulsion microcapsule, so that the fragrance retention performance is reduced.
(II) dissolution Rate test
The test method comprises the following steps: 500mL of deionized water was added to a 500mL beaker, followed by the addition of a1 gram sample of the flavored bead composition and the appearance of the aqueous solution was observed after 5 minutes of stirring. The results are shown in table 3 below:
