the time length determining unit is used for determining the operation time length range corresponding to each operation link according to the operation-time length database; further determining the operation duration based on the task level; wherein the task grade is divided into a red grade, a yellow grade and a green grade; when the task level is a red level, determining the minimum value in the operation duration range as the operation duration; when the task level is divided into a yellow level, determining a middle value in the operation duration range as the operation duration; when the task level is divided into green levels, determining the maximum value in the operation duration range as the operation duration;
the time generation unit is used for generating an operation time table according to the meteorological information and the operation duration; wherein, the operation time table comprises an operation link, link weather limitation and link operation time period;
the operation distribution unit is used for determining the personnel number and the tool number corresponding to each operation link according to the operation time table, the preset personnel database and the preset tool database; when detecting that no personnel number and/or tool number which can be called exists in any operation time period in the operation time table, acquiring task levels corresponding to all the personnel numbers and/or tool numbers in any operation time period; acquiring a personnel number and/or a tool number with a green task level as a personnel number and/or a tool number corresponding to any operation time period;
the job generating unit is used for generating job tasks and sending the job tasks to corresponding job terminals; the work task at least comprises a task grade, work duration, work content, a personnel number, a tool number and a work time period.
4. The intelligent regulation and control system for distribution network uninterrupted operation according to claim 3, wherein the operation updating module comprises a data receiving unit, a data adjusting unit and an operation updating unit;
the data receiving unit is used for receiving the adjustment information uploaded by the operation terminal; wherein the adjustment information comprises a rest information and/or a wear information;
the data adjusting unit is used for updating a preset personnel database and/or a preset tool database according to the adjusting information; generating a job update instruction to cause the job generation unit to update the job allocation table;
the job updating unit is used for detecting whether the job distribution table has changed data or not; when detecting that the job distribution table has the changed data, generating a job adding task and a job canceling task.

and the tool maintenance unit is used for determining a maintenance task of a tool corresponding to the wear information according to the wear information in a preset tool database, and sending the maintenance task to a maintenance terminal.

receiving adjustment information uploaded by an operation terminal so as to update an operation distribution table according to the adjustment information; when detecting that the job distribution table has changed data, generating a job adding task and a job canceling task;
according to the personnel number in the operation distribution table and the personnel number corresponding to the operation newly added task, the operation task is issued to the operation terminal corresponding to the personnel number; and issuing the revocation task to the operation terminal corresponding to the personnel number according to the personnel number corresponding to the operation revocation task.

according to the operation information, determining operation link information corresponding to the operation task information, which specifically comprises the following steps:
