Abstract
The invention discloses a drying and oiling method for a tire base, which comprises the steps of inputting the tire base into a drying device for heating and drying; the drying device adopts heat conduction oil conveyed by an oil supply pipe as a heat source, and a proportional regulating valve is arranged on the oil supply pipe; a non-contact temperature sensor is arranged at the output end of the drying device to detect the temperature of the tire base output by the drying device; controlling the opening degree of the proportional regulating valve according to the temperature of the tire base output by the drying device, so that the temperature of the tire base output by the drying device is kept at a preset threshold value; and (3) inputting the tire base output by the drying device into an oiling pond for oiling, so that the tire base is conveyed from the drying device to the oiling pond in a closed environment. The invention can properly adjust the temperature of the tyre base output by the drying device, has the temperature adjusting function, and can effectively dry the tyre base; the invention also enables the child base to be conveyed in a closed environment, can avoid the child base from being influenced by the temperature and humidity of the external environment, can ensure the drying effect of the child base, and further ensures the oiling effect of the child base.

Technical Field

Background
Asphalt or polymer waterproof materials are soaked on the base, and the waterproof material product is provided in a coiled material form, which is called a waterproof coiled material.
