Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile keys, in particular to an intelligent automobile key device capable of being installed nondestructively, a nondestructive installation method and a vehicle control method. The intelligent automobile key device is arranged in an automobile, a user sends a control command through a remote controller, the intelligent automobile key device judges which automobile key button corresponds to the command after receiving the control command, and the control panel controls the corresponding button of the corresponding pressing mechanism for pressing the automobile key; the automobile key disclosed by the invention is not required to be disassembled for modification, has universality for different types of automobile keys, is convenient to install and use, and is easy to expand personalized functions.

the control panel is provided with a wireless module, a motor driving module and a power supply module; the control panel is provided with array hole sites; the pressing mechanism is fixedly connected on the array hole site through a bolt, and the selection of the hole site is determined by the position of the key;
the array hole sites are M rows multiplied by N columns, and the row spacing and the column spacing can be adjusted according to requirements, so that the array hole sites can cover the key arrangement of most automobile keys;
the pressing mechanism comprises a motor, a speed reducer, a screw rod and a sliding block; the positive and negative electrodes of the motor are connected to the control board through wiring terminals; one or more pressing mechanisms can be arranged, and the number of the pressing mechanisms is consistent with that of the automobile key buttons;
a lossless installation method of an intelligent automobile key device based on lossless installation comprises the following steps:
step S1, selecting or customizing a key liner according to the shape of the used automobile key;

A vehicle control method based on the hitless installed smart car key device, comprising: the intelligent automobile key device is placed in an automobile, a user sends a control command through a remote controller, the intelligent automobile key device judges which automobile key button corresponds to the command after receiving the control command, the control panel controls the motor of the corresponding pressing mechanism to rotate positively, the motor drives the lead screw to rotate through the speed reducer, and then the sliding block is pushed to move downwards to press the corresponding button; after the press key is pressed, the control panel controls the motor to rotate reversely, and the sliding block moves upwards to be separated from the press key; and after the key of the automobile key is pressed, the automobile is controlled to execute related operations.

Detailed description of the invention
A smart car key device 1 mounted nondestructively, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, includes a housing 11, an upper assembly 12 and a lower assembly 13; the upper assembly 12 comprises an upper bracket 1201, a control panel 1202, a pressing mechanism 1203 and a battery 1204; the lower assembly 13 includes a lower carriage 1301 and a key liner 1302;
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the control plate 1202 is fixed to the upper bracket screw hole 12011 through the control plate screw hole 12022 by bolts; the upper component 12 is connected with the shell 11 in a drawer type; the outline of the groove 13021 of the key lining 1302 is consistent with the outline of the automobile key, so that the function of fixing the automobile key is achieved; the lower component 13 is connected with the shell 11 in a drawer type;
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the control board 1202 is provided with a wireless module, a motor driving module, and a power supply module; an array hole 12021 is formed in the control board 1202; the pressing mechanism 1203 is fixedly connected to the array hole 12021 through bolts, and the selection of the hole is determined by the position of a key;
as shown in fig. 3, the pressing mechanism 1203 includes a motor 12031, a reducer 12032, a lead screw 12033, and a slider 12034; the positive and negative electrodes of the motor 12031 are connected to the control panel through the wiring terminals; one or more pressing mechanisms 1203 can be arranged, and the number of the pressing mechanisms is consistent with the number of automobile key buttons;
as shown in fig. 4, four common key distribution patterns (4-1, 4-2, 4-3, 4-4) of the car key are listed, in this embodiment, the array hole sites are arranged in 25 rows × 3 columns, with a column spacing of 6mm and a row spacing of 3mm, and can cover most key positions of the car key; for a very special type of automobile key distribution form, the number of rows and columns of array hole sites and the hole spacing are only required to be adjusted;
when the 4-1 type automobile key is used, the corresponding installation mode is shown in fig. 5, and three pressing mechanisms are used;
when the 4-2 type automobile key is used, the corresponding installation mode is as shown in fig. 6, three pressing mechanisms are used, and compared with fig. 5, the pressing mechanisms are rotated by 90 degrees when being installed so as to adapt to the key arrangement of the type automobile key;
when the 4-3 type automobile key is used, the corresponding installation mode is shown in fig. 7, in order to make the illustration effect clearer, only three pressing mechanisms are installed in the drawing, and five pressing mechanisms are installed in actual use;
when the 4-4 type automobile key is used, the corresponding installation mode is as shown in fig. 8, four pressing mechanisms are used, wherein one pressing mechanism is staggered with one hole position relative to the other three pressing mechanisms so as to adapt to the key arrangement at the corresponding position;
detailed description of the invention
A lossless installation method of a smart car key device based on the lossless installation, as shown in fig. 9, includes the following steps:

step S2, determining the number of pressing mechanisms according to the number of keys of the automobile key;
step S3, determining an array hole position for installing a pressing mechanism and an installation direction of the pressing mechanism according to the key position of the automobile key;

Detailed description of the invention
A vehicle control method based on the hitless installed smart car key device, comprising: the intelligent automobile key device 1 is arranged in an automobile, a user sends a control instruction through a remote controller, and after receiving the control instruction, the intelligent automobile key device 1 judges which automobile key button corresponds to the instruction; the control board 1202 controls the motor 12031 of the corresponding pressing mechanism 1203 to rotate forward, the motor 12031 drives the screw rod 12033 to rotate through the speed reducer 12032, one side of the slider 12034 is provided with a circular arc-shaped concave part (as shown in fig. 3), and the outline of the circular arc-shaped concave part is consistent with the outline of the shell of the motor 12031, so that the rotation of the slider 12034 is limited, and the screw rod 12033 pushes the slider 12034 to move downward to press the corresponding key when rotating; after the button is pressed, the control board 1202 controls the motor 12031 to rotate reversely, and the sliding block 12034 moves upwards to be separated from the button; and after the key of the automobile key is pressed, the automobile is controlled to execute related operations.
By the intelligent automobile key device and the automobile control method, the function of the original automobile key can be easily expanded. For example, a Bluetooth module is arranged on an intelligent automobile key device and a user remote controller, the distance between a user and an automobile is judged according to the Bluetooth connection strength, the functions of automatic unlocking when the automobile approaches the automobile and automatic locking when the automobile leaves the automobile can be realized, and the automobile door and a trunk can be opened and closed through mobile phone Bluetooth; a voice recognition module is arranged on a user remote controller, so that the car door and the trunk can be opened and closed through voice control; the 4G module is arranged on the intelligent automobile key device, so that the remote unlocking and locking of the automobile can be realized; the GPS module is arranged on the intelligent automobile key device, so that the positioning of the automobile can be realized.

The nondestructive mounting method of the intelligent automobile key device based on the nondestructive mounting of claim 1, characterized by comprising the steps of: step S1, selecting or customizing a key liner according to the shape of the used automobile key; step S2, determining the number of pressing mechanisms according to the number of keys of the automobile key; step S3, determining an array hole position for installing a pressing mechanism and an installation direction of the pressing mechanism according to the key position of the automobile key; and step S4, assembling all parts to complete the installation.
