An automatic unlocking device for an automobile key is based on the refitting and upgrading method for the automobile key as claimed in claims 1 to 4, and is characterized by comprising a shell (4), wherein the intelligent control circuit board (2) and the original automobile key circuit board (1) are both installed in the shell (4), a touch display module (5) electrically connected with the intelligent control circuit board (2) and a power supply module (6) for supplying power to the touch display module (5), the intelligent control circuit board (2) and the original automobile key circuit board (1) are further arranged in the shell (4); the intelligent control circuit board (2) comprises a main control chip (22) and a switch module (23), the power supply module (6) is in bridge connection with the touch display module (5) through the switch module (23), and the switch module (23) is used for disconnecting the power supply of the power supply module (6) to the touch display module (5) when the voltage of the power supply module (6) is lower than a preset value.

The device for automatically unlocking by key of car according to claim 5, wherein said switch module (23) comprises a switch triode, a first divider resistor and a second divider resistor, the collector of said switch triode is connected with said touch display module (5) and said power module (6) in sequence, the emitter is grounded, the base is connected with the first divider resistor and the second divider resistor which are connected in parallel, the other end of said first divider resistor is grounded, and the other end of said second divider resistor is connected with the power module (6).

The automatic unlocking device of automobile key according to claim 5, characterized in that the terminals of the function keys of the original automobile key circuit board (1) are led out in a mode of contacting with welding wires and/or thimbles to be connected with the corresponding terminals of the intelligent control circuit board (2).

The automatic unlocking device of automobile key according to claim 5, characterized in that a plurality of mechanical keys, specifically a door-opening key, a tail-opening key, a lock key and a reserved key, are embedded on the housing (4), and the plurality of mechanical keys are electrically connected with the functional keys on the original automobile key circuit board (1).

The automatic unlocking device of car key according to claim 5, characterized in that said switch module (23) further comprises a plurality of electronic switches respectively connected in parallel with said mechanical keys, said main control chip (22) is connected to said functional key terminals on the original car key circuit board (1) through said electronic switches.
10. The device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the switching transistor is an npn transistor.
