Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of refrigeration equipment, in particular to a refrigerator.
Background
The existing medical cabinet product usually adopts the design of one door body or two door bodies, the door bodies are arranged on a box body, the door bodies are usually provided with handle handles, and the box body is provided with handle seats which are called handles together. When the refrigerator is closed, the door body and the refrigerator body are tensioned through the handle, so that the refrigerator is sealed and does not leak cold air; when the refrigerator is opened, the door body is opened through the handle, and a user can conveniently take out stored objects. The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a refrigerator according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a refrigerator body 100, a door 200, a handle holder 1, a handle 2, a fixing seat 3, a latch 4, a rotary slot 21, and a thimble 11, wherein the door 200 is rotatably connected to one side of the refrigerator body 100, the handle holder 1 is disposed on the refrigerator body 100, and the handle 2 is rotatably connected to the door 200; the fixed seat 3 is arranged inside the handle 2 and fixed on the door body, and the handle 2 rotates around the fixed seat 3; the bolt 4 is movably inserted in the fixed seat 3; the rotary clamping groove 21 is arranged on the side wall of the handle 2 corresponding to the bolt 4; the ejector pin 11 is arranged on the handle seat 1 corresponding to the plug pin 4 and used for driving the plug pin 4 to be inserted into the rotary clamping groove 21 or separated from the rotary clamping groove 21.
According to the refrigerator based on the technical characteristics, the bolt 4 is arranged on the fixed seat 3, the rotary clamping groove 21 is arranged on the handle 2 corresponding to the bolt 4, the thimble 11 is arranged on the handle seat 1 corresponding to the bolt 4, after the handle 2 is unscrewed, the bolt 4 is inserted into the rotary clamping groove 21, the handle 2 cannot rotate and is fixed at a required angle, and the collision is avoided; when the door is closed, after the handle 2 is close to the handle seat 1 for a certain distance, the plug pin 4 is abutted against the ejector pin 11, and along with the continuation of the door closing process, the plug pin 4 is driven by the ejector pin 11 to be separated from the rotary clamping groove 21 of the handle 2, so that the handle 2 can rotate, and meanwhile, the handle 2 is prevented from being impacted with the handle seat 1; when opening the door, after handle 2 breaks away from handle seat 1 certain distance, bolt 4 breaks away from thimble 11, along with the continuation of the process of opening the door, bolt 4 removes to rotatory draw-in groove 21 direction to finally inject rotatory draw-in groove 21, make handle 2 fix the angle of needs, avoid the striking. The refrigerator handle can prevent the handle 2 from impacting the handle seat 1 in the door closing process, avoid handle failure and ensure the sealing effect of the refrigerator.
Referring to fig. 4, in this embodiment, in order to facilitate the installation of the plug 4, a fixing slot 31 is disposed on the fixing base 3, and the plug 4 is disposed in the fixing slot 31. Preferably, the elastic element is a spring 5 (which may be a compression spring or a tension spring), the spring 5 is sleeved on the insertion part 42, one end of the spring 5 abuts against the driving part 41, and the other end abuts against the abutting part 62. When the handle 2 is close to the handle seat 1 during door opening and closing, the thimble 11 drives the driving part of the bolt 4 to move the bolt 4, and meanwhile, the plug part 42 drives the spring 5 to compress, so that the plug part 42 is separated from the rotary clamping groove 21, and the handle 2 can rotate freely; after the door is opened, the handle 2 is separated from the handle seat 1, the spring 5 drives the bolt 4 to move reversely, so that the insertion part 42 is inserted into the rotary clamping groove 21, the handle 2 is fixed at a required angle, and the handle 2 is prevented from colliding with the handle seat 1.
In addition, in this embodiment, a rotation block may be provided on the handle grip 2, and the rotation notch 21 may be provided on the rotation block. Meanwhile, the diameter of the thimble 11 is 4-6 mm, preferably 5 mm.
The present invention is divided into a door opening state, a door closing process, a door closing state and a door opening process in the using process, and for convenience of description, the present invention refers to the components except for the box body 100 and the door body 200 as the anti-collision mechanisms, and the following description is made separately:
door open state (see fig. 7-8): the handle 2 is separated from the handle seat 1, namely the door body 200 is in an open state, the anti-collision mechanism is in a working state at the moment, the spring 5 is popped out to the maximum size, the bolt 4 is completely inserted into the rotary clamping groove 21, and the handle 2 cannot rotate, so that the anti-collision mechanism is in an anti-collision state.
Door closing process (see fig. 9-10): in the process that the door body part for installing the handle 2 and the box body part for installing the handle seat 1 just contact with and close the door, namely the process that the door body part is screwed and closed, the anti-collision mechanism is switched from a working state to an idle state, the spring 5 is gradually compressed, the bolt 4 is driven to be pushed out of the rotary clamping groove 21, the handle 2 can rotate, and therefore the process is switched to a non-anti-collision process.
Door closed state (see fig. 11-12): the door body part and the box body part are closed, namely the door body 200 is in a closed state, the anti-collision mechanism is in an idle state at the moment, the spring 5 is compressed to the minimum length, the bolt 4 is completely separated from the rotary clamping groove 21, and the handle 2 can rotate so as to be in a non-anti-collision state.
Door opening process (see fig. 13-14): the door body part and the box body part are in a process from a door closing state to a process of just separating from each other, namely a process of unscrewing and pulling the door body part, the anti-collision mechanism is switched to a working state from an idle state in the process, the spring 5 is gradually popped out to drive the bolt 4 to be pushed into the rotary clamping groove 21, so that the handle 2 cannot rotate, and the process of collision prevention is switched.
