The method for installing the solar photovoltaic roofing system according to claim 9, wherein: when the pressing part (2) is installed, the cover plate (21) and the cover plate connecting piece (22) are selected according to the number and the size of the solar panels (6), so that the cover plate (21) and the cover plate connecting piece (22) cover all the outer edges of the solar panels (6).
