As shown in fig. 1-5, in one embodiment, a tube assembly for mounting a window or door includes: a first frame profile 1, a heat insulating strip 2, a second frame profile 3 and at least two fasteners 5. The top of the heat insulation strip 2 is connected with the first frame section bar 1, and the bottom of the heat insulation strip 2 is connected with the second frame section bar 3. The two sides of the first frame section bar 1 are respectively provided with a first clamping groove 11, and the two sides of the second frame section bar 3 are respectively provided with a second clamping groove 31. The first clamping groove 11 and the second clamping groove 31 on the same side are used for being connected with a door window with glass.
At least one of the first frame section bar 1 and the second frame section bar 3 on the same side is provided with a mounting groove 13, and the fastener 5 is plugged into the mounting groove 13. After the splicing pipes for installing the door and window are connected with the door and window 6, the fasteners 5 are arranged between the door and window 6 and the splicing pipes, and the fasteners 5 are used for locking and fixing the door and window 6.
By adopting the splicing pipe for installing the door and window, the splicing pipe is hereinafter referred to as a splicing pipe, as shown in fig. 6-8, the left side and the right side of the splicing pipe can be connected with the door and window with glass, namely, small doors and windows can be spliced to obtain large doors and windows 6. For example, 4 glass windows and doors of 1.5m by 3m are connected by three splicing pipes into a large glass window and door of about 6m by 3 m. When the door and window with glass is spliced, only the door and window 6 and the first clamping groove 11 and the second clamping groove 31 which are arranged on the same side of the splicing pipe are required to be connected, so that the door and window splicing on site is simpler and more efficient. The site refers to the place near a building with glass doors and windows. Fastener 5 that is located mounting groove 13 between piecing together pipe and door and window 6 can produce the extrusion to door and window 6, better carry out inseparable connection with door and window 6 with piecing together the pipe, prevent that door and window 6 from using to take place to become flexible after a specified time, better assurance door and window 6's life. After the door and window 6 and the splicing pipe are connected, the fastener 5 is plugged into the mounting groove 13, and the splicing installation of the door and window 6 can be realized. The splicing pipe can splice the door and window 6 with the installed glass, and the door and window 6 with smaller blocks can be assembled in a factory in a standardized way, so that the performance of the door and window is guaranteed. The small door and window 6 with the glass installed is transported to the site, the glass does not need to be disassembled and assembled, and the glass only needs to be spliced through the splicing pipe. The on-site splicing process is greatly simplified, and the on-site door and window splicing efficiency is improved. The utility model provides a piece together the pipe, concatenation easy operation, the implementation of being convenient for can improve concatenation speed, also can ensure the door and window performance after the concatenation. Even if the teachers with different operation abilities are installed, the splicing can achieve basically the same performance.
The terms of orientation of the present application, such as up, down, left, right, top, bottom, etc., are used for better describing the technical solutions of the present application and should not be construed as limiting the technical solutions of the present application.
The first frame section bar 1 and the second frame section bar 3 are made of aluminum alloy materials, so that certain supporting strength is met, and the light-weight frame section bar has the advantage of light weight. The first frame section bar 1 and the second frame section bar 3 are hollow structures, and the weight of the spliced pipe is further reduced.
The elastic sealing member 4 is disposed on at least one of the first catching groove 11 and the second catching groove 31 on the same side. The fastener 5 is in press fit with the elastic sealing element 4 and is used for reinforcing the connection and fixation of the door and the window 6.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: as shown in fig. 1, two sides of the first frame section bar 1 are respectively provided with an installation groove 13, and the installation grooves 13 are located above the first clamping groove 1. The openings of the first clamping groove 1 and the second clamping groove 3 are arranged towards the top of the first frame section bar 1, so that the door and window 6 can be conveniently installed. As shown in fig. 6, a first clamping portion 61 and a second clamping portion 62 are disposed on one side of the door/window 6 connected with the splicing pipe. The first clamping portion 61 is clamped and fixed on the first clamping groove 11, and the second clamping portion 62 is clamped and fixed on the second clamping groove 31. Better, can set up corresponding hook-like structure on joint portion and/or joint groove, can be with the more firm joint in joint portion and joint groove.
The fastener 5 is a rectangular strip fastener, the cross section of which is rectangular. Correspondingly, the mounting groove 13 is also a rectangular mounting groove. Like this when fastener 5 is located mounting groove 13, on the one hand and first frame section bar 1 and door and window 6 are more for smooth contact, the on-the-spot installation fastener 5 of being convenient for, on the other hand, the better application of force of fastener 5 ensures door and window 6 and the fastness of connection of piecing together the pipe. In other embodiments, the fastening member 5 and the mounting groove 13 may also be strip-shaped fastening members with polygonal or circular cross-sections, but correspondingly, the mounting contact area of the fastening member 5 is small, which cannot better ensure the connection firmness of the door and window 6 and the splicing pipe, and is inconvenient to process.
Because the fastener 5 is between the roof and the door and window 6 of first frame section bar 1, acts as the fixed effect of a jam, consequently fastener 5 can not select hollow structure materials such as foaming adhesive tape, needs to select hard material. For example, the fastener 5 is made of polyvinyl chloride. At least one side of the first frame section bar 1, which is contacted with the fastener 5, is provided with an engaging part 14, and the engaging part 14 is used for engaging and fixing the fastener 5. The polyvinyl chloride has certain hardness, meets the strength of locking and fixing, and also has certain expansion coefficient. After the fastener 5 is plugged into the mounting groove 13, the engaging part 14 can perform extrusion deformation on the contacted fastener 5, so that the fastener 5 is firmly mounted, and the connection strength of the door and window 6 and the splicing pipe is guaranteed. Door and window 6 has certain wind pressure vibrations because operational environment to the service life is of a specified duration, if the mode that adopts the nut to connect, the nut has certain not hard up along with the lapse of time, causes door and window 6 not hard up with the connection of piecing together the pipe, has very big potential safety hazard. But if adopt fastener 5 of this application design to realize door and window 6 and the connection of piecing together the pipe, firm in connection prevents effectively that door and window 6 from dropping with piecing together the pipe, and the security is more secure.
As shown in fig. 4, the fastening member 5 is provided with a limiting portion 52, and the limiting portion 52 is used for limiting the position of the fastening member 5 relative to the first frame profile 1. After having spacing portion 52, when installation fastener 5, when spacing portion 52 and the roof edge contact of first frame section bar 1, the installation master can learn fastener 5 and install in place this moment, need not make strength installation again. The installation efficiency can be improved, and the phenomenon that the pipes are spliced due to damage caused by the transition installation of the fasteners 5 can be avoided. Specifically, one end of the fastening piece 5, which is plugged into the mounting groove 13, is provided with a guide part 51, so that the fastening piece 5 can be conveniently mounted and fixed, and the other end of the fastening piece 5 is provided with a limiting part 52, so that the fastening piece 5 is positioned.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, the two sides of the second frame profile 3 are respectively provided with a support plate 32, one side of the door/window 6 connected with the splicing pipe is provided with a third clamping part 63, and the third clamping part 63 of the door/window 6 abuts against the support plate 32. The first joint groove 11, the second joint groove 31 and the backup pad 32 that the pipe was gone up from the top down to little setting on the piece together, the installation of pipe and door and window 6 is pieced together in better assurance.
An elastic sealing member 4 is arranged in the first clamping groove 11. Although comparatively inseparable contact can be realized to fastener 5 and door and window 6 and first frame section bar 1 that set up, has certain leakproofness, fastener 5's effect mainly focuses on realizing door and window 6 and the firm connection of piecing together the pipe, prevents that door and window 6 from becoming flexible, even droing. Therefore, in order to ensure the connection tightness of the door and window 6, the elastic sealing element 4 is arranged in the first clamping groove 11, so that the tightness of the pipe splicing connection is more completely ensured.
The elastic sealing member 4 is a strip-shaped sealing member, and in other embodiments, the elastic sealing member 4 may also be several segments, spaced apart from or connected to one another and placed in the first clamping groove 11. Or, the elastic sealing element 4 can also be in a sheet shape, is laid in the first clamping groove 11, and is deformed by contact and extrusion of the first clamping portion 61 on the door window 6, so that the sealing effect is realized. The restriction is not specifically done, as long as elastic sealing element can realize extrusion deformation, and with first joint groove in close contact with, realize sealed effect can.
The elastic sealing element 4 is made of ethylene propylene diene monomer, and the ethylene propylene diene monomer has certain elasticity and can deform under the action of force.
As shown in fig. 7, after the elastic sealing element 4 is installed in the first clamping groove 11, the first clamping portion 61 of the door/window 6 is clamped and fixed on the first clamping groove 11, and meanwhile, the elastic sealing element 4 is preliminarily extruded. Arrange fastener 5 in mounting groove 13 again on, can be once more to door and window 6 extrusion, and then door and window 6 can extrude elastic sealing element 4 once more for elastic sealing element 4 reaches the deformation of a great degree, abundant and the 11 contacts in first joint groove, and the leakproofness of union coupling is pieced together in better assurance. Meanwhile, the fastener 5 is matched with the elastic sealing element 4, and the firmness of connection of the door and window 6 and the spliced pipe can be further enhanced.
In other embodiments, 3, 4 fasteners may be provided, and 3, 4 elastomeric seals 4 and mounting slots 13 may be provided, respectively. For example, mounting grooves 13 are respectively formed on both left and right sides of the first and second side frame profiles 1 and 3, and the fastening members 5 are inserted into the mounting grooves 13. Elastic sealing elements 4 are arranged on the first clamping grooves 11 on the two sides of the first frame section bar 1, and elastic sealing elements 4 are arranged on the second clamping grooves 31 on the two sides of the second frame section bar 3. At this time, as shown in fig. 1, the first clamping groove 11 on the first frame profile 1 opens upward, the mounting groove 13 is located above the first clamping groove 11, the second clamping groove 31 on the second frame profile 31 opens downward, and the mounting groove 13 is located below the second clamping groove 31 (not shown), so that the door/window 6 can be conveniently mounted. For another example, 2 mounting grooves, 2 elastic sealing elements 4 and 2 fasteners 5 are provided, the mounting grooves are respectively formed in the left side and the right side of the second frame profile 3, the opening of the second clamping groove 31 is downward, the elastic sealing elements 4 are located in the second clamping groove 31, after the door window 6 and the splicing pipe are connected, the fasteners 5 are plugged in, and the fasteners 5 are located between the door window 6 and a bottom plate of the second frame profile 3 (not shown in the figure, at this time, the structure of the second frame profile 3 is equivalent to the structure obtained by rotating the first frame profile 1 in fig. 1 by 180 degrees). For another example, a corresponding mounting groove 13, elastic sealing member 4 and fastening member 5 are provided on one side of the first frame profile 1, a corresponding mounting groove 13, elastic sealing member 4 and fastening member 5 are provided on one side of the second frame profile, and the mounting groove of the first frame profile 1 and the mounting groove of the second frame profile 3 are located on different sides.
In other embodiments, the first frame section 1 is provided with a first mounting position 12 at the bottom for detachably connecting with the top of the heat insulation strip 2 in a concave-convex matching manner, and the second frame section 3 is provided with a second mounting position 33 at the top for detachably connecting with the bottom of the heat insulation strip 2 in a concave-convex matching manner. The first frame section bar 1 and the second frame section bar 3 are detachably connected with the heat insulation strips 2, so that the application range of the spliced pipe is more flexible. When installing the door and window 6 of different models, mainly be the change in height, only need to change like this correspond not high insulating strip 2 can, first frame section bar 1 and second frame section bar 3 need not change, still can continue to use on the door and window 6 of different models.
Specifically, the splicing pipe can be used for correspondingly mounting 58-100 series doors and windows by using the heat insulation strips 2 with the height of 18-63 mm. For example, as shown in fig. 9, a first type of heat insulating strip 21 with a height of 24mm is correspondingly provided with 61 series of doors and windows 6, for example, as shown in fig. 10, a second type of heat insulating strip 22 with a height of 33mm is correspondingly provided with 70 series of doors and windows 6, and for example, as shown in fig. 11, a third type of heat insulating strip 23 with a height of 41mm is correspondingly provided with 78 series of doors and windows 6. The detachable connection mode realizes more flexible application of splicing pipes and can save material cost.
In one embodiment, the engaging portion 14 is provided on the bottom of the top plate of the first frame section 1, so that the engaging portion 14 is provided on the bottom of the top plate of the first frame section 1. As shown in fig. 4, the engaging portion 14 is serrated. As shown in fig. 5, a fastener engaging portion 53 may be provided on both the first frame profile 1 and the fastener 5. Or the first frame section bar 1 and the fastener 5 are matched in a concave-convex mode. In fact, when the plurality of engaging portions or the concave-convex matching is provided, although the fixing of the fastening member 5 can be realized, the increasing effect is very little compared with the case that the engaging portion 14 is provided only at the top and the bottom of the first frame section bar 1, but the material processing is obviously troublesome.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 12, a reinforcing frame 15 is provided on top of the top plate of the first frame profile 1. The height of the conventional glass door and window 6 is within 2.5m, and the designed spliced pipe meets the use strength. However, for larger doors and windows 6, such as 2.5-3m glass doors and windows 6, the requirement on the connection strength of the spliced pipes is higher, so the reinforcing frame 15 is arranged to increase the connection strength of the spliced pipes.
More preferably, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 13, a support member 16 is disposed in the reinforcing frame 15, and the support member 16 is in contact with the reinforcing frame 15 and is used to increase the structural strength of the reinforcing frame 15. To the plateau or often have the area that the typhoon takes place, have great wind pressure, perhaps have special intensity requirement, through set up support piece 16 in strengthening frame 15, the anti-wind pressure performance after the pipe installation door and window 6 is pieced together to the increase that can be further. The supporting member 16 is a steel lining, a rib plate, or the like, and is not particularly limited. Furthermore, the reinforcing frame 15 is a rectangular frame, and the two ends of the reinforcing frame are provided with end covers, so that the reinforcing frame 15 becomes a relatively airtight frame body, and an adhesive layer is arranged on the end covers, so that the sealing performance in the reinforcing frame 15 is ensured, rusting is prevented, and the service life of the spliced pipe is prolonged.
The present application has been described with reference to specific examples, which are provided only to aid understanding of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application. For a person skilled in the art to which the application pertains, several simple deductions, modifications or substitutions may be made according to the idea of the application.
