Abstract

1. A device for recycling initial rainwater is characterized by comprising a rainwater collecting dark culvert (2), an initial rainwater adjusting tank (3), an overflow dark culvert (4) and an initial rainwater drainage pump station (5), wherein,
the rainwater collecting dark culvert (2) is used for converging rainwater collected by the rainwater pipe (1) into the primary rainwater adjusting tank (3), and an upper port of the primary rainwater adjusting tank (3) is communicated with an overflow dark culvert (4) which can discharge rainwater overflowing from the primary rainwater adjusting tank (3) to a river channel (0);
and an initial rain removal pump (501) of the initial rain removal pump station (5) is arranged at the lower end of the initial rain adjusting tank (3) and is used for pumping rainwater in the initial rain adjusting tank (3) to a municipal sewage pipeline.
2. The device for recycling initial rainwater according to claim 1, wherein the communication port between the overflow culvert (4) and the river channel (0) is arranged below the preset water level of the river channel (0).

The device for recycling initial rainwater according to claim 1, wherein the bottom wall of the overflow culvert (4) is not higher than the height of the bottom wall of the rainwater collection culvert (2), and the height of the bottom wall of the overflow culvert (4) is higher than the height of a preset rainwater deposition layer of the initial rainwater adjusting tank (3).
4. The primary rainwater recycling device according to claim 3, wherein the bottom wall of said overflow culvert (4) is flush with the top surface of said primary rainwater conditioning tank (3).
5. The device for recycling initial rainwater according to claim 1, wherein a rainwater pipe network formed by a plurality of rainwater pipes (1) converges rainwater into the initial rainwater regulation pool (3) provided at least one port of the rainwater pipe network and/or the rainwater collection culvert (2) through the rainwater collection culvert (2).
6. The initial rainwater recycling device according to claim 1, wherein at least the rainwater collecting culvert (2), the initial rainwater adjusting tank (3) and the overflow culvert (4) are disposed underground.
7. A primary rainwater recycling device according to any of claims 1 to 6, wherein said rainwater collection culvert (2) has a width in the extending direction of the river of not less than 4m and a height of not less than 3 m.
8. A method for recycling initial rainwater, which is characterized by comprising the following steps,
rainwater collected by a rainwater pipe (1) is converged into a primary rainwater adjusting tank (3) through a rainwater collecting dark culvert (2), and an upper port of the primary rainwater adjusting tank (3) is communicated with an overflow dark culvert (4) so as to ensure that rainwater overflowing from the primary rainwater adjusting tank (3) is discharged into a river channel (0) through the overflow dark culvert (4);
the municipal sewage pipeline and the primary rain adjusting tank (3) are communicated through a primary rain removing pump station (5), and a primary rain removing pump (501) of the primary rain removing pump station (5) is arranged at the lower end of the primary rain adjusting tank (3) so as to pump rainwater in the primary rain adjusting tank (3) to the municipal sewage pipeline;
when first rain equalizing basin (3) begin to impound, start first rain and get rid of pump (501), arrange into municipal sewage pipeline with the rainwater, simultaneously first rain equalizing basin (3) water level constantly rises to surpass the rainwater and collect when secretly containing (2) diapire, the rainwater overflow in first rain equalizing basin (3) is secretly contained (4) to the overflow to arrange river course (0) secretly containing (4) through the overflow.
9. The method of recycling initial rainwater according to claim 8, wherein the method further comprises,
at the early stage of rainfall, the initial rain drainage pump (501) is started to drain rainwater into a municipal sewage pipe, after the water level in the initial rain adjusting tank (3) exceeds the height of the bottom wall of the rainwater collecting culvert (2), the initial rain drainage pump (501) is closed, and after the rainwater exceeding the bottom wall of the rainwater collecting culvert (2) is drained into the river channel (0) through the overflow culvert (4), the initial rain drainage pump (501) is started again to drain the initial rain adjusting tank (3).
10. The method of recycling initial rainwater according to claim 8,
the width of the rainwater collection dark culvert (2) in the extending direction of the river channel is not less than 4m, and the height of the rainwater collection dark culvert is not less than 3 m; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the number and the flow standard of the initial rain discharge pumps (501) are determined according to preset initial rain amount and preset values of receiving initial rain by municipal sewage pipes and regeneration water plants.
