c. stopping heating, adding 1 part by mass of hindered phenol antioxidant, 1 part by mass of calcium alkyl sulfonate, 1 part by mass of dodecyl succinic acid antirust agent and 2 parts by mass of benzotriazole metal deactivator, and continuously stirring until the hindered phenol antioxidant, the calcium alkyl sulfonate, the dodecyl succinic acid antirust agent and the benzotriazole metal deactivator are completely dissolved; adding a small amount of alkyl silicone oil to ensure that the concentration of the alkyl silicone oil in the cutting oil system is about 50mg/kg, and continuously stirring for about 1 hour;
d. filtering with 200 mesh filter screen at 50 deg.C, and packaging.
Example 2
The invention comprises the following raw material components in percentage by weight (w/w):

the preparation method of the cutting oil comprises the following steps:
a. adding 60 parts by mass of base oil consisting of dipentaerythritol ester and trimethylolpropane oleate into a kettle, and heating and stirring to 70 ℃;
b. keeping the temperature at 70 ℃, adding 10 parts by mass of PAO8, stirring for half an hour, adding 18 parts by mass of a mixture of polyester and fatty alcohol, and stirring until the mixture is uniform and transparent;
c. stopping heating, adding 4 parts by mass of alkylamine antioxidant, 1 part by mass of calcium salicylate and dodecyl succinic acid antirust agent in total, and continuing stirring until the methylbenzotriazole metal deactivator is completely dissolved; adding a small amount of organic silicon defoamer to ensure that the concentration of the defoamer in a cutting oil system is about 100mg/kg, and continuously stirring for about 1 hour;
d. filtering with 200 mesh filter screen at 50 deg.C, and packaging.
Example 3
The invention comprises the following raw material components in percentage by weight (w/w%):

the preparation method of the cutting oil comprises the following steps:
a. adding 75 parts by mass of base oil consisting of dipentaerythritol ester and isooctyl cocoate into a kettle, and heating and stirring the base oil to 70 ℃;
b. keeping the temperature at 70 ℃, adding 5 parts by mass of PAO4, stirring for half an hour, adding 14.5 parts by mass of a mixture of polyester and fatty alcohol, and stirring until the mixture is uniform and transparent;
c. stopping heating, adding 2 parts by mass of hindered phenol antioxidant, 3 parts by mass of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole and dodecylsuccinic acid antirust agent in total, and 0.5 part by mass of benzotriazole metal deactivator, and continuously stirring until the hindered phenol antioxidant, the dodecylsuccinic acid antirust agent and the benzotriazole metal deactivator are completely dissolved; adding a small amount of alkyl silicone oil to ensure that the concentration of the alkyl silicone oil in the cutting oil system is about 50mg/kg, and continuously stirring for about 1 hour;
d. filtering with 200 mesh filter screen at 50 deg.C, and packaging. The properties of the cutting oil prepared according to example 3 are shown in table 1. The cutting oil obtained in this example is compared with the conventional products on the market in Table 2.

As can be seen from the main performance data of the environment-friendly cutting oil special for the ultra-long deep hole drill, which is given in the table 1, the viscosity of the product is moderate, and the product is suitable for both immersion type lubrication and jet type lubrication; the product has excellent oxidation resistance, does not go bad and generate precipitates after long-term use, does not contain toxic and harmful element substances, meets the requirements of national and industrial standards of the existing cutting fluid, and shows excellent lubricating and protecting performance when aiming at the ultra-long driller processing of alloy steel materials. The product of the invention has good practical use effect in Ningbo injection molding machine parts (charging barrels) production plants, and replaces expensive imported products.

As shown by comparison of test data in Table 2, the product does not contain chlorinated paraffin (chlorine content) on the premise of meeting the process requirements, meets the requirements of the national new standard GB/T32812-2016 'requirement on the limit of harmful substances in metal working fluid and a determination method' and promotes the development of national environment-friendly work.

Claims (9)

1. The environment-friendly cutting oil special for the ultra-long deep hole drill is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
60 to 75 percent of synthetic ester base oil
PAO base oil 5-15w%
15 to 20 percent of composite extreme pressure antiwear agent
1 to 4% by weight of antioxidant
1 to 3w percent of antirust agent
0.5 to 2w percent of metal deactivator
20-200 of organic silicon mg/kg;
the synthetic ester base oil is selected from at least two of dipentaerythritol ester, methyl cocoate, isooctyl cocoate, neopentaerythritol ester, and trimethylolpropane oleate;
the composite extreme pressure antiwear agent is a composition which consists of high-viscosity polyester with the molecular weight of 5000-50000 and fatty alcohol with the carbon number of 8-22 according to the mass ratio of 4 to 1.
2. The environment-friendly cutting oil special for the ultra-long deep hole drill according to claim 1, characterized in that the cutting oil comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
65 to 75 percent of synthetic ester base oil
5 to 15 percent of PAO base oil
15 to 20 percent of composite extreme pressure antiwear agent
2 to 4 percent of antioxidant
2 to 3w percent of antirust agent
1 to 1.5w% of metal deactivator
The organosilicon is 50-100mg/kg.
3. The environment-friendly cutting oil special for the ultra-long deep hole drill according to claim 1, wherein the PAO base oil is one or more selected from PAO4, PAO6 and PAO 8.
4. The environment-friendly cutting oil special for the ultra-long deep hole drill according to claim 1, wherein the antioxidant is one or more of a hindered phenol antioxidant and an alkylamine antioxidant.
5. The environment-friendly cutting oil special for ultra-long deep hole drilling as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rust inhibitor is selected from at least two of calcium alkyl salicylate, calcium alkyl sulfonate, dodecyl succinic acid and 2-mercaptobenzothiazole.
6. The environment-friendly cutting oil special for the ultra-long deep hole drill according to claim 1, wherein the metal deactivator is one or more of triazole derivatives and thiadiazole derivatives.
7. The environment-friendly cutting oil special for the ultra-long deep hole drill according to claim 1, wherein the metal deactivator is benzotriazole and/or methylbenzotriazole.
8. The environment-friendly cutting oil special for the ultra-long deep hole drill according to claim 1, wherein the organosilicon is an organosilicon defoamer.
9. The environment-friendly cutting oil special for the ultra-long deep hole drill according to claim 1, wherein the organic silicon is alkyl silicone oil or polyether silicone oil.
