Abstract
The invention discloses a novel double-sided adhesive, which comprises a base layer, a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a first release layer and a second release layer, wherein the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the base layer, and the first release layer and the second release layer are respectively arranged above the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The double-sided adhesive produced by the novel double-sided adhesive production method is firmer in bonding and longer in service life, and is prevented from falling off in the using process.

Technical Field

Background
The double-sided adhesive tape is a roll-shaped adhesive tape which is prepared by using paper, cloth and plastic film as base materials and uniformly coating an elastomer pressure-sensitive adhesive or a resin pressure-sensitive adhesive on the base materials, and consists of three parts, namely the base materials, an adhesive and a piece of isolation paper (film). The adhesive tape can stick things because of the relationship of the adhesive layer on its surface! The earliest adhesives were from animals and plants, and in the nineteenth century rubber was the major component of the adhesive; while modern times use a wide variety of polymers. The adhesive can stick things because the molecules of the adhesive and the molecules of the articles to be connected form bonds, and the bonds can firmly bond the molecules together. Double-sided adhesive tapes are also of many kinds: the adhesive tape comprises a grid double-sided adhesive tape, a reinforcing double-sided adhesive tape, a Rubber double-sided adhesive tape, a high-temperature double-sided adhesive tape, a non-woven fabric double-sided adhesive tape, a non-adhesive double-sided adhesive tape, a tissue double-sided adhesive tape, a double-sided glass cloth adhesive tape, a PET double-sided adhesive tape, a foam double-sided adhesive tape and the like, and is applied to the production process of various industries. The double-sided adhesive tape may be classified into a solvent-based adhesive tape (oil-based double-sided adhesive tape), an emulsion-based adhesive tape (water-based double-sided adhesive tape), a hot-melt adhesive tape, a calender-based adhesive tape, and a reaction-based adhesive tape according to its adhesiveness. The adhesive is widely used for leather, nameplates, stationery, electronics, automobile side trim fixing, shoe industry, paper making, handicraft pasting and positioning and the like. The double-sided adhesive tape is classified into several categories, namely, aqueous double-sided adhesive tape, oily double-sided adhesive tape, hot melt adhesive double-sided adhesive tape, embroidery double-sided adhesive tape and plate-pasting double-sided adhesive tape, the aqueous double-sided adhesive tape has weak adhesive force, the oily double-sided adhesive tape has strong adhesive force, and the hot melt double-sided adhesive tape is mainly used for stickers, stationery, offices and the like. The oily double-sided adhesive tape is mainly used for high viscosity of leather products, pearl cotton, sponge, shoe products and the like. The embroidery double faced adhesive tape is mainly used in the aspect of computer embroidery. The plate pasting adhesive tape is mainly used for pasting and positioning printing plates.
At present, the double-sided adhesive produced by the traditional double-sided adhesive production method has low adhesive strength, short pasting time and easy falling off, and is difficult to meet the use requirement.
