Abstract

Background
With the rapid development of the automobile industry, the front face of an electric automobile is greatly changed, an appearance stylist integrates light elements into the design of the automobile, exterior lamplight is used as an auxiliary signal lamp or an important component of a brand design language, and a luminous bumper is a trend. In order to realize the luminescence of the bumper, a transparent material is required to be used, and the transparent materials commonly used in the market at present are a PC material and a PMMA material. However, the PC material and the PMMA material have strong rigidity and poor toughness, and are not beneficial to protecting pedestrians when collision occurs, while the PP material has high modulus and good toughness, and can absorb collision energy well after collision occurs at low speed, so as to protect the safety of pedestrians, and therefore, when the PP material is adopted, how to achieve high light transmittance and change color, especially after a light source is added, is a technical problem to be solved at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a skin panel element, a luminous bumper and an automobile which have good light transmission, eliminate the risk of matching a light source gap and a surface difference and ensure the integrity and the attractiveness of the shape aiming at the current situation of the prior art.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a skin panel element comprises a body, wherein a light emitting source is arranged behind the body, the body is provided with an inner surface and an outer surface, and the skin panel element is characterized in that a light shielding layer is arranged on the inner surface of the body and comprises a shielding area and a light transmitting area, a colored layer is arranged on the outer surface of the body, the body is provided with a first color presented by the colored layer when the light emitting source is turned off, and when the light emitting source is turned on, light passes through the body from the light transmitting area and is mixed with the colored layer to present a second color different from the first color.
As one mode, in the skin panel element, the light-shielding layer is a light-shielding paint coating layer, a back-side light-transmitting primer layer is disposed between the inner surface of the body and the light-shielding paint coating layer, the back-side light-transmitting primer layer is attached to the inner surface of the body, and the light-shielding paint coating layer is attached to the inner surface of the back-side light-transmitting primer layer.

The luminous bumper is characterized by comprising the skin panel element and the lamp assembly, wherein a connecting assembly is arranged between the skin panel element and the lamp assembly, and the skin panel element and the lamp assembly can be detachably and integrally connected with each other through the connecting assembly.

As shown in fig. 4, the third light-shielding layer is a screen printing part 800, the screen printing part 800 is attached to the inner surface of the main body 101, and the back-side transparent primer layer 102 can be directly removed when the screen printing part 800 is used, and the transparent area 602 is formed by performing laser etching on the screen printing part 800, mechanically scraping off the screen printing part 800, heating the screen printing part 800, or screen printing.

The skin panel element of claim 1, wherein the opacifying layer is an opacifying paint coating, and a back-side clear primer layer is disposed between the body interior surface and the opacifying paint coating, the back-side clear primer layer being attached to the body interior surface, and the opacifying paint coating being attached to the back-side clear primer layer interior surface.
3. The skin panel element of claim 2, wherein an inner protective varnish layer is adhered to the inner surface of the light blocking paint coating.
4. The skin panel component of claim 1, wherein the opacifying layer is an over-molded film that is adhered to the inner surface of the body.
5. The skin panel assembly of claim 1, wherein the opacifying layer is a screen printed element attached to the inner surface of the body.
6. The skin panel element of claim 3, 4 or 5, wherein the light-transmitting areas of the opacifying layers are formed by laser etching, mechanically scraping, heating or screen printing the opacifying layers.
7. The skin panel element of claim 6, wherein the colored layer is a clear basecoat layer, a front clear primer layer is disposed between the clear basecoat layer and the front surface of the body, and the clear basecoat layer has a transmittance of between about 10% and about 40%.
8. The skin panel element of claim 7, wherein the body is a light transmissive PP material, and the light transmission of the body is in the range of 60% to 80%.
9. A luminous bumper comprising a skin panel element according to claim 8 and a lamp assembly, there being provided between the skin panel element and the lamp assembly a connecting assembly by which the skin panel element and the lamp assembly can be detachably and integrally connected to each other.
10. An automobile, characterized in that a luminous bumper as claimed in claim 9 is fitted.
