Abstract
The invention discloses a luminous body structure of a bumper assembly and a preparation method of a bumper, wherein the luminous body structure of the bumper assembly comprises a transparent bumper body and a light source positioned on one side of the bumper body, and the light source is enclosed between the bumper body and a light source bracket; the light-shading coating is arranged on the surface of the bumper body, and a light-transmitting window is arranged on the bumper body in a region corresponding to the light source in a light-emitting mode. The bumper structure does not need extra holes, and when the bumper structure is matched with the luminous body, the matching risk of poor clearance surface is eliminated, so that the integrity and the attractiveness of the shape are ensured, and the strength and the performance of the bumper are also ensured.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile parts, in particular to a luminous body structure of a bumper assembly and a manufacturing method of a bumper.
Background
With the rapid development of the new energy automobile industry and the continuous progress of science and technology, more and more automobile models try to use light or display elements and external decorations as much as possible. The exterior light is used as an auxiliary signal lamp or an important component of brand design language, but at present, most of vehicle types are developed by taking a light source as an independent part, the light source is matched with a bumper, parting lines are needed on the exterior shape, integrity and continuity of the shape are affected, meanwhile, color difference and gaps need to be matched, if the matching is not proper, appearance effect is affected, and the grade of the whole vehicle is lowered.
Fig. 1 shows a conventional matching structure of a bumper and a light emitter, wherein the bumper body is made of a conventional PP material, and since the conventional PP material is opaque, a hole needs to be formed in a light emitting region, and a light source penetrates through an inner lining plate made of a transparent material such as PC or PMMA, and a boss designed in the light emitting region is matched with the hole of the bumper. Meanwhile, if the number of light-emitting areas is large, a large number of holes need to be formed in the bumper body, the strength of the bumper is affected, low-speed collision and pedestrian protection are not facilitated, welding marks are inevitably generated around the holes, and appearance quality is affected.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides the luminous body structure of the bumper assembly and the preparation method of the bumper, which make up the defects of the prior art, the bumper structure does not need to be additionally provided with holes, and when the bumper structure is matched with the luminous body, the matching risk of poor clearance surface is eliminated, so that the integrity and the attractiveness of the shape are ensured, and the strength and the performance of the bumper are also ensured.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a luminous body structure of a bumper assembly comprises a transparent bumper body and a light source positioned on one side of the bumper body, wherein the light source is enclosed between the bumper body and a light source bracket; the light-shading coating is arranged on the surface of the bumper body, and a light-transmitting window is arranged on the bumper body in a region corresponding to the light source in a light-emitting mode.
In the structure of the invention, the light-transmitting window of the bumper body and the surface of the shading coating on the same side are also sequentially provided with the colored paint layer and the clear paint layer. Specifically, the color and thickness of the shading coating, the colored paint layer and the clear paint layer are not necessarily consistent, and can be adjusted according to the appearance or functional requirements.
In a specific embodiment of the structure of the present invention, a transparent primer layer is preferentially disposed between the light-transmitting window of the bumper body and the colored paint layer, and between the surface of the light-shielding coating layer on the same side and the colored paint layer, so as to enhance the adhesion of the colored paint layer.
In the structure of the invention, the surface of the bumper body, which faces away from the light source, is provided with the shading coating. The surface close to the light source is the surface of the bumper body facing the light source, and the opposite surface of the bumper body is the surface facing away from the light source.
In the structure of the present invention, in a specific embodiment, the light source is fixed to the bumper body by a light source bracket, and the light source bracket may also have a function of fixing the bumper body to the vehicle body.
In the structure of the present invention, in a specific embodiment, a sealing layer is provided between the bumper body and the light source. Preferably, the sealing layer is a filled sealant.
In the structure of the present invention, in a specific embodiment, the light-transmitting window can be configured in various shapes according to the shape or design, such as triangle, diamond, etc., and the specific shape or size can be adjusted according to the requirements of appearance or light-transmitting function.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the bumper, which comprises the following steps:
forming by adopting a transparent material to obtain a bumper body; spraying a shading coating on the surface of the bumper body; laser engraving the bumper body subjected to surface spraying to remove the shading coating at the area corresponding to the light source luminescence to obtain the bumper body with a light-transmitting window; and then sequentially spraying a colored paint layer and a clear paint layer on the light-transmitting window of the bumper body and the surface of the shading coating on the same side to obtain the bumper.
In the preparation method of the invention, the transparent material is preferably PP + EPDM-T10 (a blend of ethylene-propylene elastomer and polyolefin) which is transparent and milk white, and the transparent material is obtained by a conventional forming process, such as injection molding in a mold.
In the production method of the present invention, the light-screening coating is a gray primer or a black primer, preferably a gray primer, and may preferably have a thickness of 20 to 50 μm. The surface spraying adopts a conventional paint spraying process.
In the preparation method of the invention, the conventional laser engraving equipment, such as a laser engraving machine, can be adopted for laser engraving, the bumper body with the surface sprayed is placed in the laser engraving equipment, the laser engraving is used for locally performing laser engraving processing on the bumper body, the shading coating in the local area is removed, light-transmitting windows with various shapes are obtained, and the engraving tolerance can be controlled within +/-20 microns.
In the preparation method of the invention, the method further comprises the following steps: before the color coating is sprayed on the surface, a transparent primer layer, namely a transparent primer, is sprayed on the surface of the light-transmitting window of the bumper body and the surface of the shading coating on the same side of the light-transmitting window, and the transparent primer layer is used for increasing the adhesive force of the color paint layer.
In the preparation method, the color paint layer can be matched with the color of the vehicle body, the specific color type is not limited, and if the light transmission effect of the deep paint is selected to be slightly poor; the clear coat layer is a transparent coating for better transparency and appearance, and the surface coating also adopts a conventional paint spraying process, and in a specific embodiment, the total paint film thickness of the surface of the bumper body is 50-130 μm, which comprises the total thickness of the shading coating layer, the color paint layer and the clear coat layer, and preferably also comprises the thickness of the transparent primer layer.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the bumper body is made of a transparent material PP + EPDM-T10 which is transparent and milky, and a light shading coating, namely a primer, which can shade light needs to be sprayed firstly because the bumper needs to be matched with the color of a vehicle body under the common condition, after the primer is sprayed, a laser engraving process is adopted to process the primer of a part needing light transmission, and then a colored paint layer and a clear paint layer are sequentially sprayed. Because the bumper body is made of transparent materials and the opaque shading coating is removed by laser engraving, the bumper can have a lighting effect in a laser engraved area, extra holes are not needed, the matching risk of poor clearance surface is eliminated, the integrity and the attractiveness of the shape are ensured, and the strength and the performance of the bumper are also ensured. Meanwhile, the light source and the bumper are assembled, so that the light source and the bumper body can be subjected to sealing treatment during assembly, dust and sewage are effectively prevented from entering the bumper body, the light-emitting effect cannot be affected badly during driving and using, and the appearance perception quality is greatly improved. Therefore, the bumper body can achieve the effect of light transmission while ensuring the paint performance.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples and the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the examples listed, and shall include equivalent modifications and variations of the technical solutions defined in the claims appended to the present application.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a bumper, including the steps of:
carrying out injection molding processing on a transparent material PP + EPDM-T10 in a mold to obtain the bumper body 2.1;
then, spraying shading coatings, namely primer layers 2.5, on the peripheral surfaces of the bumper body 2.1, namely the surfaces in the length direction and the surfaces in the thickness direction by using a spray gun, wherein the thickness of the primer layers is 30 micrometers, the primer in the embodiment adopts gray, and certainly, dark shading paints such as black paint and the like can also be adopted in other embodiments;
and then placing the bumper body 2.1 subjected to surface spraying in a laser engraving machine, performing laser engraving processing on part of the bumper body by using laser, removing the shading coating at the area corresponding to light source luminescence, and obtaining a light-transmitting window 2.3, wherein the circle at the 2.3 position in the figures 3 and 5 is only a mark. In the embodiment, the light-transmitting window is positioned in the middle of the bumper body along the length direction; the engraving tolerance is controlled to be +/-20 mu m, and in other embodiments, the light-transmitting window can be engraved into various shapes, such as a triangle, a diamond and the like;
and then, spraying a colored paint layer 2.6 on the surface of the light-transmitting window 2.3 of the bumper body and the shading primer layer 2.5 on the same side by using a spray gun, and spraying a clear paint layer 2.7 on the surface of the colored paint layer 2.6 to obtain the bumper of the embodiment 1, wherein the thickness of the total paint film layer 2.2 formed by the primer layer 2.5, the colored paint layer 2.6 and the clear paint layer 2.7 is 100 microns. Since the bumper needs to be matched with the color of the vehicle body, the colored paint layer can be made of various colored paints, in this embodiment 1, yellow paint is used, and the clear paint layer is transparent paint.
The bumper manufactured by the preparation method is matched with the luminous body to obtain the luminous body structure of the bumper assembly shown in figure 4, and the luminous body structure has better appearance and light transmission performance. In this embodiment 1, the illuminant light source is placed between the bumper 4.1 and the bracket 4.3, in particular, the light source is fixed to the bumper 4.1 by the bracket 4.3. And a sealing layer 4.4 is arranged between the bumper and the light source, and the sealing layer is filled sealing glue.
As shown in fig. 5, the present invention provides a bumper according to another embodiment 2, similar to embodiment 1 above, except that: before spraying the colored paint layer 2.6, spraying a transparent paint layer, namely a transparent primer layer 2.8; the thickness of the primer layer 2.5 is set to be 50 mu m, the thickness of the total paint film layer 2.2 of the primer layer 2.5, the colored paint layer 2.6, the clear paint layer 2.7 and the transparent primer layer 2.8 is set to be 130 mu m, the light-transmitting window 2.3 is processed into a triangle in a laser engraving mode, and the colored paint is milky white paint.
The present invention also provides a bumper of another embodiment 3, similar to embodiment 1 above, except that: the thickness of the primer layer 2.5 is set to be 20 mu m, the thickness of the total paint film layer 2.2 of the primer layer 2.5, the colored paint layer 2.6 and the clear paint layer 2.7 is set to be 50 mu m, the light-transmitting window 2.3 is processed into a long strip shape by laser engraving, the primer adopts black paint, and the colored paint adopts blue paint.
The bumper assembly luminous body structure obtained by matching the bumper and the luminous body in the embodiment 2 and the embodiment 3 also has better appearance, paint performance and light transmission performance.
The material forming, painting and laser engraving processes adopted in the embodiment all adopt the existing equipment and conventional parameters, and the structure and operation of the material can be known by a person skilled in the art according to the functions of the material, and are not described in detail in the embodiment.
