Abstract
一种涡漩导管溶血栓系统(10,11),包括:一超音波换能器(105):以及一发射漩涡声场的探头(100)与一导管(200),导管(200)设于发射漩涡声场的探头(100),导管(200)连接于超音波换能器(105),导管(200)具有一第一内通道(210)及一第二内通道(220),第一内通道(210)用以输送药物,第二内通道(220)则用以当作涡漩驱动:以及溶血栓(500)方法,包括:通过涡漩导管溶血栓系统(10,11,12),进行超声波执行步骤以产生声涡旋(S510):执行聚焦步骤,将药物输送载体聚焦到声学涡旋的中心(S520);以及执行操纵步骤以将药物递送载体操纵到病变区域(S530)。
