Background
In order to check the authenticity of the textile products to be purchased, the manufacturers of various textiles have developed methods for adding anti-counterfeit identification labels to the textiles.
The existing fabric is additionally hung with an anti-counterfeiting tag or added with an anti-counterfeiting label and other anti-counterfeiting mechanisms, and the anti-counterfeiting mechanism achieves the anti-counterfeiting purpose by arranging an anti-counterfeiting bar code or a laser mark on the anti-counterfeiting tag or the anti-counterfeiting label. However, the existing anti-counterfeit hang tag or anti-counterfeit label may be hung on a counterfeit article by a showyer who has got a picture of a tree, which may cause the confusion of genuine and counterfeit articles. Moreover, because the existing anti-counterfeiting mechanism is an additional means, a user may still copy the fabric and hang a recycled or forged anti-counterfeiting tag or anti-counterfeiting label, which causes a large amount of unauthorized fabrics to be distributed on the market, and the reputation of the brand manufacturer is damaged.
On the other hand, the authenticity of the current fabric may be determined by sewing needle lines and cloth surface patterns of the fabric, and once a fabric manufacturer discharges more than an authorized number of fabrics in the production process, although the sewing needle lines and the cloth surface patterns of the unauthorized fabrics are consistent with the authorized product, the false authentication result will be generated when the manufacturer performs authentication on the unauthorized fabrics.

Detailed Description
The present invention is described in detail and technical content with reference to the accompanying drawings, wherein:
referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present invention provides a method 10 for verifying authenticity of a product by using a fabric characteristic, wherein the method 10 is implemented by an electronic device 20 and is used for determining authenticity of a fabric 30. Before describing the method 10 of the present invention, the fabric 30 of the present invention is described, wherein the fabric 30 has a fabric body 31 composed of at least one first loop 311 and a security feature 32 composed of a plurality of second loops 321, the fabric body 31 is connected to the security feature 32, that is, the security feature 32 of the present invention is directly formed on the fabric 30, rather than being connected to the fabric 30 by an additional structure such as a conventional hang tag. In addition, the optical image characteristics of the fabric body 31 and the security feature 32 are not similar, that is, the optical image characteristics of the first loop 311 are not similar to the colors of the second loops 321, for example, the first loop 311 and the second loops 321 may respectively belong to different hues in a Natural Color System (Natural Color System), and an included angle of greater than or equal to 30 degrees is formed between the hues, for example, when the first loop 311 selects the Color phase Y10R, the second loops 321 should exclude selecting the hue between the included angles Y10R and Y50R or the hue between Y10R and G70Y. Moreover, when the color of the first yarn loop 311 and the color of the second yarn loops 321 are the same hue, they are separated by at least three color levels. For example, when the first loop 311 and the second loops 321 are of the same Color of Y90R, the Color level of the first loop 311 is at the Color level S1050 of an NCS Color Triangle (NCS Color Triangle) formed by the NCS Color circle, the second loops 321 can be selected to be at the Color level S1020 or the Color level S6030, that is, the Color number of the first loop 311 is S1050-Y90R, and the Color number of the second loops 321 is S1020-Y90R or S6030-Y90R.
Further, the method 10 for verifying the authenticity of the product by using the fabric characteristics comprises the following steps:
step 11: receiving at least one fabric local image 201, performing image analysis on the fabric local image 201, determining a fabric body 31 composed of the first yarn loops 311 and a security feature 32 composed of the second yarn loops 321, and analyzing an image optical feature distribution information 211 regarded as a part of the security feature 32 when determining the security feature 32, wherein the image optical feature distribution information 211 is randomly generated by at least two sub-yarns 322, 323 which compose the second yarn loops 321 and have mutually different image optical features;
step 12: receiving a fabric serial number 221 generated by the operation of an input device 22; and
step 13: the fabric serial number 221 or the image optical characteristic distribution information 211 is used as an index to read associated authorized article data 212, whether the fabric serial number 221 and the image optical characteristic distribution information 211 are in accordance with an authorized article serial number 213 recorded in the authorized article data 212 and anti-counterfeiting characteristic information 214 associated with the authorized article serial number 213 is compared, if yes, authorized article prompt information 215 is generated, and if not, counterfeit article prompt information 216 is generated.
Specifically describing the method 10, the step 11 is performed, and an operation module 21 of the electronic device 20 receives the fabric local image 201 generated based on the fabric 30 and performs image analysis on the fabric local image 201, for example, the operation module 21 may determine the fabric body 31 and the anti-counterfeit feature 32 by analyzing a color distribution state of the fabric local image 201 and a form of the anti-counterfeit feature 32, or by using a difference between light absorptivities of the fabric body 31 and the anti-counterfeit feature 32 at specific wavelengths, and the operation module 21 analyzes the image optical feature distribution information 211 of a portion regarded as the anti-counterfeit feature 32 when determining the anti-counterfeit feature 32. The image optical characteristic distribution information 211 is randomly generated by the two sub-yarns 322, 323 constituting the second loop 321, the image optical characteristic distribution information 211 is used to describe the color distribution of the two sub-yarns 322, 323 on the surface of the second loop 321, for example, in fig. 2, the color of one of the two sub-yarns 322, 323 is shown by a dot pattern, and the color of the other of the two sub-yarns 322, 323 is shown by a blank, one of the two sub-yarns 322, 323 is mainly distributed at the outer edge of the second loop 321, the other of the two sub-yarns 322, 323 is mainly distributed at the inner edge of the second loop 321, and the two sub-yarns 322, 323 respectively occupy 50% on the surface of the second loop 321, and the image optical characteristic distribution information 211 describes the distribution position and the distribution area size of the two sub-yarns 322, 323.
Then, the step 12 is performed to receive the fabric serial number 221 generated by the operation of the input device 22, wherein the input device 22 may define the input device 22 according to the type of the electronic device 20, for example, when the electronic device 20 is a notebook computer, the input device 22 may be a keyboard of the notebook computer, and when the electronic device 20 is a smart phone, the input device 22 may be a touch screen of the smart phone. Next, in the step 13, the operation module 21 uses the fabric serial number 221 or the image optical characteristic distribution information 211 as an index, reads the associated authorized article data 212, compares the fabric serial number 221 with the authorized article serial number 213 recorded in the authorized article data 212, and compares the image optical characteristic distribution information 211 with the anti-counterfeit characteristic information 214 associated with the authorized article serial number 213, if the comparison result is in conformity, the operation module 21 generates the authorized article prompt information 215 and transmits it to a display module 24, and if the comparison result is not in conformity, the operation module 21 generates the counterfeit prompt information 216 and transmits it to the display module 24. The display module 24 depicted in the drawings herein can be a display screen of the electronic device 20, or can be a display device externally connected to the electronic device 20. Also, the authorization prompt message 215 and the counterfeit prompt message 216 may be a prompt tone, a prompt pattern, or a text message, respectively. In one embodiment, the authorization token 215 includes at least one of the following group: a product information, a brand manufacturer, a country of manufacture, a point of sale, a location of the security feature 32, a fabric image of the security feature 32, and the authorization serial number 213, wherein the product information may refer to product-related information of the fabric 30 (i.e., the authorization) authorized to be manufactured and sold, for example, the product information may refer to a product number or lot number of the fabric 30.
In summary, the present invention does not add an anti-counterfeit means by additionally hanging an anti-counterfeit label or sticking an anti-counterfeit label, but directly forms the anti-counterfeit feature 32 on the fabric 30, and performs the authenticity judgment of the fabric 30 by randomly changing the color of the surface of one side of the second yarn loop 321. The invention can prevent the textile 30 from being counterfeited by the unskilled person, and can also prevent the manufacturer from flowing out excessive and unauthorized textile 30 to enter the market in the production process.
In an embodiment, referring back to fig. 1 to 4, the electronic device 20 further includes a camera 23 in information connection with the operation module 21, and the method 10 includes a step 14: the camera 23 is used to photograph a fabric to be detected to generate a local image 201 of the fabric. In yet another embodiment, referring back to fig. 5, the step 11 of the method 10 further includes a sub-step 111: at least one partial image 201 of the fabric taken from the same fabric to be inspected is received and the security feature 32 is summarized in the partial image 201 of the fabric by image similarity analysis. For example, the computing module 21 may perform similarity statistics based on the fabric to be inspected, determine that the samples are similar when the difference between the samples generated by the fabric to be inspected is small, that is, the samples are the fabric body 31, and determine that the samples are not similar when the similarity distance between the samples is too large, that is, the fabric body 31 and the anti-counterfeiting feature 32 are included in the samples.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 3, 6 to 26, the step 13 of the method 10 further includes a sub-step 131: obtaining at least two local characteristic color distribution information 217, 218 from the property data 212, analyzing the image optical characteristic distribution information 211 based on color and generating at least two characteristic color distribution information 219, 250, wherein a sampling color of each of the characteristic color distribution information 219(250) is the same as or similar to a sampling color of the local characteristic color distribution information 217, 218, and comparing each of the characteristic color distribution information 219(250) with a difference of an associated one of the local characteristic color distribution information 217 (218). For convenience of description, the security feature 32 is illustrated in fig. 7-26 and is assumed to be composed of red sub-yarn 322 and green sub-yarn 323. The calculation module 21 obtains the local feature color distributions 217 and 218 from the authorization data 212, and the local feature color distributions 217 and 218 may be stored in a cloud server 40 in advance and extracted by the calculation module 21. Also, the local feature color distribution information 217 describes a distribution of red sub-yarns of a security feature on an authorized article, the local feature color distribution information 218 describes a distribution of green sub-yarns of the security feature on the authorized article, and the combination of the local feature color distribution information 217, 218 is an image optical feature distribution feature 251 representing the security feature of the authorized article. Next, the operation module 21 analyzes the image optical characteristic distribution information 211 based on color and generates the at least two characteristic color distribution information 219 and 250, wherein the characteristic color distribution information 219 describes the distribution state of the red sub-yarns 322 on the security feature 32, and the characteristic color distribution information 250 describes the distribution state of the green sub-yarns 323. Further, the sampling color of each of the characteristic color distribution information 219(250) is the same as or similar to the sampling color of the local characteristic color distribution information 217, 218. Then, the calculation module 21 compares the characteristic color distribution information 219 with the associated local characteristic color distribution information 217 and generates a distribution difference information 252 based on red, and the calculation module 21 also compares the characteristic color distribution information 250 with the associated local characteristic color distribution information 218 and generates a distribution difference information 253 based on green, wherein, as shown in fig. 15 and 16, no difference indication pattern is displayed on the two local characteristic color distribution information 218 and 253, which indicates that the characteristic color distribution information 219 is not different from the associated local characteristic color distribution information 217 and the characteristic color distribution information 250 is not different from the associated local characteristic color distribution information 218, that is, the fabric 30 is the same as the authorized product. Assuming that a differential indication pattern is displayed on the two local characteristic color distribution information 218, 253 (as shown in fig. 25 and 26), it indicates that the fabric 30 is different from the authorized product. In one embodiment, the calculation module 21 performs statistical analysis based on the distribution difference information 252 and the distribution difference information 253, determines that the authorization product is different from the fabric 30 and generates the counterfeit item notification information 216 if the difference between the image optical feature distribution feature 251 and the image optical feature distribution information 211 is greater than or equal to a threshold, and determines that the authorization product is the same as the fabric 30 and generates the authorization product notification information 215 if the difference is less than a threshold. The formula for calculating and determining the difference value is as follows:

In another aspect, in an embodiment, the electronic device 20 of the present invention can be in information connection with the cloud server 40, and the license data 212 is recorded in a cloud server 40. That is, the operation module 21 extracts the authorization data 212 associated with the fabric serial number 221 or the image optical characteristic distribution information 211 from the cloud server 40 based on the fabric serial number 221 or the image optical characteristic distribution information 211 as an index. Further, the cloud server 40 is implemented as a block chain storage (Blockchain storage), and after the cloud server 40 receives the license data 212, the cloud server 40 can encrypt the license data 212, for example, the cloud server 40 can attach a time stamp (timestamp) to the license data 212 or store the license data in an encrypted manner, wherein the encrypted manner can be performed by adding a hash value (hash value) to the license data 212. Accordingly, the present invention also provides security and tamper-resistance by ensuring that the credential data 212 cannot be tampered with after it is written to the cloud server 40 through a distributed computing architecture (e.g., blockchain).
In another aspect, referring to fig. 27, to enhance the strength of the present invention for verifying the authenticity of the fabric 30, the security feature information 214 includes a planar image optical feature distribution information and a stereoscopic image optical feature distribution information, and the step 11 of the method 10 further includes a sub-step 112: receiving a plurality of fabric local images 201 obtained from the same fabric to be inspected, extracting the image optical characteristic distribution information 211 regarded as the anti-counterfeiting characteristic 32 in the fabric local images 201, and sampling an stereoscopic image optical characteristic distribution information to be inspected for comparing the stereoscopic image optical characteristic distribution information. Specifically, the plane image optical characteristic distribution information may be based on a plane image generated by the fabric 30, the plane image represents the image optical characteristic distribution information 211 of the fabric 30 in a two-dimensional manner, and the stereoscopic image optical characteristic distribution information represents the image optical characteristic distribution information 211 of the fabric 30 in a three-dimensional manner based on the fabric 30. Moreover, the distribution information of the optical characteristics of the stereoscopic image can be used by the operation module 21 to identify the color distribution states of the at least two sub-yarns 322, 323 under different three-dimensional angles of the fabric 30, and the operation module 21 can sample the distribution information of the optical characteristics of the stereoscopic image to be inspected, so that the operation module 21 can enhance the authenticity inspection of the fabric 30.
Referring back to fig. 2, 28-30, in addition to the foregoing, the present invention also provides a method 50 for establishing authorization data based on fabric characteristics. The method 50 comprises the steps of:
step 51: shooting a part of the fabric 30 knitted with the anti-counterfeiting feature 32 to generate at least one fabric image 202 to be analyzed, wherein the fabric 30 is formed by the first yarn loops 311 to form the fabric body 31, and the second yarn loops 321 to form the anti-counterfeiting feature 32, and the image optical feature of each first yarn loop 311 is not close to the image optical feature of each second yarn loop 321;
step 52: performing image analysis on the second loop 321 in the fabric image 202 to be analyzed to generate the image optical feature distribution feature 251, wherein the image optical feature distribution feature 251 is randomly generated by the two sub-yarns 322, 323 forming the second loop 321, and the image optical features of the two sub-yarns 322, 323 are not similar; and
step 53: the image optical feature distribution 251 is recorded as the security feature information 214, and the security feature information 214 is stored in association with the authorized product serial number 213 to generate the authorized product data 212.
Specifically describing the method 50, the step 51 is performed to photograph the portion of the fabric 30 having the security feature 32 thereon to generate at least the fabric image 202 to be analyzed, and the step 52 is performed to perform image analysis on the second yarn loops 321 in the fabric image 202 to be analyzed to generate the image optical feature distribution feature 251. Specifically, the image-optical feature distribution feature 251 is generated by at least two sub-yarns 322, 323 constituting each of the second loops 321, and since the two sub-yarns 322, 323 are twisted into each of the second loops 321 in a random manner, the surface of each of the second loops 321 will be randomly appeared on the two sub-yarns 322, 323. Furthermore, the image optical characteristics of the two sub-yarns 322, 323 are different, so that the two sub-yarns 322, 323 can be clearly distinguished on each second loop 321. The optical image characteristics of the two sub-yarns 322, 323 are different, for example, when the two sub-yarns 322, 323 have different hues in the natural color system, and the two hues have a hue angle greater than or equal to 30 degrees. In addition, when the two sub-yarns 322, 323 belong to the same color phase, the two sub-yarns 322, 323 are separated by at least three color levels. After completing the color sampling, the method proceeds to step 53, records the optical characteristic distribution 251 as the security characteristic information 214, and stores the security characteristic information 214 and the serial number 213 of the authorized article in association with each other to complete the data 212 of the authorized article. If the security feature information 214 or the serial number 213 of the authorized article is extracted, the serial number 213 of the authorized article corresponding to the security feature information 214 in the authorized article data 212 or the security feature information 214 corresponding to the serial number 213 of the authorized article in the authorized article data 212 is extracted.
In one embodiment, the color of the two sub-yarns 322, 323 cannot be pure black, thereby preventing the two sub-yarns 322, 323 from absorbing light and failing to generate the fabric image 202 to be analyzed when the security feature 32 is photographed. In addition, if the two sub-yarns 322 and 323 generate a large amount of light reflection during the photographing process, the light reflection cannot be identified by the computing module 21, and therefore the two sub-yarns 322 and 323 cannot be light reflection yarns or metal yarns generating a large amount of light reflection effects. Similarly, the two sub-yarns 322, 323 may not be pure white or gray mixed by pure white and pure black in proportion because the white color will also generate a large amount of reflection after being projected by light.
In yet another aspect, the serial number 213 of the authorized article can be a serial number or defined by a brand name, wherein any two serial numbers are not repeated. For example, the brander can define the serial number 213 of the authorization product based on the production information of the fabric 30, and the brander can also define the serial number 213 of the authorization product based on the product number or lot number of the fabric 30. In addition, in one embodiment, the authorization data 212 may further include a first point-of-sale data, the first point-of-sale data being generated when the fabric 30 is first sold at a sale location, the first point-of-sale data describing store information of a sale location of the fabric 30 when it is first sold, for example, the first point-of-sale data describing a name and address of the sale location of the fabric 30.
In one embodiment, the step 53 of the method 50 further comprises a substep 531: the image optical characteristic distribution characteristic 251 is analyzed based on color and at least two local characteristic color distribution information 217, 218 are generated, and the two local characteristic color distribution information 217, 218 are recorded in the authorization product data 212. By way of example in fig. 7-26 herein, it is assumed that security feature 32 of fabric 30 comprises sub-yarns 322 of red and sub-yarns 323 of green. Entering the sub-step 531, the color difference of the image optical feature distribution characteristic 251 is analyzed, and the two local feature color distribution information 217 and 218 describing the distribution status of the sub-yarn 322 in red and the distribution status of the sub-yarn 323 in green are generated. Then, the two local characteristic color distribution information 217 and 218 are recorded in the authorization data 212.
Further, in one embodiment, in order to enhance the anti-counterfeit identification of the fabric 30, the step 51 of the method 50 further includes a sub-step 511: the local area of the fabric 30 with the security feature 32 knitted therein is photographed to generate the fabric images 202 to be analyzed, the angles of the fabric images 202 to be analyzed are different, the fabric images 202 to be analyzed are sampled to generate the optical feature distribution information of the planar image and the optical feature distribution information of the stereoscopic image, and the information is recorded in the security feature 32. The planar image optical characteristic distribution information is obtained by respectively performing image processing on the fabric images 202 to be analyzed, and presents the color distribution state of the fabric 30 in a two-dimensional manner, and the three-dimensional image optical characteristic distribution information presents the color distribution state of the fabric 30 in a three-dimensional manner through the fabric images 202 to be analyzed, so that a user does not need to limit a shooting angle when verifying the fabric 30, and the user can conveniently verify the fabric.
The present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof, and it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
