In view of the above problems, the present application provides a printing management and control method, a printing management and control system, and a computer-readable storage medium, which combine system audit and manual audit to solve the above problems of low audit efficiency and inaccurate audit.

The embodiment of the application provides a file printing method, which comprises the following steps:

intercepting a printing request initiated by a client, and verifying the printing authority of a user initiating the printing request;

after the verification is passed, acquiring the printing information of the printing request analyzed by the client, generating a printing application task, and sending the printing application task to the account of the user;

In some embodiments, the step of verifying the printing authority of the user who initiated the print request comprises:

intercepting a printing request initiated by a client;

the server is used for intercepting a printing request initiated by a client and verifying the printing authority of a user initiating the printing request; after the verification is passed, acquiring the printing information of the printing request analyzed by the client, generating a printing application task, and sending the printing application task to the account of the user; receiving a printing application task submitted by the user and initial judgment information aiming at the type of a printed file, and analyzing an auditor of the printing application task to obtain an account number of the auditor; sending the initial judgment information of the printing application task and the printing file type to an account number of an auditor of the printing application task; receiving auditing information aiming at the printing application task and secondary judging information of the printing file type, and analyzing the auditing information to obtain an auditing result; and controlling the execution or cancellation of the file printing according to the auditing result and the secondary judgment information of the file type.

An embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, and the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the printing management and control method according to the above embodiment.

The printing control method provided by the application intercepts a printing request initiated by a user and verifies the printing request, and the server primarily verifies the printing request to determine whether the user has printing authority; if the user has the printing authority, the user forms initial judgment information aiming at the printing file type in the printing request, and an auditor audits the printing request character and the initial judgment information, and the auditing efficiency and the auditing accuracy are improved by combining manual auditing and machine auditing. And the online audit replaces the offline audit, so that the probability of missed audit and error audit is reduced.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a printing management and control method according to an embodiment of the present application. The order of the steps in the flow chart may be changed and some steps may be omitted according to different needs. For convenience of explanation, only portions related to the embodiments of the present application are shown.

Referring to fig. 1, the printing management and control method includes the following steps.

S1, intercepting the printing request initiated by the client, and verifying the printing authority of the user initiating the printing request.

The client is provided with a virtual printer, a user can initiate a printing request through the virtual printer of the client, and the user can also set parameters such as the number of printing copies, the number of printing pages, the type of printing paper, the printing color and the like through the virtual printer on the client.

When a user initiates a printing request through a client installed with a virtual printer, the client receives a printing file and generates a printing buffer pool according to the printing file. And the client analyzes the SPL format printing file according to the generated SPL format printing file in the printing buffer pool to obtain a printing information file in the SPL format, and transfers the analyzed printing information file in the SPL format to a specified PDF format.

After receiving a printing request initiated by a user, a client uploads the printing request to a server, and the server intercepts the printing request, namely after receiving the printing request sent by the client, the server verifies the printing authority of the user initiating the printing request.

After the auditor successfully logs in the printing management and control system, the initial judgment information of the printing application task and the printing file type under the account can be obtained. The auditor can audit the printing application task and can reject and pass the printing application task. The auditor can also carry out secondary judgment on the initial judgment information of the type of the printed document according to the content of the printed document in the printing application task to obtain a judgment result, and can modify the issuing type, the control type and the confidentiality grade of the printed document according to the judgment result to obtain secondary judgment information of the type of the printed document.

Further, the auditor can determine the audit information according to the secondary judgment information and the printing application task, specifically, the auditor performs secondary judgment on the initial judgment information of the printing file type to obtain a judgment result, and the printing application task is audited according to the judgment result.

When the auditor audits that the printing application task can be executed, the auditing information is passed, and the secondary judging information of the printing file type is submitted. And when the auditor audits that the printing application task can not be executed, the approval information is rejected or cancelled. And after receiving the approval information, the server performs printing or refuting operation.

Therefore, the printing application task is audited by the auditor so as to ensure the safety of the document printing process. And the auditor audits the printing application task, audits the initial judgment information based on the printing file in the printing application task, and adjusts the initial judgment information according to the audit result to form secondary judgment information. Namely, the auditor can determine whether the printing application task can be executed or not, and can also judge and modify the type of the printed file.

When the printing application task is determined to be executable, the printing application task can be limited according to the type of the printing file determined by the auditor; when the printing application task is determined to be unexecutable or cancelled, secondary judgment information of the printing file type can be sent to the user so as to inform the user of the reason why the printing application task is unexecutable.

The method can realize the safe tracking of the processes of issuing, receiving, checking and the like of the printing and execution control files, realize the flow and centralization of the process of inputting and outputting the printing information, supervise the source initiated by the printing information, uniformly supervise and control the applicant, the auditor, the checking of the printing authority, the checking of the printing content, the printing time, the types of the printing files and the like involved in the process of transferring the printing information through the whole process of transferring the printing information, realize the uniform transferring of the printing information, the uniform monitoring of personnel and the uniform allocation of confidential files, effectively prevent the printing applicant from directly executing the printing of the suspended tasks, and not executing the printing authority, the checking of the printing files, the checking of confidential levels and the like, reduce the working difficulty and the working pressure of managers, and strengthen the traceability of the printing files, to ensure that confidential documents do not flow out.

Furthermore, different confidentiality levels correspond to different sensitive information, so that the printing files of the printing requests of different confidentiality levels can be protected in a targeted manner, and the security of the printing files is improved.

In this embodiment, a unique barcode is generated for each page of the content of the print file according to a print order number and a 5-bit serial code. The generation of the unique bar code provides a feasible basis for real-time tracking of subsequent printed files such as issuing and getting, recovery, point inspection, recovery early warning and the like.

According to the method and the device, the server executes printing operation on the printed file which passes the auditing according to the generated watermark information, the printed label and the bar code. When the verification result is determined to be passed, after the printing label and the watermark information are added to the printed file and the unique bar code is added to each page, the printing operation is executed on the whole printed file, and subsequent management personnel can classify the file information according to the printing label and the watermark information.

The server also counts the department information, the printing time and the file type of the printed file, generates a corresponding report and is convenient for on-line query.

The file printing control method realizes the whole-process safety monitoring of the printed file, including printing initiation, auditing and printing execution, and can effectively prevent data tampering, file stealing and file divulgence. The method comprises the steps that a printing request initiated by a user is intercepted and verified, and the printing request is verified for the first time through a server to determine whether the user has printing authority or not; if the user has the printing authority, the user forms initial judgment information aiming at the printing file type in the printing request, and an auditor audits the printing request character and the initial judgment information, and the auditing efficiency and the auditing accuracy are improved by combining manual auditing and machine auditing. And online auditing replaces offline auditing, so that the probability of missed auditing and wrong auditing is reduced, and the difficulty in identifying the file grade is reduced.

Fig. 1 to 9 describe in detail a document printing control method of the present application, by which document printing control of a printer can be realized. Next, with reference to fig. 10, a hardware device architecture for implementing the file printing control will be described. It should be understood that the above-described embodiments are illustrative only, and are not limiting upon the scope of the present application.

Fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a printing management and control system according to an embodiment of the present application.

The printing management and control system 100 comprises a client 10 and a server 20, wherein the client 10 is configured to receive a print file, generate a print buffer pool, parse the print file in the print buffer pool, convert the print file into print information of the print file in a specified format, and initiate a print request;

the server 20 is configured to intercept a print request initiated by a client, and verify a print permission of a user initiating the print request; after the verification is passed, acquiring the printing information of the printing request analyzed by the client, generating a printing application task, and sending the printing application task to the account of the user; receiving a printing application task submitted by the user and initial judgment information aiming at the type of a printing file, and analyzing an auditor of the printing application task to obtain an account number of the auditor; sending the initial judgment information of the printing application task and the printing file type to an account number of an auditor of the printing application task; receiving auditing information aiming at the printing application task and secondary judging information of the printing file type, and analyzing the auditing information to obtain an auditing result; and controlling the execution or cancellation of the file printing according to the auditing result and the secondary judgment information of the file type.

In addition, the server 20 may be configured to perform all functions of the embodiments described in fig. 1 to 9, and therefore, in order to avoid redundancy, the description is omitted here.

Fig. 11 is a schematic architecture diagram of a server according to another embodiment of the present application. The server 20 includes a memory 110, a processor 120, and a processor 130, wherein the memory 110 is communicatively coupled to the processor 120 via the processor 130.

The server further comprises a computer program 140, such as a file printing program, stored in the memory 110 and executable on the processor 120.

The steps of the document printing method in the method embodiment are implemented when the processor 12 executes the computer program 140. Alternatively, the processor 120 executes the computer program 140 to realize the functions of the modules/units in the system embodiments.

Illustratively, the computer program 140 may be partitioned into one or more modules/units that are stored in the memory 110 and executed by the processor 120 to accomplish the present application. The one or more modules/units may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing specific functions, the instruction segments describing the execution process of the computer program 140 in the server 20.

It is to be understood that fig. 11 is merely an example of a server and is not to be construed as limiting the server 20, that the server 20 may include more or less components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or different components may be included, for example, the server 20 may further include an input device, etc.

The Processor 120 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), and may include other general purpose processors, Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field-Programmable Gate arrays (FPGAs) or other Programmable logic devices, discrete Gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, and the like. The general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like, and the processor 120 is the control center of the server 20 and connects the various parts of the entire server 20 using various interfaces and lines.

The memory 110 may be used to store the computer program 140 and/or the modules/units, and the processor 120 implements various functions of the server 20 by running or executing the computer program and/or the modules/units stored in the memory 110 and calling data stored in the memory 110. The storage 110 may include an external storage medium and may also include a memory. In addition, the memory 110 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as a hard disk, a memory, a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), at least one magnetic disk storage device, a Flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device.

The modules/units integrated by the server 20 may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium if they are implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as separate products. Based on such understanding, all or part of the processes in the methods of the embodiments may be implemented by a computer program, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium and used by a processor to implement the steps of the embodiments of the methods. receiving auditing information aiming at the printing application task and secondary judging information of the printing file type, and analyzing the auditing information to obtain an auditing result;
