本发明提供一种环保水性动车组橡胶风挡专用清洗剂及其制备方法。按重量份计算,所述清洗剂的组分原料包括:非离子表面活性剂1‑20份;阴离子表面活性剂1‑20份;缓蚀剂0‑10份;稳定剂10‑50份;有机助洗剂1‑10份;无机助洗剂1‑10份;去离子水30‑70份。本发明提供的环保水性动车组橡胶风挡专用清洗剂具有很强的净洗力,漂洗性能好,有效去除动车组橡胶风挡因长期暴晒染尘后发生的黄斑霉变。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洗剂技术领域,具体地,本发明涉及一种环保水性动车组橡胶风挡专用清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着我国高速铁路的迅速发展,承担客运的高速列车不断增加,运行里程和区域不断扩大,运行速度不断提升。但部分地区因运营环境较恶劣和受运营速度的影响,污染物对车体的冲击力较大,污垢与车体表面结合得比较牢固,污染源也比较复杂,重复覆盖,尤其在夏秋季节,各种飞虫在头车[指动车组两端的车厢(含司机室)]挡风玻璃上反复碰撞,遗留大量的虫胶,加大了清洗难度。另外,由于动车组的橡胶外风挡是白色的,且长期处于频繁的挤压状态,各种因素的综合作用导致橡胶风挡比较难清洗。各大主机厂在高级检修时有一定的洗车周期,对清洗剂的要求相对宽松,但是路局承担运营的任务繁重,车辆的维护时间较短,因此车辆清理准备的时间比较紧张,对清洗技术和清洗剂的选择有较高的要求。
目前常用的清洗剂存在洗净力差、对车体漆膜损伤大等缺点,因此亟需一种环保水性动车组橡胶风挡专用清洗剂,有效去除动车组橡胶风挡因长期暴晒染尘后发生的黄斑霉变使得橡胶风挡光亮如新。

本发明的目的在于提供一种环保水性动车组橡胶风挡专用清洗剂及其制备方法,其具有很强的净洗力,漂洗性能好,有效去除动车组橡胶风挡因长期暴晒染尘后发生的黄斑霉变。

本发明另一方面提供一种环保水性动车组橡胶风挡专用清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份向反应器中加入去离子水、稳定剂,升温至60℃,分3批加入非离子表面活性剂;
(2)按重量份将阴离子表面活性剂、无机助洗剂、有机助洗剂和缓蚀剂搅拌均匀,然后加入至步骤(1)中,搅拌均匀,降温至室温,得到所述环保水性动车组橡胶风挡专用清洗剂。
本发明利用非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂之间特定的复配,在溶液中形成混合胶团,使“离子头”之间的电斥力减弱,同时溶液中 Na+的作用压缩了 非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂的扩散双电层的厚度,同样降低了离子之间的排斥作用。这两种作用的协同效应使溶液界面的离子型表面活性剂排列更加紧密,直接降低了表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度(CMC),增强了清洗剂对污垢的溶解能力,提高了它的表面活性和清洗能力。
柠檬酸钠、聚天冬氨酸和硅酸钠与自来水中的金属离子 Mg2+、Ca2+等螯合,使水软化,防止清洗后粒子的再沉积,间接提高了清洗能力。

术语
本文使用的术语“表面活性剂”指的是一种可减小两个不同相的界面之间(例如,两种液体(亲水性液体和疏水性液体)之间、气体和液体之间、或者液体和固体之间)的表面张力的试剂或化合物。
非离子表面活性剂
在结构上的特点是含有能与水生成氢键的醚基、自由羟基等亲水基。非离子表面活性剂,按亲水基分类,有聚乙二醇型和多元醇型两类。
阴离子表面活性剂
将在水中电离后起表面活性作用的部分带负电荷的表面活性剂称为阴离子表面活性剂。从结构上把阴离子表面活性剂分为脂肪酸盐、磺酸盐、硫酸酯盐和磷酸酯盐四大类。
防锈剂
防锈剂则是为了防止由于大气腐蚀而引起生锈所使用的油溶性添加剂,用于水基金属清洗剂时刻通过表面活性剂将其分散在水溶液中。
缓蚀剂
使用的无机缓蚀剂有:磷酸三钠、亚硝酸钠+污水碳酸钠、亚硝酸钠、重铬酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、磷酸氢二钠、硅酸钠、碳酸铵等。
有机缓蚀剂有:苯甲酸铵、乙醇胺、苯乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、尿素、乌洛托品、苯甲酸钠、苯并三氮唑等。
助洗剂
又叫洗涤助剂,本身没有明显洗涤能力,但是添加在洗涤剂配方中却可以使表面活性剂的洗涤去污能力得到提高的物质。在洗涤剂配方中加入的这种洗涤助剂有无机物,如三聚磷酸钠、硅酸钠、碳酸钠、硫酸钠等,有机物有柠檬酸钠、聚丙烯酸等。

所述缓蚀剂中所述硅酸钠与所述聚天冬氨酸的重量比为0.2:1;
所述稳定剂选自异丙醇;

按照1:QB T 1224-2012 衣料用液体洗涤剂、2:GB/T 6368 表面活性剂水溶液pH值的测定电位法、3:GB/T13171.2洗衣粉(无磷型)、4:QB/T4310-2012氧漂剂对产品执行标准;得到的测试结果如下:
橡胶外风挡以及头车挡风玻璃的清洗试验:
用手提式高效空气清洗枪(气压为 6 -9 kg 压力,进气量≥0.26 m3/min,温度25°C)直接将最优配方的清洗剂母液喷涂在橡胶外风挡,30 -50 s 后用清水冲洗干净。采用WSB-VI 型白度仪测定空白白色毛巾以及不同时段(喷洗后和辅助刷洗后)擦拭橡胶外风挡后白色毛巾的白度。采用 UV-2401PC/2450 紫外−可见分光光度计测定清洗前后头车挡风玻璃的透光率,波长范围为 400-750nm。

从上述实验数据可以看出,本发明提供的环保水性动车组橡胶风挡专用清洗剂具有很强的净洗力,漂洗性能好,有效去除动车组橡胶风挡因长期暴晒染尘后发生的黄斑霉变。

1.一种环保水性动车组橡胶风挡专用清洗剂,其特征在于,按重量份计算,组分原料包括:
非离子表面活性剂 1-20份;
阴离子表面活性剂 1-20份;
缓蚀剂 0-10份;
稳定剂 10-50份;
有机助洗剂 1-10份;
无机助洗剂 1-10份;
去离子水 30-70份;
所述非离子表面活性剂为十二烷基葡萄糖苷、曲拉通X-100、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9的组合;
所述阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠的组合;
所述有机助洗剂为油酸三乙醇胺皂、柠檬酸钠的组合;所述油酸三乙醇胺皂与柠檬酸钠的重量比0.3:1。

(1)向反应器中加入去离子水、稳定剂,升温至60℃,分3批加入非离子表面活性剂;
(2)将阴离子表面活性剂、无机助洗剂、有机助洗剂和缓蚀剂搅拌均匀,然后加入至步骤(1)中,搅拌均匀,降温至室温,得到所述环保水性动车组橡胶风挡专用清洗剂。
