Abstract
The invention discloses a method for degreasing and purifying waste edible oil, and relates to the technical field of waste edible oil treatment. The method mainly comprises the following steps of collecting, removing impurities, carrying out alkali washing coagulation, standing for layering, decoloring, deodorizing, filtering, recovering grease, distilling, uniformly mixing H-type modified polypropylene fiber, ferroferric oxide powder, phosphate rock powder and polymeric ferric sulfate, and filling the mixture into a reaction tank to form a primary filter layer, wherein the weight ratio of the H-type modified polypropylene fiber to the ferroferric oxide powder to the polymeric ferric sulfate is 8:2:1: 1. According to the invention, the waste oil is decolorized to become clear refined oil, meanwhile, peculiar smell in the waste oil is effectively taken out by deodorizing, then impurity removal and filtration are carried out, and other steps are matched to effectively treat the waste oil and remove impurities and other harmful substances in the waste oil, so that the value of the oil is improved, and the use standard of the feed oil is reached.

step (2), removing impurities: vacuum filtering the waste edible oil at 55-65 deg.C to remove impurities in the oil;
step (3), alkali washing coagulation: dilute alkali liquor or coagulant is stirred and is poured into the waste oil in a reaction tank in a spraying mode, wherein the alkali liquor is sodium hydroxide or sodium carbonate or baking soda, and the coagulant is polyaluminium sulfate or polyacrylamide;
step (4), standing and layering: stopping stirring the reaction tank in the step (3), standing for 2-4 hours, opening a bottom valve and discharging a water phase below the tank;
and (5) decoloring: adding a decoloring agent with the oil amount of 3-5% under stirring, decoloring at the temperature of 100 DEG and the temperature of-120 ℃, wherein the decoloring time is 1-2 hours;
step (6), deodorization: adding an odor removing oil agent with the oil amount of 1-2% under stirring at 30-40 deg. for 1-2 hours. Deodorant active carbon;
step (7), filtering: separating the decolorant and the deodorizer in the grease and adsorbed substances by adopting a plate-and-frame filter pressing or high-efficiency centrifugation mode at normal temperature;
step (8), recovering grease: evaporating and removing the solvent by using a rotary evaporator to recover the grease;
step (9), distillation: performing molecular distillation on the treated grease at the temperature of 120-130 ℃, and adding 0.1 wt% of propyl gallate of the grease to obtain the oil.
Preferably, the decolorizing agent in step (5) is activated clay.
Preferably, the suction filtration temperature in the step (2) is 60 ℃.
Preferably, the temperature in step (9) is 125 ℃.

step (6), deodorization: adding an odor removing oil agent with the oil amount of 1-2% under stirring, and removing odor at 30-40 deg.C for 1-2 hr. Deodorant active carbon;

The method is characterized by mainly comprising the following steps of collecting, removing impurities, carrying out alkali washing coagulation, standing layering, decoloring, deodorizing, filtering, recovering oil, distilling, uniformly mixing H-type modified polypropylene fiber, ferroferric oxide powder, phosphorus ore powder and polymeric ferric sulfate, and filling the mixture into a reaction tank to form a primary filter layer, wherein the weight ratio of the H-type modified polypropylene fiber to the ferroferric oxide powder to the polymeric ferric sulfate is 8:2:1: 1.
2. The method for degreasing and purifying the waste edible oil and fat as claimed in claim 1, which comprises the following steps,
step (1) and collection: after passing kitchen wastewater through a first-stage filter layer, respectively collecting a water layer and waste edible oil obtained after filtering;
step (2), removing impurities: vacuum filtering the waste edible oil at 55-65 deg.C to remove impurities in the oil;
step (3), alkali washing coagulation: dilute alkali liquor or coagulant is stirred and is poured into the waste oil in a reaction tank in a spraying mode, wherein the alkali liquor is sodium hydroxide or sodium carbonate or baking soda, and the coagulant is polyaluminium sulfate or polyacrylamide;
step (4), standing and layering: stopping stirring the reaction tank in the step (3), standing for 2-4 hours, opening a bottom valve and discharging a water phase below the tank;
and (5) decoloring: adding a decoloring agent with the oil amount of 3-5% under stirring, decoloring at the temperature of 100-120 ℃, wherein the decoloring time is 1-2 hours;
step (6), deodorization: adding an odor removing oil agent with the oil amount of 1-2% under stirring, and removing odor at 30-40 deg.C for 1-2 hr. Deodorant active carbon;
step (7), filtering: separating the decolorant and the deodorizer in the grease and adsorbed substances by adopting a plate-and-frame filter pressing or high-efficiency centrifugation mode at normal temperature;
step (8), recovering grease: evaporating and removing the solvent by using a rotary evaporator to recover the grease;
step (9), distillation: performing molecular distillation on the treated grease at the temperature of 120-130 ℃, and adding 0.1 wt% of propyl gallate of the grease to obtain the oil.
