Description

Intermediate coating for wet-on-wet coating process and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of high polymer coatings, and particularly relates to a floating coat coating for a wet-on-wet coating process, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The intermediate layer coating is a coating used for an intermediate coating between a primer layer and a finish layer, and can create a good substrate for the finish layer by improving the flatness of the surface of a vehicle body and the primer layer, so that the decoration of the coating is improved. The middle coating is different from the primer, and firstly, the middle coating needs to have excellent impact resistance and filling performance so as to respond to the impact of broken stones on the surface of a vehicle body and fill up the electrophoretic surface; and secondly, the electrophoretic paint can be better protected by having good isolation capability and certain isolation capability to the environment temperature of severe winter and severe summer outside the automobile body. Therefore, the requirements on the adhesion, filling property and the like of the intermediate coating are high, and particularly, the requirements on the performance of the intermediate coating in a wet-on-wet process are high.
The existing oily bus intermediate coat products on the market are all required to be baked under a high-thickness film and coated with finish paint after being polished, and the VOC emission value is higher than 420g/L.
Scholars Huang Junya published studies: "development of high-temperature intermediate coating matched with bi-component finish paint" (author: huang Junya; publication source: automobile process and material; publication time: 2010-10-20), wherein the coating process of the traditional self-drying intermediate coating matched bi-component finish paint and the high-temperature intermediate coating matched high-temperature finish paint is changed into the coating process of the high-temperature intermediate coating matched bi-component finish paint, but the new process has the problem of poor adhesive force between the intermediate coating and the finish paint; meanwhile, the formula and the construction application of the high-temperature intermediate coating matched with the bi-component finish paint are researched, and the elastic resin is added into the high-temperature intermediate coating matched with the bi-component finish paint to achieve the effect of excellent adhesive force among coatings, but the intermediate coating obtained by the formula still needs to be baked for 30min at 140 ℃ and polished to coat the finish paint.
Scholars Wang Hui published studies: the research on the high-temperature recoating adhesion of the water-based paint for the automobile (author: wang Hui; publication source: shanghai paint; publication time: 2020-07-31) discusses the problem that after the water-based automobile paint is baked at high temperature, the varnish is highly crosslinked, and when recoating is carried out, the intercoat paint and the colored paint are adhered to the upper layer of the intercoat paint, so that the difficulty is great, and the adhesion between the intercoat paint and the primer paint and the top paint is improved by adding talc powder slurry or organic phosphate A into the formulation of the intercoat paint. However, the method also needs high-temperature baking, and the surface drying time is as long as 24 hours.
Therefore, the requirement of providing the intermediate coating which meets the wet-on-wet process requirement, does not need baking, is quick to dry and has low VOC emission value is urgent.

test "adhesion to electrophoretic panels, epoxy primers, putty" according to GB/T9286-1998; testing the water resistance of the composite coating according to GB/T5209-1985; "adhesion, grade" according to GB/T9286-1998; testing the adhesion of the composite coating according to GB/T5210-2006 GB/T9286-1998; "open time" was tested according to GB/T1728-2020; gloss was judged by measuring the relative reflectance at different angles with a gloss meter. That is, parallel light is projected onto a surface at an angle of 60 degrees, and light reflected from the surface at the same angle is measured to test "gloss of composite coating", and the gloss of a standard plate is defined as 100%, and then the percentage of a sample is measured; "VOC (g/L)" was tested in accordance with GB/T23985-2009.
The test results are shown in table 2.
TABLE 2 Performance test results for intercoat coatings
Figure 714284DEST_PATH_IMAGE002
As can be seen from Table 1: the intermediate coating for the wet-on-wet coating process, which is obtained in the embodiment of the invention, has excellent adhesive force, the adhesive force is 0-1 grade in the cross-cut test on the surfaces of an electrophoresis layer and atomic ash, and the intermediate coating has high filling property; the intermediate coating belongs to a high-solid low-viscosity product, has extremely low VOC emission, is environment-friendly and efficient; and the paint is coated with 2K finish paint in a wet-on-wet manner, so that energy is saved; the fullness and the glossiness of the finish paint are obviously improved, the process time is greatly shortened, and the production benefit is improved.
The foregoing embodiments are merely illustrative of the principles and utilities of the present invention and are not intended to limit the invention. Any person skilled in the art can modify or change the above-mentioned embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, it is intended that all equivalent modifications or changes which can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and technical spirit of the present invention be covered by the claims of the present invention.
