The oil-water separation cabin 3 is positioned in the inner barrel 2 to form an independent space with an opening on the upper surface, the oil-water separation cabin 3 is communicated with the lower seawater through an oil delivery pipe 5 at the bottom, oil stains in the mud surface overflows or enter the oil-water separation cabin 3 together with the seawater, the density of the oil is small on the upper surface, the density of the water is large on the lower surface, the internal pressure and the external pressure are the same according to the principle of a communicating vessel, but due to the oil stain layer, the internal height is slightly higher than the external sea surface, the oil stains flow out from the top of the oil-water separation cabin 3 after being accumulated on the top and are stored in the inner barrel 2, the water height at the lower part is smaller than the height of the oil-water separation cabin 3, and the oil stains can remain in the oil-water separation cabin 3, so that the purpose of oil-water separation is achieved.
As shown in fig. 2, the top of the inner cylinder 2 is provided with angle steel 7 for reinforcing the cabin structure. The top of the inner cylinder body 2 is provided with an exhaust pipe 8 for releasing excessive gas at the top, so that the internal pressure and the external pressure are equal, and the opening of the exhaust pipe 8 faces downwards, thereby preventing rainwater from being poured in. The top of the inner cylinder body 2 is provided with a lifting lug 6 for lifting the whole structure.
As shown in fig. 3, the bottom of the inner cylinder 2 is also provided with an inner bilge 4, and the inner cylinder 2 is a double-layer bilge, which plays a role of double insurance and effectively prevents oil stains from leaking. The lower part of the inner cylinder 2 near the inner bilge 4 is provided with an oil drain hole 9 for pumping the collected oil to the oil collecting vessel through a hose, and the oil collecting vessel is arranged near the inner bilge 4, so that the lowest oil can be pumped, and the least oil is left in the tank.
As shown in fig. 4, the outer cylinder 1 is divided into 6 independent tanks 11, or other number of independent tanks 11, so that the other independent tanks 11 chambers can provide buoyancy to the entire structure even if breakage occurs.
The invention floats on the sea surface with reliable self buoyancy, and the bottom of the outer cylinder 1 is fixed on the sea bottom by an anchor chain. If a fixed oil overflow point exists under water, the oil collecting floating cylinder is matched with the underwater oil control cover, so that accurate oil collection at the fixed oil overflow point can be realized, and a better effect is realized. The invention can be repeatedly used, and can be used as a spare device for preventing oil spill for long-term storage.
