Preferably, the pressure-sensitive adhesive is a degradable pressure-sensitive adhesive, and the degradable pressure-sensitive adhesive is prepared by the following method:
(1) Adding 70-80 parts by weight of butyl acrylate, 20-30 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate, 5-7.5 parts by weight of acrylic acid, 7-8 parts by weight of hydroxyethyl acrylate, 1-2 parts by weight of sodium dodecyl sulfate and 0.2-0.4 part by weight of ammonium persulfate into 100 parts by weight of distilled water, heating to 65-75 ℃, and reacting for 2-3 hours to obtain an acrylic ester prepolymer;
(2) Adding 10-20 parts by weight of nano titanium dioxide, 20-30 parts by weight of starch, 7-15 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol and 1-3 parts by weight of sodium dodecyl sulfate into 100 parts by weight of distilled water, uniformly stirring, heating to 80-90 ℃ for gelatinization reaction, continuously cooling to 35-45 ℃ for 30-50min, adding 6-10 parts by weight of acrylamide, 8-12 parts by weight of butyl acrylate, 3-4 parts by weight of hydroxyethyl acrylate and 0.1-0.5 part by weight of ammonium persulfate, heating to 65-75 ℃, and reacting for 2-3h to obtain acrylic ester grafted modified starch;
(3) 100 parts by weight of acrylate prepolymer, 65-75 parts by weight of acrylate grafted modified starch, 20-30 parts by weight of trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate, 6-12 parts by weight of acrylic acid, 1-2 parts by weight of ammonium persulfate and 1-3 parts by weight of sodium dodecyl sulfate are mixed, heated to 65-75 ℃, reacted for 2-4 hours, coated on a substrate and dried, so that the degradable pressure-sensitive adhesive is obtained.
The degradable adhesive of the invention takes polyacrylate as a matrix, takes starch as a filler, and can improve the biodegradability of the degradable pressure-sensitive adhesive based on the biodegradability of the starch.
However, in the case of acrylate-starch adhesives, if the starch is directly mixed with acrylate, the poor plasticity and fluidity of the starch may result in insufficient cohesive energy of the adhesive, and thus the adhesive properties and mechanical properties may not meet the requirements, such as peel strength, holding power, tensile strength, elongation at break, etc., and if the starch is completely grafted with acrylate to form a polymer, the dispersibility of the starch may be improved to some extent, but the molecular weight of the starch is relatively high, the number of opposite grafting sites is relatively small, and cohesive energy of the formed crosslinked structure may be insufficient, thus resulting in insufficient mechanical properties of the pressure-sensitive adhesive.
The degradable adhesive prepolymer is a double-prepolymer combination, namely, the combination of the acrylate prepolymer and the acrylate grafted modified starch, and forms a network structure through free radical initiated polymerization and promotion of the multifunctional trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate, compared with single acrylate prepolymer or acrylate grafted modified starch, the two prepolymers have great difference in plasticity and elasticity, and the matrix can form differential deformation in the stretching deformation process, namely, the phenomenon of stress concentration is easy to generate in the interior, thereby the silver streak is initiated to consume energy, and the toughness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is improved. In particular, in the starch modification process, acrylamide is used as a hard monomer, butyl acrylate is used as a soft monomer to carry out graft modification on starch, the formed grafted polyacrylate molecular chain is stable, nano titanium dioxide and polyvinyl alcohol are added in the starch grafting process, the polyvinyl alcohol can plasticize starch, and the starch can be promoted to coat the nano titanium dioxide during starch gelatinization, so that a core-shell modifier with nano silicon dioxide as a core and starch grafted modified acrylate as a shell is formed, and the core-shell modifier has the dual properties of a rigid body and an elastomer, and can obviously improve the mechanical property of degradable glue. In addition, the invention utilizes the limited sites of starch grafted acrylic ester, can avoid excessive crosslinking in acrylic ester adhesive, and can not cause the phenomenon of adhesion performance reduction due to overlarge cohesive energy, thereby ensuring the adhesion performance of the pressure-sensitive adhesive.
The application of the mildew-proof sheet is applied to mildew-proof storage and transportation of leather products.
