(1) adding 70-80 parts by weight of butyl acrylate, 20-30 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate, 5-7.5 parts by weight of acrylic acid, 7-8 parts by weight of hydroxyethyl acrylate, 1-2 parts by weight of sodium dodecyl sulfate and 0.2-0.4 part by weight of ammonium persulfate into 100 parts by weight of distilled water, heating to 65-75 ℃, and reacting for 2-3 hours to obtain an acrylate prepolymer;
(2) adding 10-20 parts by weight of nano titanium dioxide, 20-30 parts by weight of starch, 7-15 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol and 1-3 parts by weight of sodium dodecyl sulfate into 100 parts by weight of distilled water, uniformly stirring, heating to 80-90 ℃ for gelatinization reaction, continuing for 30-50min, then cooling to 35-45 ℃, adding 6-10 parts by weight of acrylamide, 8-12 parts by weight of butyl acrylate, 3-4 parts by weight of hydroxyethyl acrylate and 0.1-0.5 part by weight of ammonium persulfate, heating to 65-75 ℃, and reacting for 2-3h to obtain acrylate graft modified starch;
(3) mixing 100 parts by weight of acrylate prepolymer, 65-75 parts by weight of acrylate graft modified starch, 20-30 parts by weight of trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate, 6-12 parts by weight of acrylic acid, 1-2 parts by weight of ammonium persulfate and 1-3 parts by weight of sodium dodecyl sulfate, heating to 65-75 ℃, reacting for 2-4h, coating the mixture on a substrate, and drying to obtain the degradable pressure-sensitive adhesive.
The degradable adhesive disclosed by the invention takes polyacrylate as a matrix and starch as a filler, and can improve the biodegradability of the degradable pressure-sensitive adhesive based on the biodegradability of the starch.
However, in the case of acrylate-starch adhesive, if the adhesive is prepared by directly mixing starch with acrylate, the starch has poor plasticity and fluidity, which results in insufficient cohesive energy of the adhesive, thereby resulting in that the adhesive performance and mechanical properties such as peel strength, permanent adhesion, tensile strength, elongation at break, etc. if the adhesive is completely prepared by grafting starch with acrylate to form a polymer, although the dispersion performance of the starch can be improved to some extent, the starch has a large molecular weight and relatively few grafting sites, the cohesive energy of the formed cross-linked structure is insufficient, thereby resulting in that the mechanical properties of the pressure-sensitive adhesive are also insufficient.
The degradable adhesive prepolymer is a double-prepolymer combination, namely a combination of an acrylate prepolymer and acrylate grafted modified starch, the prepolymers form a network structure under the promotion action of free radical initiated polymerization and multifunctional trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate, and compared with a single acrylate prepolymer or acrylate grafted modified starch, the degradable adhesive prepolymer has the advantages that due to the fact that the plasticity and elasticity of the two prepolymers are greatly different, a base body can form differential deformation in the stretching deformation process, namely, the stress concentration phenomenon is easily generated in the interior, so that crazing is initiated to consume energy, and the toughness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is improved. In particular, in the starch modification process, acrylamide is used as a hard monomer, butyl acrylate is used as a soft monomer to graft and modify starch, the molecular chain of the formed grafted polyacrylate is stable, and in the starch grafting process, nano titanium dioxide and polyvinyl alcohol are added, the polyvinyl alcohol can plasticize the starch, and the starch can be promoted to coat the nano titanium dioxide when the starch is gelatinized, so that a core-shell modifier with nano silicon dioxide as a core and starch grafted and modified acrylate as a shell is formed, has the dual properties of a rigid body and an elastomer, and can remarkably improve the mechanical property of degradable glue. In addition, the invention utilizes the site limitation of starch grafted acrylate, can avoid excessive crosslinking in the acrylate adhesive, and can not cause the phenomenon of reduced adhesive property caused by excessive cohesive energy, thereby ensuring the adhesive property of the pressure-sensitive adhesive.
The application of the mildew-proof sheet is applied to mildew-proof storage and transportation of leather products.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the mildew-proof bag disclosed by the invention is composed of various plant extracts such as garlic, grape seeds, citronella, sunflower, camphor and hot pepper as mildew-proof agents, is safe and non-toxic, and can be used for treating common and relatively active mildew such as: aspergillus niger (Aspergillus niger), Penicillium (Penicillium pinophilum), Trichophyton (Trichophyton mentagrophytes), Aureobasidium pullulans (Aureobasidium pullulans), Gliocladium virens (Gliocladium virens), Chaetomium globosum (Chaetomium globosum) and bacteria such as: staphylococcus aureus (staphylococcus aureus), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (Pseudomonas aeruginosa), Escherichia coli (Escherichia coli) and the like have the effect of inhibiting and killing, and can be widely applied to mildew prevention in the storage and transportation period of cottonsilk ramie, leather products, shoes, wood products, garments, electronic part products, optical equipment, mechanical part products, military products and the like. And because a large amount of degradable materials such as fiber paper and the like are adopted, the biodegradable plastic has excellent biodegradability, and therefore, the environment cannot be adversely affected by the waste.
