The leg support adjusting device for the seat disclosed in the prior art mainly comprises an angle adjuster and a connecting rod mechanism, wherein a fixing piece of the angle adjuster is used for being connected with a fixing piece of the seat, a power input rod of the connecting rod mechanism is connected with a rotating output piece of the angle adjuster, and a power output rod of the connecting rod mechanism is used for being connected with a leg support so as to adjust the posture of the leg support to be switched between an extending state and a retracting state. The angle adjuster is adopted as the motion output component, and the device has the characteristics of simple and reliable structure, and obviously, compared with the scheme of adopting a screw-nut mechanism as the motion output, the device occupies smaller space and is convenient for overall arrangement in a vehicle; meanwhile, more passenger activity space is reserved, and reliability guarantee is improved for improving user experience. In addition, the angle adjuster is a closed part, can prevent dust and sundries and has lower maintenance cost. However, the motor is fixed with the driving rod, the motor needs to stretch out along with the driving rod, and the whole leg support mechanism occupies a large space after stretching, and is relatively bulky.

However, due to the special arrangement of the connecting rod structure, certain rotating joints need to pass through dead points in the sliding process, and the adjustment is not smooth.
Based on the above problems, this company proposes a new leg rest mechanism.

Conversely, the leg rest mechanism 2 can be recovered by driving the reverse rotation of the lever 29. Therefore, the maximum extension of the leg support is realized through the application, and the problem of unsmooth adjustment caused by the fact that the conventional leg support passes through a motion dead point due to a connecting rod structure is avoided; the problem of excessively occupation space after the leg support is unfolded is solved, and the attractiveness is influenced. Flexible implementations provide a variety of driving modes.
Example two
In addition, a plurality of driving modes are provided so as to realize manual and electric functions.
The difference from the first embodiment is that the intermediate link 30 is provided with a rotating part, the rotating part is exposed outwards through the hinge and the fixed bracket, and the leg rest mechanism 2 can be opened and retracted by installing manual driving components such as a crank on the intermediate link 30 to drive the intermediate link 30 to rotate forward and backward. Preferably, the middle connecting rod 30 is in a spline shaft structure, the spline shaft is matched with the hinge, and a spline groove is formed in the crank, so that the end parts of the crank and the middle connecting rod 30 are assembled to drive the middle connecting rod 30 to rotate, and the leg rest mechanism 2 is opened and retracted. Therefore, the manual function is further increased, and more configuration selection space is provided for a vehicle enterprise or a user.
Example III
Also disclosed is an automobile seat comprising the leg rest mechanism 2 in the first and second embodiments; thereby the automobile seat has the function of leg support.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present application, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present application in this way, therefore: all equivalent changes in structure, shape and principle of the application should be covered in the scope of protection of the application.
