背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料,作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果,不同的面料具有不同的透气性,吸湿性,保暖性等性能,比如棉织物具有良好的透气性和吸湿性,穿着舒适,保暖性好,是最理想的童装面料,选择面料时要确认面料的透气性,保温性,吸湿性,静电性等性能特征,再针对面料的挺括性,重量感,软硬度和悬垂性来考虑它适合做什么样的造型,做什么样的款式等。
人在穿着面料制作成衣服时,避免不了出现出汗的情况,特别在夏天的时候,走路都能出汗,出汗后伴随的就是汗臭味,在室内的时候,会给身边人带来非常不好的体验,而现有的面料还不能散发植物香味,需要人手动喷涂香水覆盖住汗臭味,有时候香水和汗味夹杂在一起,更让人难受。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种具有抗紫外线功能的面料及其加工方法,具备散发香味等优点,解决了人在穿着面料制作成衣服时,避免不了出现出汗的情况,出汗后伴随的就是汗臭味,在室内的时候,会给身边人带来非常不好的体验的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述散发香味的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种具有抗紫外线功能的面料,包括亲肤层,所述亲肤层的顶部设置有保温层,所述保温层的顶部设置有抗菌层,所述抗菌层的顶部设置有散发层,所述散发层的顶部设置有透气层,所述透气层的顶部设置有防晒层。
优选的,所述亲肤层包括为珍珠纤维线与纱线,所述珍珠纤维线与纱线经纬分布纺织。
优选的,所述保温层为骆驼毛绒层,所述抗菌层为竹炭纤维层。
优选的,所述散发层桂花纤维层,所述透气层为棉纤维层。
优选的,所述防晒层为涂布有抗紫外线剂的聚乳酸纤维,所述抗紫外线剂由苯菌酮、六甲基磷酰三胺和硫酸化蓖麻油混合而成。
一种具有抗紫外线功能面料的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
1)采集盛花期的桂花,清洗干净后阴干,剥离叶片,剥离出桂花内部的花蕊;
2)将剥离下来的叶片与花蕊用烘干机烘干,使用研磨机将其研磨成目数为1mm的颗粒,投入锅炉中加入山泉水熬煮2h以上,过滤溶液中的杂质,导入搅拌桶中备用;
3)将棉花絮与粘合剂加入搅拌桶中与熬煮出来的桂花液充分混合,直至搅拌成毛絮丝缕状,将毛絮纺织成线,放入烘干机中烘干得到桂花纤维线,将桂花纤维线纺织成布料,裁剪得到散发层;
4)将珍珠纤维线与纱线纺织成布料,裁剪得到亲肤层;
5)将竹炭纤维布裁剪得到抗菌层,骆驼毛绒布裁剪得到保温层,棉布裁剪得到透气层;
5)将聚乳酸纤维线浸泡在抗紫外线剂溶液内10-12h后取出,使用双氧水与自来水混合液进行清洗浸泡5h后取出,放入烘干机中烘干,将聚乳酸纤维线纺织成布料,裁剪得到防晒层;
6)将亲肤层、保温层、抗菌层、散发层、透气层和防晒层从上到下依次叠放,使用缝纫机将其缝合在一起,即可得到具有抗紫外线功能的面料。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种具有抗紫外线功能的面料及其加工方法,具备以下有益效果:

本发明的有益效果是:该具有抗紫外线功能的面料及其加工方法,通过采集盛花期的桂花,清洗干净后阴干,剥离叶片,剥离出桂花内部的花蕊,将剥离下来的叶片与花蕊用烘干机烘干,使用研磨机将其研磨成目数为1mm的颗粒,投入锅炉中加入山泉水熬煮2h以上,过滤溶液中的杂质,导入搅拌桶中备用,将棉花絮与粘合剂加入搅拌桶中与熬煮出来的桂花液充分混合,直至搅拌成毛絮丝缕状,将毛絮纺织成线,放入烘干机中烘干得到桂花纤维线,将桂花纤维线纺织成布料,裁剪得到散发层,在穿着含有散发层面料的衣物时,随着穿着衣物内部产生热量时,会使散发层内的桂花香气挥发到空气中,进而可很好的掩盖汗臭味,且通过加入的粘合剂可以将挂花纤维固化增强它的耐洗性,香味可持续一年以上,香味持久不易消散,通过设置的抗菌层和防晒层,制得的面料具备很好的抗菌性与抗紫外线性,通过设置的保温层可有效的避免穿着者体表的热量流失到空气中,提升穿着时的温暖感。

Claims (6)

1.一种具有抗紫外线功能的面料,包括亲肤层(1),其特征在于,所述亲肤层(1)的顶部设置有保温层(2),所述保温层(2)的顶部设置有抗菌层(3),所述抗菌层(3)的顶部设置有散发层(4),所述散发层(4)的顶部设置有透气层(5),所述透气层(5)的顶部设置有防晒层(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗紫外线功能的面料,其特征在于,所述亲肤层(1)包括为珍珠纤维线(11)与纱线(12),所述珍珠纤维线(11)与纱线(12)经纬分布纺织。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗紫外线功能的面料,其特征在于,所述保温层(2)为骆驼毛绒层,所述抗菌层(3)为竹炭纤维层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗紫外线功能的面料,其特征在于,所述散发层(4)桂花纤维层,所述透气层(5)为棉纤维层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗紫外线功能的面料,其特征在于,所述防晒层(6)为涂布有抗紫外线剂的聚乳酸纤维,所述抗紫外线剂由苯菌酮、六甲基磷酰三胺和硫酸化蓖麻油混合而成。
6.一种具有抗紫外线功能面料的加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)采集盛花期的桂花,清洗干净后阴干,剥离叶片,剥离出桂花内部的花蕊;
2)将剥离下来的叶片与花蕊用烘干机烘干,使用研磨机将其研磨成目数为1mm的颗粒,投入锅炉中加入山泉水熬煮2h以上,过滤溶液中的杂质,导入搅拌桶中备用;
3)将棉花絮与粘合剂加入搅拌桶中与熬煮出来的桂花液充分混合,直至搅拌成毛絮丝缕状,将毛絮纺织成线,放入烘干机中烘干得到桂花纤维线,将桂花纤维线纺织成布料,裁剪得到散发层(4);
4)将珍珠纤维线(11)与纱线(12)纺织成布料,裁剪得到亲肤层(1);
5)将竹炭纤维布裁剪得到抗菌层(3),骆驼毛绒布裁剪得到保温层(2),棉布裁剪得到透气层(5);
6)将聚乳酸纤维线浸泡在抗紫外线剂溶液内10-12h后取出,使用双氧水与自来水混合液进行清洗浸泡5h后取出,放入烘干机中烘干,将聚乳酸纤维线纺织成布料,裁剪得到防晒层(6);
7)将亲肤层(1)、保温层(2)、抗菌层(3)、散发层(4)、透气层(5)和防晒层(6)从上到下依次叠放,使用缝纫机将其缝合在一起,即可得到具有抗紫外线功能的面料。
